Abstract

Selection of outstanding students is very necessary in a school, because schools need to know which students are superior in the school. Problems arise when these developments are not accompanied by a system that supports the selection of high achieving students who are right and according to the criteria. The purpose of writing this thesis is to build a system that can assist teachers in determining student achievement according to the criteria. In this system, the Simple Additive Weighting method is used as a basis for normalizing the inputted weights and is used to determine thestudent's highest score alternative as a system recommendation. The process of determining the decision support system is carried out using the existing value in the report card The results of the decisions obtained from this system indicate that this method is more effective in determining the correct achievement students and according to the criteria for academic scores, activeness scores, attendance values and personality values as a comparison in determining the final result.

Abstract

The world of education in Indonesia is experiencing a significant development. This development can be seen from the increasingly diverse learning methods used. The method used uses a lot of various media to improve the quality of learning outcomes. The development of various learning media is in line with the increasingly rapid technological advances. Thedynamics of today's technology achieve tremendous acceleration. The technology that was learned several years ago has begun to be replaced with new technology, including various conventional ways of learning. The form of information technology development that can be used as a learning medium is to use e-learning. E-learning is an innovation that can be used in the learning process, not only in the delivery of learning material but also changes in the abilities of various competences of  students. Through e-learning, students not only listen to material descriptions from educators but also actively observe, do, demonstrate, and so on. Teaching material can be virtualized in various formats so that it is more interesting and more dynamic so that it can motivate students to go further in the learning process.

Abstract

One of the most important stages in the software development process is the testing phase. Tests on the software are performed with the aim of ensuring the functions of the software are working properly. PT. Solmit Bangun Indonesia as a company engaged in information technology services has obligations to it is clients to provide the best service by producing a software product that suits the needs. One effort made to ensure the software product has been running properly and as needed is the implementation of a system that can manage and monitor bugs in the software. Internal testing result management system is a system that helps the management and monitoring of data resolving issues (bugs) on software both in development stage and that have been implemented. The methodology used in this study is the method of by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling language. For the development of the system using the prototype method. The programming language used in the design of this system is PHP Hypertext Preprocessor which is built using the framework code igniter (CI) with MySQL database. The thing that has been achieved in this research is has made a system that assist in managementand monitoring of solution of issues (bugs) in software at PT. Solmit Bangun Indonesia.

Abstract

The Fayyola Ceramics shop use a manual system so customer have to come directly to the store to buy or ask about products. If you only rely on the sales system in this way, it will take time so that customer have to wait and this has an impact on slow sales due to the absence of product promotion. With the web-based e-commerce application, it is hoped that it can help. Ceramic entrepreneurs market their product and consumers can access information on products being sold and place ordersfor products. In making this application using dreamweaver, PHP and MySQL as a database. The existence of this application is expected to expand the marketing reach of the Fayyola Ceramics Store and the UML method used to analiyze the design of e-commerce application.

Abstract

Subjective decision-making can lead to social disparities between employees so that it can hinder company performance. In contract extension, managers often experience difficulties in determining contract extensions because of the large number of candidates and also the many criteria used in the assessment. Therefore we need a decision support system that can support the decision making of employee extension so that managers can make decisions quickly, precisely and accurately. This decision support system uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method where this method can be used to overcome existing complexities, because of the many alternatives and criteria that must be considered in employee contract extensions such as discipline, attendance, work quality, and cooperation. The data used is an assessment of employee extension at PT.Tirta Sukses Perkasa System testing is carried out based on existing data at PT.Tirta Sukses Perkasa that is by comparing the results of Microsoft Excel calculations with the results of the system calculations that have been made.The results of the implementation of the decision support system for employee contract extension with the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method were made to assist in the decision-making process based on the optimal competency value of employees. So it can be used for employee contract extensions.

Abstract

Teknologi komputer memegang peran yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan di segala bidang. Salah satu bidangnya adalah teknologi pengolahan data. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat ini mempengaruhi berbagai bidang, salah satunya adalah bidang pendidikan. Hasil dari kegiatan belajar dan mengajar berupa data, baik data kualitatif maupun kuantitatif, menjadi tolok ukur keberhasilan siswa dalam mengikuti suatu pelajaran dan menentukan arah belajar siswa yang sesungguhnya. Namun, saat ini pengolahan data di lembaga pendidikan, khususnya di SMPIT Insan Madani, masih menggunakan cara konvensional, yaitu belum menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Hal ini menyebabkan kerentanan terhadap kehilangan dan kerusakan data. Selain itu, data yang tidak terkelola dengan baik dapat bertumpuk dan menyulitkan saat dibutuhkan kembali. Oleh karena itu, penulis merancang sebuah aplikasi berupa Pangkalan Data Akademik (PDA) yang dapat digunakan oleh pihak sekolah untuk membantu mengolah data dari sistem manual menjadi sistem yang terkomputerisasi.

Abstract

The implementation of e-learning helps students facilitate the learning process if they cannot attend class. STBA Technocrat has not yet utilized e-learning technology for learning media. Many lecturers and students at STBA Technocrat are private employees. Therefore, creating an e-learning platform for learning media is essential. To achieve these objectives, the author uses a research method approach that includes field studies, literature reviews, and system development and design using the waterfall and UML models, with PHP and MySQL programming languages. In conclusion, e-learning can significantly aid lecturers and students in delivering and receiving material, allowing the teaching and learning process to proceed efficiently without being affected by location and time.

Abstract

Information system is as a system which consists of technology or tools, media used, organized procedures, and human resources which work as a combination to form an organized system. Recruitment of new employees is one of the processes in the company agency that is useful for screening selected prospective employees according to criteria determined by the company to become employees. In the process of recruiting new employees at PT. Pou Yuen Indonesia, it has been done manually or has been computerized but uses Microsoft Office Excel. To improve data storage security, automate calculation of test scores, and ease of providing new employee recruitment information, an application for new employee recruitment information systems is needed at PT. Pou Yuen Indonesia.

Abstract

SMK Taruna Bangsa is a private school that has several departments, namely: Network Communication Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, Motorcycle Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Office Automation and Governance. The Web-based Student Value Data Processing Information System is a system that provides information on student activeness reports online, in the form of report values and student-related information, based on the web. This system helps improve the speed and quality of delivering information. The problems identified in this study include frequent delays in informing students of their grades, delays in tracking student progress each year, and difficulties in printing exam cards quickly. To address these issues and meet the objectives of the study, it is necessary to apply the PIECES analysis method. The aim of this study is to accelerate the process of providing academic information to students, teachers, and parents. The Student Value Data Processing Information System is an academic service designed for students, teachers, and parents at SMK Taruna Bangsa to access information related to academic records throughout the learning process. The information delivered includes student data, teacher data, grade data, attendance, and exam card printing.

Abstract

STMIK Bandung memiliki SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) yang telah ditetapkan sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan tertentu. Informasi SOP masih menggunakan diagram alir yang terdiri dari teks dan gambar, sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kesulitan dalam memahami proses-proses yang terdapat di dalam SOP STMIK Bandung. Pembangunan animasi SOP STMIK Bandung dilakukan untuk mendukung penyampaian informasi SOP. Dengan menggunakan Canvas HTML5 yang terdapat dalam aplikasi Adobe Animate, animasi yang dihasilkan berupa motion graphic. Animasi kemudian diimplementasikan pada website agar dapat diakses dan memudahkan dalam memahami SOP STMIK Bandung.
