Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, customer experience, and brand equity on customer loyalty at Hotel Archipelago in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The research employed a purposive sampling technique, involving 130 respondents. Primary data was collected through an online questionnaire (Google Form), which was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, instrument testing (validity and reliability), classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity), and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The coefficient of determination (R²) was used to measure the extent to which the independent variables influenced the dependent variable. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS version 25. The results indicate that digital marketing, customer experience, and brand equity have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, these three variables also collectively exhibit a significant influence on customer loyalty at Hotel Archipelago DIY.

Abstract

File management is the process of organizing, storing, and manipulating digital files on a computer system. Several key aspects such as documents can be easily accessed, protected in terms of authenticity, and managed efficiently are criteria for good physical and digital file management. In addition, by implementing a good file management, archives can be easily and quickly retrieved again when needed, classified clearly, named consistently for easy tracking, protected from loss and damage, and maintained their authenticity for valid evidence. Not only that, the scalability of file management can also be developed according to future document growth, is adaptive to business needs, and sustainability maintained. This study aims to create and measure the effectiveness of a VBA-based File Management Application as a file mitigation effort in the Digital Era. This study uses action research and functional black box testing methods. The results of this study indicate that the VBA-based application created has met the criteria for good file management, namely easy to use, creates and stores documents securely, easy to trace back, reliably protected in terms of authenticity, and all its functions run as expected. This application is expected to be evaluated and monitored regularly during the implementation for further development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing companies to undertake stock splits and examine the role of dividend policy as a moderating variable in the relationship between these determinants and stock splits. The independent variables used in this study include abnormal returns, trading volume activity, stock price, bid-ask spread, and market performance. Dividend policy is moderated using the dividend payout ratio. This study was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2024 period. Data were obtained through documentation methods from annual financial reports and market data published by the IDX. The sample selection was conducted using purposive sampling, with a sample size of 168 companies. The analytical method used was moderated regression analysis to test the direct and interaction effects between variables using SPSS 30 software. The results showed that abnormal returns, trading volume activity, stock price, and market performance significantly influenced stock splits, while the bid-ask spread had no direct effect. Dividend policy is shown to moderate the relationship between abnormal returns and stock prices but does not moderate the relationship between trading volume activity, bid-ask spread, and market performance with stock splits. This finding suggests that companies consider market signals and dividend strategies simultaneously when making stock split decisions. This research provides theoretical contributions to the corporate finance literature and provides practical implications for investors and company management in understanding stock and dividend policy strategies in the Indonesian capital market.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on profitability, with the disclosure of financial performance serving as a moderating factor. The research sample comprises companies listed on the SRI-KEHATI index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The findings reveal that while GCG has a positive influence on profitability, this effect is not statistically significant. However, when financial performance—particularly solvency—is introduced as a moderating variable, the relationship between GCG and profitability becomes both positive and significant. This suggests that stronger GCG practices, when reinforced by solid financial performance, notably enhance a company's profitability

Abstract

This literature review explores the pivotal role of Big Data in enhancing Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities, particularly in strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and gaining a competitive advantage. Through an analysis of recent studies, it highlights how Big Data facilitates real-time insights, enabling firms to optimize processes, improve predictive analytics, and adapt to dynamic market conditions. The review integrates theoretical frameworks such as Dynamic Capability Theory and Resource-Based Theory to underline the strategic value of Big Data in BI. Despite its transformative potential, challenges like high implementation costs, technological complexity, and resource limitations hinder its adoption, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises. This study identifies gaps in current research and calls for further exploration into cost-effective solutions and skill development to enable broader adoption across various industries and regions.

Abstract

Microeconomics provides a theoretical framework for understanding how a company achieves profit margins, while profit margin is a key measure of performance that reflects the effectiveness of a company's microeconomic strategy, including in agricultural companies. This study aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, operating cash flow, and activity ratio on the profitability of agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, especially Crude Palm Oil (CPO) companies. The research approach is quantitative using secondary data from 11 Crude Palm Oil (CPO) agricultural companies for the 2021-2024 period, so that the total data is 44 research data. Data collection uses documentation, namely accessing the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis of panel data. The results of the study show that simultaneously, the capital structure (Debt to Equity Ratio), operating cash flow, and activity ratio (inventory turnover) together have a significant effect on profitability (Net Profit Margin) in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a determination coefficient of 81.2172%. While the remaining 18.7828% is explained by other variables that are not studied in this study such as operational cost efficiency, sales and revenue growth levels, raw material prices or production inputs, tax policies and interest expense and price strategies and product competitiveness in the market. Then partially, the capital structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability (Net Profit Margin), operating cash flow has a positive and significant effect on profitability (Net Profit Margin), and activity ratio (inventory turnover) has a positive and significant effect on Profitability (Net Profit Margin).

This objective is described as: 1) Analyzing the influence of Green finance, environmental performance and financial performance on firm value in Consumer Non-Cyclicals Sector Companies for the 2020-2023 Period 2) Analyzing the influence of Green finance and environmental performance on financial performance in Consumer Non-Cyclicals Sector Companies for the 2020-2023 Period 3) Analyzing the influence of Green finance and environmental performance on firm value through financial performance as a mediating variable in Consumer Non-Cyclicals Sector Companies for the 2020-2023 Period. This study is a quantitative study using SEM PLS. The results show that environmental performance has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, and financial performance is proven to have a strong and significant effect on firm value, while environmental performance does not directly affect firm value without the mediation of financial performance; On the other hand, Green Finance does not have a significant influence on either financial performance or company value, and is not proven to mediate the relationship, so it can be concluded that financial performance is a key factor that mediates the influence of environmental performance on company value, while green finance has not shown a significant contribution in the context of Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector companies in Indonesia for the period 2020–2023.

Abstract

Community encouragement to fulfill their basic needs requires border communities to find solutions to the conditions of the border areas which are still lacking. This situation requires that economic transactions in the border region tend to depend on Malaysian products, as a result of the dominance of foreign currency (ringgit) in the Central Sebatik District that cannot be avoided. Therefore, this research is titled "IMPLEMENTATION OF BANK INDONESIA POLICY ON THE OBLIGATION TO USE RUPIAH IN INDONESIA BORDER REGION (Case Study in Central Sebatik District of Nunukan Regency)". The purpose of this research is to explain and analyze how Bank Indonesia's policy on the obligation to use rupiah in Indonesia's border area is implemented, as well as the implementation of policies and efforts to overcome the problem. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In this research, researchers used the Van Meter and Van Horn theory of implementation with six dimensions, namely Objectives and Measures, Resources, Communication and Implementation activities, Implementing Agency Characteristics, Economic, Social and Political Environment, and Implementing Tendencies. The results of this research show that the implementation of Bank Indonesia's policy on the obligation to use rupiah in the Indonesian border region (Case study in Central Sebatik District) has been running quite well, but the results have not been optimal because there are still several obstacles that become obstacles such as fluctuations in the exchange rate experienced a change, the dependence of the trade sector and product marketing as well as the supply of needed goods from Malaysia, low public awareness of existing policies, limited infrastructure and facilities, resource management has not been well coordinated, lack of coordination between agencies and instruments involved in the policy. Therefore, researchers suggest that socialization activities should be conducted more frequently, there should be good coordination between institutions, and a dedicated team should be established to focus on the economy and financial system (payment system), human resource development, development of supporting facilities and infrastructure, and creation of a new economic center.
