Abstract

Document management is an essential activity in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes within an organization. PT Snapdev Digital Indonesia still experiences several challenges in document management, including unstructured document storage, difficulties in document retrieval, document duplication, and the absence of an integrated document version control system. This research aims to design and develop a web-based Document Management System using the Prototype method and evaluate its software quality based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard. The Prototype method was selected because it enables continuous interaction between developers and users during system development, ensuring that the resulting system meets organizational requirements. Software quality testing was conducted based on eight ISO/IEC 25010 quality characteristics, namely Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, and Portability. The evaluation results indicate that the developed system achieved an overall score of 82.50%, which falls into the Very Good category, indicating that the system has met the expected software quality standards. Therefore, the proposed Document Management System is considered feasible to support document management activities and improve operational efficiency at PT Snapdev Digital Indonesia.

Abstract

The biofloc system has become an innovative aquaculture method due to its ability to maintain water quality and improve fish growth. The implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) enables real-time monitoring of water quality parameters, particularly temperature and pH, which are essential for supporting fish cultivation. This study aimed to implement an IoT-based monitoring system to observe water temperature and pH conditions in a biofloc system and to analyze their relationship with the Specific Growth Rate (SGR) of Gesit tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). This research employed a quantitative approach using an experimental method involving two biofloc ponds with different stocking densities of 1,000 and 900 fish. Temperature, pH, and fish growth data were collected over a 60-day cultivation period and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The results showed that water temperature ranged from 25.1°C to 28.0°C, while pH ranged from 6.5 to 7.9, indicating that both parameters remained within the optimal range for tilapia cultivation. The SGR value of the pond stocked with 900 fish reached 1.96% per day, which was higher than the pond stocked with 1,000 fish at 1.80% per day. These findings demonstrate that the IoT-based monitoring system effectively supports continuous water quality monitoring and that a stocking density of 900 fish provides better growth performance in a biofloc cultivation system.

Abstract

Mosque management requires an integrated information system to support the management of mosque data, preachers, religious lecture schedules, and administrative activities more effectively. However, the existing management process is still largely conducted manually, resulting in data inconsistencies, scheduling conflicts, and delays in information dissemination. This study aims to evaluate the functional performance of the Web-Based Mosque Management Information System (SIMAKMU) using the Black Box Testing method. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach by testing the main functional features of the system, including user authentication, dashboards based on user roles, mosque data management, preacher data management, lecture schedule submission, schedule confirmation, notifications, and logout functions. The testing process was carried out by comparing the expected outputs with the actual outputs generated by the system without examining the internal source code. The results indicate that all testing scenarios were successfully executed and achieved Valid status, demonstrating that every feature functioned according to the predefined system requirements. These findings indicate that SIMAKMU has fulfilled the required functional aspects and is suitable for supporting integrated mosque management activities. The implementation of the system is expected to improve administrative efficiency, facilitate coordination among mosque administrators and preachers, and minimize scheduling conflicts in Muhammadiyah mosque activities.

Abstract

Advancements in information technology are encouraging schools to utilize digital media to enhance the quality of academic information services. SMPN 3 Sukaraja in Tasikmalaya Regency currently disseminates information via meetings, written notices, WhatsApp, and social media; consequently, information management is decentralized, difficult to track, and inefficient. This study aims to analyze requirements and design an academic website prototype to serve as a school information medium. The research employs the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), comprising stages for needs analysis, system design, prototype development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection involved observation and interviews with school personnel to identify user needs and issues regarding information dissemination. The results indicate a need for a website-based information platform capable of centrally managing, storing, and disseminating information effectively, while ensuring easy access for teachers, students, parents, and the public. The designed academic website prototype features a school profile, announcements, news, teacher data, schedules, a gallery, and other academic information. Thus, the prototype is expected to improve the effectiveness of information dissemination, streamline data management, accelerate information access, and support the enhancement of information services within the school environment.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of web-based information systems has raised the demand for high-quality software, making the testing process an indispensable stage in the software development life cycle. One of the most widely used functional testing methods is Black Box Testing; however, its effectiveness is highly influenced by the test case design techniques employed. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Equivalence Partitioning (EP) and Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) within the Black Box Testing method through a literature review approach. The research employed a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach using secondary data collected from 15 national and international scientific articles published between 2022 and 2026. The analysis was conducted through the processes of identification, classification, comparison, and synthesis of previous studies discussing the implementation of EP, BVA, and their combination in various web-based information systems. The synthesis results indicate that the Equivalence Partitioning technique is more effective in improving testing efficiency by reducing the number of test cases, whereas Boundary Value Analysis is more effective in detecting validation errors at boundary values. Furthermore, the reviewed studies consistently demonstrate that combining both techniques provides more comprehensive test coverage than using either technique independently, as it achieves a balance between efficiency and effectiveness in the software testing process.

Abstract

Heart disease remains one of the leading causes of the highest mortality rates worldwide, requiring a fast and accurate early detection system to minimize the risk of fatality. This study aims to test, compare, and analyze the performance of two popular machine learning methods, Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naive Bayes, in classifying the risk of heart attacks. The research method applied is quantitative experimental, utilizing structured secondary data from the Kaggle repository, which includes 79,583 patient medical records. The data preprocessing stages involve handling missing values, feature normalization using the MinMax Scaler technique, and dataset splitting with a proportion of 80% training data and 20% testing data. The research findings indicate that the SVM architecture significantly dominates global performance, achieving an accuracy rate of 0.9847, a precision of 0.9594, and an F1-score of 0.8745. On the other hand, the Naive Bayes algorithm records the highest sensitivity (recall) value of 0.9017, compared to SVM, which only reaches 0.8034. The implications of this study confirm that although SVM is highly superior in the aggregate and accurate in suppressing false-positive rates, Naive Bayes demonstrates better characteristics for initial screening scenarios due to its high sensitivity in minimizing the risk of undetected critical patients.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition condition that significantly impacts the physical growth and cognitive development of toddlers, often leading to irreversible damage to physical and mental capabilities during the critical first 1,000 days of life. In Indonesia, stunting remains a critical public health concern that requires early and accurate detection to mitigate long-term adverse effects. Conventional methods of determining nutritional status often rely on manual measurements and look-up tables, which can be time-consuming and susceptible to human error when processing large datasets. This study aims to address these challenges by developing an automated classification model for toddler stunting status using the Decision Tree algorithm. The research methodology includes data collection, preprocessing (cleaning and attribute selection), and model training using the Python programming language within the Google Colab environment, leveraging the Scikit-Learn library for efficient computation. The dataset utilized comprises key anthropometric attributes such as age, gender, body height, and weight. The experimental results demonstrate that the Decision Tree model effectively classifies nutritional status with an accuracy of 99,91%, indicating a high degree of reliability for practical implementation. Furthermore, the model generates interpretable decision rules, enabling healthcare practitioners to easily understand the primary determinants of stunting. Consequently, this model reliably aids in early stunting detection and prevention, potentially facilitating real- time monitoring in remote areas where access to specialized pediatric care is limited.
