Abstract

The issue of forest destruction by communities and companies in Indonesia has received attention from various countries, and has become an international issue. This study aims to describe and identify the obstacles to the implementation of the Forest and Land Rehabilitation Program Policy which involves many elements in society in Central Aceh District. This descriptive qualitative research uses a data triangulation analysis approach, taking document data and interviews which are confirmed by data from reports from forest monitoring NGOs in Central Aceh District. The results of the study found that the forest conservation policies supported by regional regulations in the form of the Aceh Qanun had not been implemented as stipulated due to constraints on the number of human resources and the budget and competence of human resources. The construction of the proposed implementation model is to involve the community by optimizing community forest protection organizations (PHBM) combined with an economic approach as a form of mutualist relations with the target of increasing community participation and responsibility

Abstract

The Great Resignation underscores the imperative for integrating more strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) interventions to effectively address employees' evolving aspirations following the COVID-19 pandemic, which significantly contribute to the complexity of their Career Decision-Making (CDM). This study aims to offer a new perspective on conceptualizing the potential mediating and moderating factors influencing employees’ CDM, while emphasizing the pressing urgency and relevance of HRM interventions. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from a diverse sample of 217 employees representing various industries, integrating both SPSS and PLS-SEM for data analysis. The findings of this study reveal several key valuable insights. Firstly, it was found that high Actual-Ideal Self-Discrepancy (AISD) significantly influences both the complexity of employees' CDM and Future Time Perspective (FTP). Specifically, high AISD is associated with increased complexity in CDM and a higher FTP. Furthermore, high FTP was identified as reducing CDM complexity, serving as a mediator in the relationship between high AISD and low complexity of CDM. However, it was also observed that high Willingness to Compromise (WTC) does not moderate the significant relationship between high AISD and high complexity of CDM. These findings highlight the importance of understanding the psychological dynamics that contribute to the complexity of employees' CDM. Organizations can use this knowledge to develop personalized interventions to mitigate turnover intentions and improve employee retention in the post-pandemic era.

This is because the university has state status, is funded by the government, and receives financial support and human resources in accordance with development needs. Secondly, the mechanical approach is a model of approach that is based on natural change and what it is. The mechanical approach model can be used as a tool to analyze the development of private PTAI, namely PTAI which is managed by the private sector and experiences many obstacles in its management caused by limited sources of funds, limited development facilities, and infrastructure. and management of limited human resources. This resulted in private PTAI developing slowly in improving its academic quality.
