Jurnal Ekonomi Bisnis Digital adalah Jurnal Nasional dalam bidang ilmu ekonomi bisnis digital. Jurnal Ekonomi Bisnis Digital JEBIDI terbit tiga kali setahun, yaitu pada bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. JEBIDI bertujuan untuk mempromosikan hasil penelitian di bidang ekonomi bisnis digital yang berfokus pada penerbitan makalah berkualitas. Artikel yang diserahkan akan ditinjau oleh komite teknis Jurnal. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus berupa laporan asli atau hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, eksperimental atau teoritis, dan akan direview oleh reviewer. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether "The Effect of Current Ratio and Account Receivable Turnover on Return On Assets in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 Period". The research design used in this study is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is that there are 21 companies that are included in the Food and Beverage company sub-sector for the 2019-2021 period. The sample in this study was 13 companies which over a period of 3 years totaled 39 samples to be used in this study. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio partially has a significant effect on Return On Assets. Receivable Account Turnover partially has a significant effect on Return On Assets. Current Ratio and Account Receivable Turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Return On Assets).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether independent attitudes, motivation, entrepreneurial knowledge affect entrepreneurial interest, to determine whether independent attitudes affect entrepreneurial interest, to determine whether motivation affects entrepreneurial interest, to determine whether entrepreneurial knowledge affects entrepreneurial interest. In this study, the population consists of 1683 residents who live in Kota Matsum II Medan Urban Village. The sample taken was 115 people who were young UMKM entrepreneurs in Kota Matsum II Village. the analytical methods used include multiple linear regression, and in addition, tests such as data quality tests and classical assumption tests. The results showed that the independent attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in young UMKM who are just starting a business in Kota Matsum II Village, Medan in the culinary field.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the effect of the debt to equity ratio (DER) on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The research method used is quantitative. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. This research is explanatory. Samples were taken using the Purposive Sampling method in the form of 56 manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2021 period. These results indicate that the DER variable has an effect on stock prices. This proves to be significant above 0.05. So when DER goes up, it affects stock prices. Simple regression analysis for this study gives a simple regression equation Y = 253.635 + 0.480. Then the determination test gives a correlation value (R) of 0.238 or 23.8% which indicates that the dependent variable and independent variable are positively correlated, meaning that if the DER increases, the stock price will also increase. The value of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) can have a DER effect on the dependent variable (stock price) which is indicated by R2 which is equal to 0.057.Keywords: Debt to Equity Ratio Stock Price

Abstract

This type of research is a type of casual associative research, the type of causal associative research (cause and effect) is research that aims to find whether there is a relationship between two or more variables. This research was conducted in one government office, namely the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of Sumatra Province North which is located on Jln. Ngalengko No.1, Perintis, East Medan District, Medan City, North Sumatra. The population is the whole of the research subjects, while the sample is part of the population. Values ​​that are calculated and obtained from this population are called parameters. population taken is 150 employees. Samples were taken by 100 employees using the Slovin formula sampling technique. The data source used was primary data. Researchers also collect data by observing or observing the BPSDM office. Sub structure I Variable Competence (X1) of 0.552 states that for every addition of 1% Competence, it will increase Commitment by 0.552 or 55.2%, and vice versa if Competence decreases by 1% then Commitment will be predicted to decrease by 0.552 or 55.2%, Variable Work Ethic (X2) of -0.053 states that for every 1% addition of Work Ethic, it will not increase Commitment by -0.053 or 05.3%, and vice versa if Work Ethic decreases by 1%, Commitment will not be predicted to decrease by -0.053 or 05 .3%, Substructure II Competency Variable (X1) of 0.128 states that for every addition of 1% Competence, it will increase Performance by 0.128 or 12.8%, and vice versa if Competence decreases by 1% then Performance will be predicted to decrease by 0.128 or 12, 8%, the Work Ethic Variable (X2) of -0.059 states that for every addition of 1% Work Ethic, it will not increase Performance by -0.059 or -05.9%, and vice versa if Work Ethic decreases by 1% then the performance will be predicted not to decrease by -0.059 or -05.9%. The Commitment Variable (Z) of 0.532 states that for every 1% addition of Commitment, it will increase Performance by 0.532 or 53.2%, and vice versa if the Product Price decreases by 1% then Performance will be predicted to decrease by 0.532 or 53.2%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at PT. Supermarkets Move Forward Together with Glugur. This research used a total of 100 research samples as respondents. This research uses quantitative research and the data sources used in this research use primary and secondary data sources. The testing technique used in this research uses descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the partial test results above, partial results were obtained that the product quality variable had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, then the price variable had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. In the simultaneous test it can be concluded that the variables product quality (X1) and price (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Swalayan Maju Bersama Glugur Branch.

