Jurnal Ekonomi Bisnis Digital adalah Jurnal Nasional dalam bidang ilmu ekonomi bisnis digital. Jurnal Ekonomi Bisnis Digital JEBIDI terbit tiga kali setahun, yaitu pada bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. JEBIDI bertujuan untuk mempromosikan hasil penelitian di bidang ekonomi bisnis digital yang berfokus pada penerbitan makalah berkualitas. Artikel yang diserahkan akan ditinjau oleh komite teknis Jurnal. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus berupa laporan asli atau hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, eksperimental atau teoritis, dan akan direview oleh reviewer. Abstract

Halal is the main requirement for Muslim consumers when consuming food products. The halal guarantee system is a mechanism that must be implemented by producers if they want to apply for halal certification to BPJPH (Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency). The problem currently experienced by small and medium businesses in the Angso Duo market is that there is no halal certification from BPJPH. Manshurin 354 Meat Mill is a meat mill production house that grinds chicken and beef. The second partner is Manshurin 354 Meatball Printing, which is a business unit that produces meatball printing. This activity aims to fulfill the assignment for the halal product management course and to find out whether the shop has halal certification or not. The result of this activity is awareness of partner business units to implement a halal guarantee system in their businesses. Suggestions for the sustainability of the program include comprehensive outreach to traders' associations and food product producers regarding the importance of halal certification and collaboration between academics and halal certification institutions regarding the management of halal certificates.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation model of Reddoorz Jalan Ahmad Yani Telanai, Jambi City, as well as identifying the obstacles faced in the implementation process. This research uses qualitative methods, with a field research approach, namely mapping the potential and existing conditions of the Reddoorz Hotel/lodging on Jalan Ahmad Yani, then looking for connections with the phenomenon and concept of sharia lodging. The data collection methods used are divided into three: First, observation in the form of direct observation regarding the existing condition of the Reddoorz Inn on Jalan Ahmad Yani as a halal accommodation. Second, interview the person in charge or the innkeeper. Third, documentation studies sourced from articles and references relevant to the research topic. The data analysis technique uses an inductive approach to help interpret the various data obtained. The results of this research show that there are 5 indicators of halal lodging that have been implemented by Reddoorz Jalan Ahmad Yani Telanai, such as (1) Services that adopt Islamic principles. (2) Lodging service providers have discipline and understanding of Islamic teachings. (3) Tourist activities and activities do not conflict with Islamic principles. (4) Availability of a halal kitchen. (5) Availability of Muslim facilities for praying.

Abstract

RedDoorz is the largest online budget lodging network in Indonesia. Focusing on lodging development and online sales distribution. RedDoorz will select properties that have the potential to collaborate directly and be committed to the RedDoorz brand. RedDoorz helps property owners to improve the quality of their accommodation in terms of facilities and services. The aim of this research is to find out 1. what is the quality of sharia service for guests at the Reddoorz Syariah Hotel near Arafah Hospital Jambi, 2. How management is implemented at the RedDoorz Syariah Hotel near Arafah Hospital Jambi. In the research This is the method used in analyzing the RedDoorz Syariah Hotel using literature review and observation methods to describe and explain the services and facilities at the Syariah Hotel Near Arafah Hospital Jambi. The data used in this research uses primary data obtained directly either through observation or through interviews and also secondary data. The data collection methods in this research are interviews and observations regarding the suitability of halal commitment and management, materials or facilities, sharia accommodation processes, products, as well as monitoring and evaluation of the Reddoorz Syariah Hotel. The results of the study show that the RedDoorz Syariah Hotel Near Arafah Hospital Jambi has implemented The business complies with Islamic law and has MUI halal certification.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Apakah Beban Kerja dan Motivasi Berpengaruh Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Sibolga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Sibolga dengan penyebaran kuesioner berjumlah 43 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji t pada penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung Beban kerja sebesar 2.627, dan Motivasi sebesar 2.316 > t tabel sebesar 2.02108 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Beban kerja dan Motivasi secara parsial atau individu berpengaruh terhadap Semangat kerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Sibolga, Sedangkan dari hasil uji F diketahui Nilai F hitung 52.846> F tabel 3.23 dan signifikasi 0.000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan Beban kerja dan Motivasi secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Semangat kerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Sibolga maka H0 ditolak, dan Ha diterima sehingga hipotesis yang dirumuskan yaitu Beban kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Sibolga, terbukti dan dapat diterima.

