Abstract

Teachers’ professionalism has become main factor for providing quality education where school supervisors have important epistemic role in achieving. This study aims to contemplate exploratively function of school supervisors to increase the Islamic religious teachers’ professionalism. This research was conducted at MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan.To achieve the research objectives, the type of research applied was exploratory qualitative by involving 2 school supervisors, 1 school principal, 2 vice principals, and 7 of Islamic religious teachers. Data collection techniques were piloted through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The validity testing was ran by confirmibility and triangulation. The data is analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data display, condensation, and conclusions.The results revealed that the supervisory function in: 1) Checking the completeness of teacher learning administration compeleted effectively. 2) Providing coaching and developing teacher professionalism has been effective through individual coaching. 3) Monitoring the implementation of the 8 national education standards compeleted effectively. 4) Checking the results of the teacher performance supervision program compeleted effectively. 5) Reporting the implementation of increasing the teachers’ professionalism is compeleted effectively. So, it can be concluded that the supervisory function of increasing the teachers’ professionalism at MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan orchastrated effectively and sustainably.Keyword: Implementation; School Supervisors; Teacher Professionalism. Abstrak Profesionalisme guru merupakan faktor utama untuk menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang bermutu dimana pengawas sekolah memiliki peranan penting secara epistemik untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkontempalasi secara eksploratif fungsi pengawas sekolah untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan.Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, maka jenis penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kualitatif eksploratif dengan melibatkan 2 pengawas sekolah, 1 kepala sekolah, 2 wakil kepala sekolah, dan 7 guru-guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Uji keabsahan data penelitian dilakukan melalui perpanjangan pengamatan dan tri angulasi. Data penelitian yang terkumpul diolah melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, kondensasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa fungsi pengawas dalam: 1) Memeriksa kelengkapan administrasi pembelajaran guru sudah dilaksanakan dengan efektif. 2) Memberikan pembinaan dan pengembangan profesionalisme guru sudah efektif melalui pembinaan secara individual. 3) Memantau pelaksanaan 8 standar nasional pendidikan sudah dilakukan secara efektif. 4) Memeriksa penilaian hasil program supervisi kinerja guru sudah dilakukan dengan efektif. 5) Pelaporan pelaksanaan peningkatan profesionalisme guru PAI dilakukan dengan efektif. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa fungsi pengawas dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAI di MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan sudah dilakukan dengan efektif dan berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: Implementasi; Pengawas Sekolah; Profesionalisme Guru.

Abstract

This research aims to contemporize exploratively the function of school supervisors through juridical functions for the Effectiveness of Classroom Management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Padang Lawas Utara This research was conducted Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Padang Lawas Utaratahun 2022-2023 This school is located in Padang Lawas Utara, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The type of research applied is qualitative research. The qualitative research approach used is exploratory qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of classroom management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Padang Lawas Utara has not been managed properly and correctly. This can be seen from the Islamic Religious Education teacher in applying skills related to the principles of using classroom management. Islamic Religious Education teachers who enter class VII-3 of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Padang Lawas Utara only apply the principles of warmth and enthusiasm, challenge, emphasis on positive things and instilling self-discipline. And the principles of variety and flexibility have not been applied in classroom management. Then the ability of PAI teachers to apply skills related to creating and maintaining optimal learning conditions has not all been applied. Islamic Religious Education teachers who enter class VII-3 of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Padang Lawas Utara only apply the components of dividing attention and focusing group attention. Abstract