Abstract

Competition in business activities is something that definitely exists, especially since the flow of globalization is increasingly unstoppable, which will create conditions for tighter competition. For those who are not sensitive, it is certain that this business will not last long. This competition also provides opportunities and challenges. Those who are sensitive to environmental changes always try to find the best way to capture and maintain market share. This research was conducted to see consumer behavior before making a purchase until finally deciding to purchase a product. The method in this research is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation using primary and secondary data. The research results show: (1) Marketing stimuli that encourage consumers to shop online because the products are complete and practical, low prices, fast delivery; (2) Characteristics of individuals who follow online shopping trends, influence from friends, busy, easy to compare prices and products, buy for resale, don't know the location of the shop, and dropship; (3) Online purchasing decisions for product selection are based on reviews, low prices and total sales. Store selection is based on store reputation/rating, response speed, and store location. The time of purchase is often made when there is a promotion and the date when the salary is received. The majority of purchases are more than one, to save on shipping costs. The most common payment method is using a virtual account/transfer, via Alfamart, Indomaret, post office, JNE office and in cash when the goods are received.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business has experienced quite rapid development. The main factor in the development of this culinary business is the support in the form of tourism, which is now starting to gain attention. Apart from this, the culinary business is a choice for entrepreneurs because the uniqueness it brings is able to attract the younger generation to consume it. One of the culinary businesses is Ayam Penyet which is much sought after by the people of Medan. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at the " Ayam Penyet Barokah" stall in Medan. The type of research used in this writing is descriptive research, using a qualitative approach. Descriptive research is a form of research aimed at describing existing phenomena, both natural phenomena and man-made phenomena. These phenomena can be forms, activities, characteristics, changes, relationships, similarities and differences between one phenomenon and another. The implication of this is that a quality brand will create an image of the product itself in the minds of customers and become a basic motivation for customers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of teamwork and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Tapanuli Regency. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative research method. The sample in this research were employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Tapanuli Regency with a questionnaire distributed to 78 (seventy eight) respondents. From the results of the t test in the research, it is known that the calculated t value of Teamwork is 5.086, greater than the t table of 1.665 (5.086 > 1.665), so the Teamwork variable (X1) has an effect on Employee Performance (Y) at the Population Service Office and Civil Registration of Central Tapanuli Regency, meaning Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted and Job Satisfaction is 3.523 > t table 1.665, then the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) has an effect on Employee Performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Tapanuli Regency, meaning Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, from the results of the F test, it is known that the calculated F value is 48.085 > F table 3.12 and the significance is 0.000 < 0.05, so the hypothesis states that Teamwork and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect together or simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Tapanuli Regency acceptable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh tingkat audit report lag dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kualitas audit pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan audit laporan keuangan, auditor membuat serta mengumpulkan jadwal untuk mencatat hasil pengujian pengendalian dan pengujian substantif yang dilaksanakan, serta membuat jurnal penyesuaian jika dalam pekerjaan terjadi perbedaan pencatatan antara jurnal atau kertas kerja yang dibuat klien dengan dokumen transaksi. Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia antara tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2023. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk memperoleh data dari 43 perusahaan yang berbeda. Analisis regresi linier berganda dilakukan untuk menganalisis data. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yakni kualitas audit dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh tingkat audit report lag, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat kualitas audit, dan ditemukan audit report lag dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas audit pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan.

Abstract

Suatu perusahaan tentunya ingin mempunyai pertumbuhan perkembangan yang baik dalam menjalankan usahanya. Semakin berkembangnya pertumbuhan perusahaan tentu membutuhkan pengendalian internal yang baik. Harapan dan tujuan suatu perusahaan dapat terwujud apabila pengendalian internalnya dilaksanakan dengan baik dan benar. Salah satu faktor penting untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan adalah peran pegawai yaitu dengan melakukan pengungkapan adanya pelanggaran. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan uji hipotesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian reward, kolektivisme dan komitmen organisasi terhadap niat melakukan whistleblowing. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pegawai TVRI Jawa Timur di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolektivisme dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap niat melakukan whistleblowing. Sedangkan pemberian reward tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat melakukan whistleblowing.