Abstract

One resource that has a very important role in the progress of an organization is human resources. Therefore, every organization will always try to obtain quality human resources who are able to work effectively. HR's work commitment to the organization can grow if they have the opportunity to develop their careers. Apart from career development, organizations also need to pay attention to how the organization is able to provide job satisfaction for existing human resources. Like one government organization, namely the Sibolga City Regional Revenue and Asset Financial Management Agency, there are several problems that arise in employee career development and low levels of employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to find out whether career development and job satisfaction influence employee performance at the Sibolga City Regional Revenue and Asset Financial Management Agency. The results of the research show that the results of the Validity test carried out show that the corrected item total correlation value is above the critical r value of 0.30, which means that all the question items for the two variables are declared valid. The results of the reliability test show that the Cronbach Alpha value obtained is above 0.6, so that all measuring instruments used are declared reliable and meet the requirements. The correlation coefficient shows a positive relationship between Career Development (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) with employee performance at the Sibolga City BPKPAD Office. The coefficient of determination obtained was 0.648, this means that career development and job satisfaction have an effect of 64.8%. From the results of testing the research hypothesis, it is stated that career development has an effect on employee performance at the Sibolga City Regional Revenue and Asset Financial Management Agency Office, which is proven and acceptable

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya Pengaruh Rotasi Kerja dan Insentif Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Perumda Tirta Nauli Sibolga. Jenis Penelitian dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu : Keeratan korelasi Variabel X1 (Rotasi Kerja) dan Variabel X2 (Insentif) terhadap Variabel Y (Prestasi Kerja) pada Kantor Camat Pandan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah memiliki nilai sebesar memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,667 dan 0,669 dan dikriteriakan kuat. Koefisien determinasi (adjusted R square) yang dipengaruhi secara bersama Variabel X1 (Rotasi Kerja) dan X2 (Insentif) terhadap Variabel Y (Prestasi Kerja) diperoleh sebesar 0,729 (72,90%), sedangkan sisanya sebesar 17,10% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Rotasi Kerja (X₁) dan Insentif (X2) terhadap Prestasi Kerja (Y) memiliki nilai signifikan masing-masing sebesar 2,475 dan 4,992, dimana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari t tabel (2.04841). Dengan demikian, jika t hitung > t tabel dapat dinyatakan bahwa variabel Rotasi Kerja dan Insentif mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Prestasi Kerja diterima

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the contribution of advertisement tax, entertainment tax, hotel tax and land and building tax (PBB) to Local Own Revenue. The object of this research is Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah (BP2RD). The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. The technique used in this research is document review by collecting documents related to this research, namely target data and realization of regional tax revenues and levies as well as regional income data. And the data obtained in this study by conducting interviews and direct observation at Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah (BP2RD). The results of this study indicate that based on the calculation of local tax contributions (advertisement tax, entertainment tax, hotel tax and land and building tax on regional income (PAD) from 2018-2021 in Sorong City, there are several criteria, namely very less, less and moderate. And it can be concluded that for levies that have the highest contribution value, namely in 2021, which is worth 5% and the lowest is in 2018 with a value of 1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, sales growth and capital intensity on the tax avoidance. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The population in this study is the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2016-2020. The population in this study was 176 observations (62 companies). The results showed that capital intensity has positive effect on the tax avoidance. Profitability has negative effect on the tax avoidance. While leverage and sales growth have no effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan, ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia melalui website BEI. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI, Periode dalam penelitian ini yaitu tahun 2016 sampai 2020. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan sampel yang representatif sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Data yang siap diolah akan dilakukan pengujian statistik dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel moderasi tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel moderasi tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh semangat kerja,pengaruh kompetensi,pengaruh kompetensi terhadap semangat kerja dan pengaruh beban kerja terhadap semangat kerja melalui kompetensi sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 200 orang, dan dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel slovin diperoleh sampel sebesar 133 orang. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Path analysis, Regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji model (F), uji parsial (T), dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi. Beban kerja berengaruh terhadap semangat kerja, Kompetensi berpengaruh  terhadap semangat kerja,  Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja dengan kompetensi sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Tanah Raja
