Abstract

Rumex acetosa, also known as sorrel, is a perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the buckwheat family. Both as a cultivated plant and as a wild species, sorrel has been used for thousands of years. Numerous bioactive substances have been discovered in recent studies that have examined Rumex's various phytochemical and pharmacological capabilities. Plants have several health benefits because of the abundance of phytochemicals found in plants, including phenylpropanoids, isoprenoids, alkaloids, sulfated compounds, peptides, and polysaccharides, they possess biological qualities including anticancer, antifungal, anti-dysenteric, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiulcer, antibacterial, anti-coagulant, and antihypertensive properties. Sorrel provides a decent source of micro-and macro-nutrients in its leaves. So when we use uncooked plant components, excessive quantities of oxalic acid impair the bioavailability of some nutrients, particularly calcium. Because of their antioxidant and anti-microbial properties, Rumex species are used to preserve food. Food plants are taken into account not only both from a nutritional aspect but as a preventative measure for the most prevalent lifestyle diseases, like diabetes, cardiovascular illnesses, and cancer. To demonstrate the full impact of so many sorrel chemicals, more research is required. More research needs to be done on phytochemistry's potential as a medicine. More study is required to support these medical claims; nonetheless, this review attempts to bridge the knowledge gap and so provides sufficient data for ongoing studies on its potential as a functional food.

So that the researchers studied in depth the problems of learning to read that occurred in research subjects who were class II students at SD Miftahul Ulum Menganti, Gresik Regency. This research is a qualitative research with the form of case study research which was conducted on only two subjects, namely AR and KK. The subjects in this study were students of class II SD Miftahul Ulum, Gresik Regency. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the learning difficulties that arise in the subject (AR and KK) are not being able to read, not memorizing the alphabets, not being careful in writing, so they often write wrong words or sentences. The cause of AR experiencing learning difficulties is due to the busyness of parents so that AR feels that there is no one accompanying learning, the lack of time limits for playing so that AR often forgets time to forget the time to study. Meanwhile for KK, there is a lack of curfew for studying and no tutors when studying so that KK feels lazy to study because there is no one to accompany them.

Abstract

The coastal area of Segeri sub-district, Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency is a zone that is prone to natural phenomena of sea level rise. The impact received due to this phenomenon is something that needs to be studied to identify the level of coastal vulnerability and project changes in coastal vulnerability in the future. This study aims to calculate the coastal vulnerability index and project changes in vulnerability in the future due to changes in factors that affect coastal vulnerability. This research was conducted in August – December 2022 in Segeri District, namely in, Bone, Bawasalo and Bonto Matene Villages. The methods or approaches used in analyzing the data are: 1) analysis of coastal ecosystems and resources, 2) analysis of the physical and social characteristics of the community, 3) analysis of the vulnerability of the coastal environment. The Vulnerability Scoping Diagram (VSD) models places exposure, sensitivity and adaptive capacity as dimensions of vulnerability. The components of the exposure dimension consist of coastal dynamics, natural disturbances and population. The components of the sensitivity dimension are the characteristics of the coast, land use, and population settlements. The dimensions of adaptability include coastal habitats and marine conservation areas. Based on the scores of each parameter on the three dimensions, the coastal vulnerability index (IKP) in the three locations is in the range of IKP values of 7.96 - 9.59 which is included in the category of moderate vulnerability. Factors that are very influential on the IKP are the dimensions of sensitivity including: erosion, waves and tides caused by oceanographic factors so that if adaptation and mitigation efforts are not carried out, it is likely that in the next 5-10 years, the level of vulnerability can become high and even very high. Adaptation efforts that can be done are strengthening the coastal border area, planting and expanding mangrove trees in the coastal area of Segeri.

Abstract

According to the Association of Indonesian Internet Service Providers (APJII), internet users in Indonesia are increasing and are quite high. In 2018, the results of a survey conducted by APJII found 171.1 million people or 73.7% increasing to 196.71 million people from internet use in Indonesia in a population of 266.91 million Indonesian population in 2019. (APJII, 2019). This research is to find out what are the contents of news messages from the City Government of Bandar Lampung and to find out how much the effectiveness of the use of dik.id media is in fulfilling the information needs of the people of Way Halim District. The Uses and Gratification model views individuals as suprarational and active beings, receiving criticism, however, the uses and gratification model changes attention so that it shifts from the process of sending messages to receiving messages. The core of the uses and gratifications theory is the idea that media users depend on media information in meeting their needs and achieving goals, where the model assumes three ways of interacting, the media, media users and society, which influence the media to interact. The concept of user satisfaction for media lik.id is divided into two, namely (1) the Gratifications Souhgt motive and (2) the satisfaction obtained. Satisfaction with the site based on the gap between gratifications sought and gratifications obtained. The smaller the discrepancy, the more satisfying. Meanwhile, the greater the discrepancy, the more unsatisfactory. Gratifications Sought is the satisfaction that users want in using the media, or the user chooses or does not choose the media because it is based on the motive of fulfilling the need. Research on motives for using the internet is used as a motive for media consumption. Satisfaction obtained as a result of using the media is the need for information, the need for personal identity, the need for integrity and interaction, and the need for entertainment
