Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on purchase intention toward Skintific products on the TikTok platform. The primary objective is to analyze how consumer perceptions of information quality, information quantity, and information adoption derived from TikTok content can shape their intention to purchase skincare products. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey-based approach, using a structured questionnaire as the instrument for data collection. The questionnaire was distributed to TikTok users who had viewed or been exposed to Skintific-related content. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that information adoption has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, whereas information quantity does not significantly influence perceived information usefulness. These results suggest that the relevance, usefulness, and credibility of information are more critical than its sheer volume in influencing consumer decision-making. Moreover, the process by which users adopt information from TikTok plays a central role in shaping favorable perceptions that ultimately lead to purchase intention.

Abstract

This study examines how company size and the size of the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) affect audit quality; the moderating variable is audit fees. The high complexity of reporting in the property and real estate industry, along with issues related to financial statement manipulation and delays, underpins this research. This study employs a quantitative method using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2022–2024 period. The results show that audit firm size does not affect audit quality, but firm size does. Furthermore, there is no evidence that audit fees moderate the relationship between audit quality and firm or firm size. This study is expected to improve the quality of business governance and the effectiveness of external audits in the property and real estate industry.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image and brand equity on customer satisfaction of Wardah cosmetic products in Bandar Lampung City. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and partial tests (t-test) to test the proposed hypotheses. The results indicate that the first hypothesis (H1) is supported, meaning that brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This suggests that the better Wardah’s brand image is perceived by consumers, the higher their satisfaction level will be. Furthermore, the second hypothesis (H2) is also supported, meaning that brand equity has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In other words, Wardah’s brand equity such as customer loyalty, brand awareness, and perceived quality contributes to strengthening customer satisfaction. The questionnaire results highlight that the corporate image indicator within the brand image variable requires more attention, as it obtained the lowest average score. Within the brand equity variable, brand loyalty also needs to be improved to enhance customer satisfaction. Improvements in these indicators are expected to significantly increase customer satisfaction and strengthen Wardah’s position in the domestic cosmetics market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure on company performance which includes accounting, financial, operational, and market performance of energy sector companies in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from financial statements and sustainability reports of 29 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2022–2024. The measurement of ESG disclosure is based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) indicators of the GRI 2, GRI 300, and GRI 400 standards. The company's performance is measured through Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Logarithm Natural Cost of Goods Sold (LNCOGS), and Logarithm Natural Market Capitalization (LNMKP), while the control variables used include Firm Age, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR). Data analysis was carried out using the panel data regression method using Eviews 13. The results of the study show that ESG disclosure does not have a significant effect on the company's performance from accounting, financial, operational, and market aspects. These findings indicate that ESG disclosure in energy sector companies in Indonesia has not been able to make a real contribution to improving company performance during the study period.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a cocoa processing company that requires a supply chain performance evaluation, as previous measurements have focused mainly on profit without considering process effectiveness. This study aims to measure supply chain performance using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) framework and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). A total of 30 indicators across the five core SCOR processes were evaluated, weighted using AHP, and priority improvement indicators were identified. The results show a supply chain performance score of 87.46 (Good). Most indicators were in the excellent category; however, several remained low, including forecast accuracy (70.90, good), raw material planning accuracy (19.13, poor), number of trouble machines (66.67, average), and inventory accuracy for finished products (0.00, poor). In addition, the timely delivery performance by suppliers (90.83, excellent) was identified as vulnerable to decline. Improvements focus on low-performing indicators through strategies such as more accurate forecasting, integrated raw material planning systems, scheduled machine maintenance, real-time finished product inventory recording, and inventory coordination with suppliers through safety stock. This study provides a basis for systematic evaluation to enhance supply chain effectiveness and support the company’s operational sustainability.