Nature school education is an effort to change the behavior and attitudes carried out by various parties or elements of society which aims to increase knowledge, skills and public awareness about natural values ​​and issues of natural problems which in turn can move the community to take an active role in conservation and safety efforts. Environment for the benefit of present and future generations. Nature education can facilitate the achievement of high-level skills such as critical thinking, creative thinking, integrative thinking and problem solving. The concept that is offered from the nature-based school education system is a very interesting concept to explore more deeply. Wangsakerta Nature School, Karangdawa Hamlet, Setupatok Mundu Village, West Java is one of the many Nature Schools that have been established in various regions in Indonesia, located in shady rice fields and plantations, far from vehicle pollution. Abstrak Pendidikan sekolah alam adalah upaya mengubah prilaku dan sikap yang dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak atau elemen masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang nilai-nilai alam dan isu permasalahan alam yang pada akhirnya dapat menggerakkan masyarakat untuk berperan aktif dalam upaya pelestarian dan keselamatan lingkungan untuk kepentingan generasi sekarang dan yang akan datang. Pendidikan alam dapat mempermudah pencapaian keterampilan tingkat tinggi seperti berfikir kritis, berfikir kreatif, berfikir secara integrative dan memecahkan masalah.Konsep yang ditawarkan dari sistem pendidikan sekolah berbasis alam merupakan konsep yang sangat menarik untuk digali kembali lebih dalam lagi. Sekolah Alam Wangsakerta Dusun Karangdawa Desa Setupatok Mundu Jawa barat merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak Sekolah Alam yang telah di didirikan diberbagai daerah di Indonesia, yang berlokasi di persawahan dan perkebunan yang rindang, jauh dari polusi kendaraan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the need for interactive learning media in Asmaul Husna material in class V in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects in this study were one PAI teacher and 31 grade V students at SDN 1 Nagarawangi. The analysis in this study used the analysis of the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study show that interactive learning media is needed in Asmaul Husna material in class V. So that this study can be concluded that interactive learning media is needed for teachers and students in learning in order to increase the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of learning students. Researchers recommend that further researchers be able to develop interactive learning media based on the needs analysis that has been done.Keyword : Needs Analysis; Interactive Learning Media; Asmaul Husna Material

Abstract

Delinquency of elementary school students, the government and all ranks of education and the Indonesian community must be highly considered and take quick action in handling and overcoming the delinquency of students especially elementary school students. Based on the background of the problem above the authors conducted a study with the aim of: (a) To illustrate the form of delinquency that is currently done by elementary school students in Suranenggala District (b) To find out the cause of changing moral attitudes towards students, (c) To evaluate the role of Islamic religious education teachers anticipate to minimize student delinquency The method used in this study is a qualitative approach that intends to understand phenomena about what is experienced by research subjects such as: religious values, behavior, perceptions, actions, and others, holistically. Data collection is done by observation, documentation, and interview techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that the Role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Minimizing the Delinquency of Elementary School Students in Suranenggala District needs cooperation with parents so that the inculcation of Islamic religious values ​​will run optimally. Abstrak Kenakalan siswa sekolah dasar, pemerintah dan segenap jajaran pendidikan serta masyarakat Indonesia harus sangat diperhatikan dan mengambil tindakan cepat dalam penanganan dan penanggulangan kenakalan-kenakalan siswa terkhusus siswa sekolah dasar. Berdasarkan latarbelakang masalah diatas penulis melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan: (a) Untuk menggambarkan bentuk kenakalan yang dewasa ini dilakukan siswa SD di Kecamatan Suranenggala (b) Untuk Mengetahui sebab perubahan sikap moral pada siswa, (c) Untuk Mengevaluasi peran guru pendidikan agama islam melakukan antisipasi untuk meminimalisir kenakalan siswa, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian seperti: nilai-nilai agama, perilaku, persepsi, tindakan, dan lainnya, secara holistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa: Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Meminimalisir Kenakalan Siswa SD di Kecamatan Suranenggala perlu adanya kerjasama dengan orang tua sehingga penanaman nilai nilai agama islam akan berjalan maksimal.

