Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the receivable turnover ratio (RTO) and the ratio of the average collection period (ACP) to profitability (retun on assets/ROA) with the level of non-performing financing (NPF) as a moderation variable. The data in this study is in the form of secondary data, namely the quarterly financial statements of PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk for the 2019-2023 period obtained from the company's official website. The data analysis techniques carried out were in the form of descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests which included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests (durbin-watson), multiple linear regression analysis, moderated regression analysis (MRA) analysis, hypothesis tests and determancy coefficients. The results of the study show that the receivables turnover ratio has a significant effect on profitability at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. The ratio of the receivables collection period does not have a significant effect on profitability at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. The non-performing financing rate is not able to moderate the effect of the receivables turnover ratio and the ratio of the receivables collection period to profitability at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk.

Abstract

Personal financial literacy acts as a crucial factor in shaping individual financial management behavior, primarily through financial socialization processes from various sources such as parents, peers, and media. This study aims to identify the extent to which financial socialization and psychological factors—such as financial attitudes, locus of control, and self-control—influence personal financial management among young professionals. Utilizing a quantitative approach and survey method, data were collected from young professionals aged 25 to 40 years using purposive sampling. Analysis employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine relationships among financial socialization, psychological factors, and financial behavior, with financial literacy assessed as a mediating variable. The findings suggest that both financial socialization from family, peers, and media, as well as psychological constructs, significantly impact financial management behavior, but the mediating effect of financial literacy is essential to translate these socializations into positive financial practices. Implications of this research bear relevance for theoretical development as well as practical initiatives by educators and policymakers aiming to foster healthy financial behaviors among young professionals.

Abstract

In light of the rapidly accelerating global digital transformation, digital marketing has emerged as one of the most important economic and social pillars of the 21st century. This research aims to explore the reality of digital marketing in Yemen, a country experiencing a protracted humanitarian and economic crisis. It analyzes the opportunities this field can provide to enhance economic activity and empower small and medium enterprises (SMEs), alongside the fundamental challenges that hinder its spread and effectiveness. Using a descriptive-analytical methodology, the study examines economic, technical, legal, and social aspects. The research concludes that digital marketing represents a strategic opportunity to overcome geographical and logistical constraints, open new markets, and create job opportunities. However, it faces significant challenges, including weak digital infrastructure, a skills gap, the absence of a regulatory legal framework, and widespread digital illiteracy. The research recommends the adoption of national policies and strategies to promote digital marketing, offering practical recommendations for government entities, educational institutions, companies, and individuals to maximize benefits and mitigate risks. It emphasizes that investment in this field is not a luxury but an imperative necessity for survival and growth in the contemporary economy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) in optimizing the quality control (QC) system in the Solar Public Street Lighting (PJUTS) project, with a case study at PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero). The approach used is qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation during the internship at the company. The results showed that the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology such as GPS-based cameras, Looker Studio, My Maps, Google Drive, and Spreadsheet can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QC process by using a cloud- based monitoring and documentation system. However, there are some constraints that need to be considered when adapting the technology and validating field data. Overall, the application of IoT improves the quality of project supervision and enhances the competitiveness of companies in Industry 5.0.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44/PMK.03/2020 concerning tax incentives for taxpayers affected by the corona virus pandemic on medium-sized companies. In addition, to obtain empirical evidence of the types of tax incentives that are most effective for medium-sized companies. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by analyzing data as supporting data adjusted to field case studies. The results showed that: first, the most effective tax incentive program for medium-sized companies is the final income tax incentive PP No. 23 of 2018 borne by the Government because for small and medium companies this tax incentive can increase the company's cash inflow. Second, income tax article 21 incentives are not very effective because most employees have income below Non-Taxable Income. Third, the income tax article 25 reduction facility is only delaying so that the cash inflow received by the company during the utilization of this facility is only temporary. Fourth, tax exemption on dividends is a good signal for company managers and shareholders to immediately distribute dividends.

Abstract

Underemployment and poverty represent significant challenges for regional economies. This study aims to examine the determinants of underemployment and its impact on household poverty in Bengkulu Province. The research employs multinomial logistic regression and logistic regression methods. The findings indicate that poverty status, age, and employment position, such as self-employment and unpaid family work, positively influence the likelihood of underemployment. Conversely, economic status, area of residence (urban or rural), productive age, gender, marital status, and household size negatively affect the risk of underemployment. On the other hand, poverty is significantly influenced by employment status, area of residence (particularly in rural areas), non-productive age, marital status, household size, and education level. Individuals or households with lower levels of education face a higher probability of experiencing poverty. The study further reveals that individuals working fewer than or equal to 34 hours per week are 1.6% more likely to fall into poverty. These results underscore the need for policies that expand access to basic services, improve access to formal employment, enhance the quality of life for informal workers, and provide special attention to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as strategies to reduce both underemployment and poverty.

This study seeks to assess the impact of Product Diversity, Brand Trust, and Price Fairness on Purchase Decisions for Xiaomi Smartphones, focusing on consumers at Xiaomi Shop Fastronik Banyumanik. The data for this study was gathered through observations, questionnaires, and a literature review. The sample strategy employed was non-probability sampling utilizing a purposive sampling method. The study sample comprised 105 users at Xiaomi Shop Fastronik Banyumanik. This study employed data analysis techniques including validity testing, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, F-tests, and t-tests. This study employed IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 for data processing. This study's findings demonstrate that product diversity, brand trust, and price fairness substantially affect purchasing decisions. Product diversity, brand trust, and price fairness account for 76.6% of the purchasing decision, but the remaining 23.4% is affected by additional variables not analyzed in this study. The t-test results demonstrate that the pricing justice variable exerts the greatest influence relative to the product diversity and brand trust factors. The regression equation derived from these results is Y = 0.561 + 0.238X1 + 0.318X2 + 0.420X3.