Abstract

History learning is a study that explains events or events that occurred in the past that were born from previous human cultures that involve all aspects of life such as law, politics, religion, social, science, and others. In general, history learning becomes boring for students at all levels, including MA students who have strong characteristics in it. So it is appropriate for MA students to strengthen the historical thinking skills they have developed. So that this study aims to increase the intake of insight regarding the relationship between the characteristics possessed by MA students and the historical thinking skills they have in learning Islamic Cultural History. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach, using the literature study method or what is also known as the method of collecting library data from various written sources. Basically the characteristics of MA students combined with historical thinking skills in history learning will be the right collaboration for an important step in an effort to foster a spirit of learning and understanding of history and what is in it. And of course in the learning process do not forget the developmental aspects that exist in students, namely cognitive, physical, and psychosocial aspects.Keyword: Character Education; Historical Thinking Skills; SKI Learning. Abstrak Pembelajaran sejarah merupakan sebuah studi yang menjelaskan peristiwa atau kejadian yang terjadi pada masa lampau yang lahir dari kebudayaan manusia terdahulu yang menyangkut segala aspek kehidupan seperti hukum, politik, keagamaan, sosial, keilmuan, dan lain-lain. Pada umumnya, pembelajaran sejarah menjadi hal yang membosankan bagi peserta didik diseluruh jenjang pendidikan termasuk peserta didik MA yang memiliki karakteristik yang kuat di dalamnya. Maka dirasa tepat untuk peserta didik MA dalam melakukan penguatan historical thinking skill yang dikembangkannya. Sehingga penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menambah asupan wawasan mengenai hubungan antara karakteristik yang dimiliki peserta didik MA dengan kemampuan berpikir sejarah yang dia miliki pada pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan metode studi literatur atau yang biasa disebut juga metode pengumpulan data pustaka dari berbagai sumber tertulis. Pada dasarnya karakteristik peserta didik MA yang dipadukan dengan historical thinking skill pada pembelajaran sejarah akan menjadi kolaborasi yang tepat untuk langkah penting dalam upaya menumbuhkan semangat belajar dan paham akan sejarah serta yang ada di dalamnya. Dan pastinya dalam proses pembelajarannya tidak melupakan aspek perkembangan yang ada pada peserta didik yakni aspek kognitif, fisik, dan psikososial.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter; Historical Thinking Skill; Pembelajaran SKI.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the expository learning strategies used in teaching PAI lessons at Vijaya Kusuma Junior High School in Bandung City. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. Data were obtained through classroom observations and interviews with PAI teachers at Vijaya Kusuma Junior High School. The teachers who participated in this study were selected based on purposive sampling method. The results of this study show that PAI teachers in Vijaya Kusuma Junior High School in Bandung City use various expository learning strategies that are diverse and in accordance with the needs of students. Some of the commonly used expository learning strategies are lectures, demonstrations, directed discussions, interactive lectures, individual assignments, formative evaluations, and final summaries. Teachers use lectures to deliver a direct explanation of the material, while demonstrations are used to clarify certain concepts or processes. Focused discussions are used to facilitate interaction between students and teachers, while interactive lectures encourage active student participation. Individual assignments are used to actively engage students in the understanding and application of the material, while formative evaluations assist teachers in checking students' understanding. Final summaries are used to clarify students' understanding and allow time for final questions. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of the application of expository learning strategies in PAI learning at Vijaya Kusuma Junior High School in Bandung City. The results of this study can be a reference for PAI teachers to develop more innovative and effective learning approaches. It is recommended to conduct further research with a larger sample and involving various schools in different cities or regions in order to get a more comprehensive picture of expository learning strategies in PAI lessons.Keyword: Learning Strategy; Expository Strategy; Islamic Education Lessons.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of the method of integreted, listening, hand, attention, matching (ILHAM) on the ability of memorizing Al-qur'an students SMI IT Al-Marwat Lemahabang Cirebon. The study was motivated by the application of the method of ILHAM. The method of ILHAM is a method of memorizing the Qur'an that combines various kinds of intelligence. The integration of intelligence that is carried out continuously can improve the intelligence of the students, who are then able to contribute positively in the improvement of kemampan memorize Al-Qur'an.This study aims to determine how much influence the use of the Integrated, Listening, Hand, Attention, Matching (ILHAM) method has on the students' ability to memorize the Qur'an at SMP IT Al-Marwat Lemahabang Cirebon. This research is a type of quantitative research with an associative approach. Questionnaire data collection techniques to obtain data on the application of the ILHAM method (X) and documentation to obtain data on the ability to memorize the Qur'an (Y).Based on the results obtained from the field and the calculation using the formula of simple linear regression, it can be concluded that. First, the application of the method of ILHAM in SMPIT AL-Marwat Lemahabang Cirebon by 80,53% rounded to 81%, which means good. Second, the percentage of the ability to memorize the Qur'an students in SMPIT Al-Marwat Lemahabang Ciebon by 86,76% rounded up to 87% which means very high. Third, there is a positive and significant influence of the application of the method of ILHAM on the ability of memorizing Al-Qur'an students on the program tahfidz in class VIII and IX SMPIT Al-Marwat Lemahabang, which amounted to 62%. Based on the above description can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of the application of the method of ILHAM on the ability of memorizing Al-Qur'an students in SMPIT Al-Mawat Lemahabang Cirebon.Based on the description above, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence from the application of the ILHAM method on the students' ability to memorize the Qur'an at SMPIT Al-Mawat Lemahabang Cirebon.Keyword: ILHAM Method; Ability to Memorize; Al-Qur’an. Integrasi kecerdasan yang dilakukan secara terus menerus tersebut dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan siswa, yang kemudian mampu berkontribusi positif dalam peningkatan kemampan menghafal Al-Qur’an.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan metode ILHAM terhadap kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an siswa di SMP IT Al-Marwat Lemahabang Cirebon.Penelitian ini merupaan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan menggunakan metode asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data angket untuk mendapatkan data tentang penerapan metode ILHAM (X) dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data tentang kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an (Y).Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari lapangan dan perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linear sederhana, dapat disimpulkan bahwa. Pertama, Penerapan metode ILHAM di SMPIT AL-Marwat Lemahabang Cirebon sebesar 80,53% dibulatkan menjadi 81% yang artinya baik. Kedua, Porsentase kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an siswa di SMPIT Al-Marwat Lemahabang Ciebon sebesar 86,76% yang dibulatkan menjadi 87% yang artinya sangat tinggi. Ketiga, Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari penerapan metode ILHAM terhadap kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an siswa pada program tahfidz di kelas VIII dan IX SMPIT Al-Marwat Lemahabang yang sebesar 62%. Berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari penerapan metode ILHAM terhadap kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an siswa di SMPIT Al-Mawat Lemahabang Cirebon.Kata Kunci: Metode ILHAM; Kemampuan Menghafal; Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

MDT education Model in Indonesia today in reality that the existence of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah not dimasifkan quantity. The problem is whether the community is interested in sending (learning) to MDT? From the background of the above problems, the researchers want to analyze about: (1) How the implementation of non formal Islamic education standards MDT in Indonesia. (2) What obstacles are faced, and how the solution.Research methods are descriptive analytical, where research sources obtained through the study of literature.The results prove that the implementation of non formal Islamic education standards MDT in Indonesia there are several obstacles in its implementation include: (1) funding. (2) The Power of teaching. (3) facilities and facilities, as well as. (4) Time / Lesson Hours. So it takes a solution or effective steps in optimizing Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah in Indonesia.The solution is: (a) the need to improve the quality of academic by equipping students with the ability to religion properly and correctly. (b) the need to install human resources by selecting qualified teachers and optimal management. Abstrak Model pendidikan MDT di Indonesia dewasa ini secara realita bahwa keberadaan Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah tidak dimasifkan kuantitasnya. Masalahnya adalah apakah masyarakat berminat untuk menyekolahkan (belajar) ke MDT? Dari latar permasalahan di atas, maka peneliti hendak menganalisis tentang: (1) Bagaimana Implementasi Standar Pendidikan Islam Non Formal MDT di Indonesia. (2) Kendala apa saja yang dihadapi, serta bagaimana solusinya. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif analitis, dimana sumber penelitian diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan.Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Implementasi Standar Pendidikan Islam Non Formal MDT di Indonesia terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaanya diantaranya meliputi: (1) Pendanaan. (2) Tenaga pengajar. (3) Fasilitas dan sarana, serta. (4) Waktu/Jam Pelajaran. Sehingga diperlukan solusi atau langkah efektif dalam pengoptimalan Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah di Indonesia.Adapun solusiyna yaitu: (a) Perlunya peningkatan kualitas akedemik dengan membekali siswa terhadap kemampuan Agama dengan baik dan benar. (b) Perlunya memasang sumber daya manusia dengan menyeleksi guru-guru yang berkualitas serta manajemen yang optimal. (c) Pemaksimalan peran, selain pengumpulan dana sebagai pengendali mutu Madrasah Diniyah, juga dibutuhkan penyumbang dana atau donatur yang turut serta membantu dalam hal pendanaan. (d) Perlunya meningkatkan peran orang tua, dan masyarakat setempat sebagai obyek sekaligus subyek pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Implementasi Standar Pendidikan; Pendidikan Islam Non Formal; Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas integrasi kecerdasan buatan (artificial intelligence) dalam manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam di sekolah dasar. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kecerdasan buatan dapat diimplementasikan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan karakter, serta dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter religius siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen di beberapa sekolah dasar Islam yang telah mengintegrasikan kecerdasan buatan dalam manajemen pendidikan karakter. Teknik analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tema dan pola yang muncul dari data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kecerdasan buatan dalam manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam di sekolah dasar memberikan peningkatan signifikan dalam hal efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan pendidikan karakter. Kecerdasan buatan membantu guru dalam memantau perkembangan karakter siswa secara real-time, menyesuaikan strategi pembelajaran berdasarkan kebutuhan individu siswa, serta menyediakan data analitis yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dalam manajemen pendidikan karakter. Selain itu, kecerdasan buatan juga mempermudah dokumentasi dan pelaporan perkembangan karakter siswa. Kesimpulannya, integrasi kecerdasan buatan dalam manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam di sekolah dasar menunjukkan potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan karakter. Namun, keberhasilan integrasi ini sangat bergantung pada kesiapan teknologi sekolah dan pelatihan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, disarankan adanya investasi berkelanjutan dalam infrastruktur teknologi dan pengembangan kapasitas guru untuk memastikan implementasi yang efektif.
