Abstract

Background : Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease caused by genetic factors, which is characterized by a deficiency in insulin production by the pancreas and/or due to ineffective insulin production, thereby increasing the concentration of glucose in the blood, which in turn damages various body systems, because diabetics Mellitus is often not aware of this disease and only finds out about it when symptoms of the disease appear and complications begin. Methods : This type of research is quantitative with a pre-experimental type, one-group pretest-posttest with a total sample of 50 people using the Accidental Sampling technique. The pre-experimental research design uses a one-group pretest-posttest design approach, where this research will reveal the effect between variables by involving one group of subjects. Results : This study shows that the results of the paired t test show knowledge of diabetic foot care with a value of ρ-value = 0.000 (<α = 0.05), and skills of diabetic foot care with a value of ρ-value = 0.000 which means there is no effect of education health knowledge and skills of diabetic foot care in patients with type II diabetes mellitus. Conclusion : Efforts to provide education through the application of the blended learning method will increase the knowledge and skills of diabetic foot care to prevent the risk of diabetic foot injuries in type II DM sufferers. This research provides information for health workers (nurses), it is hoped that they will add information or literature, especially regarding the knowledge and skills of treating diabetic feet in patients with type II DM in caring for feet.

Research method: Quantitative type of research with an Analytic Correlational research design with a cross sectional method. This research was conducted at MA Attarbiyah Lauwa in 2023 using a total sampling technique with 49 people as the population. Data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires directly by female students who were respondents. Data collection was carried out by the researcher himself, when filling out the questionnaire by the female students, he was guided directly by providing an explanation of each questionnaire question by the researcher, so that it was hoped that more objective answers would be obtained which would then be processed and analyzed using chi-square. Research Results: There is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of vaginal discharge (p value = 0.001), there is a relationship between Vulva Hygiene Behavior and the incidence of vaginal discharge (p value = 0.002). The conclusion of this research is that knowledge and behavior of vulva hygiene are related to the incidence of vaginal discharge at MA Attarbiyah Lauwa in 2023.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Warm compress e on the intensity of pain in pregnant women during the first active phase at the  biru bone Public Health Center This type of research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design. The research design is one group pretest and posttest design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of samples is 30 respondents. The analysis in this study used the Mc Nemarc test statistical test with a significance level of 95% (α 0.05). The results obtained before the warm compress was 26,7% who experienced mild pain, after being given warm compress there was an increase of 83,3% who experienced mild pain. Based on the Mc Nemarc test, the value of = 0.000 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Which means that there is an effect of warm compress on decreasing pain intensity in maternity mothers during the first active phase. Conclusion of this researchnamely warm compress is effective for reducing the intensity of pain in the first stage of the active phase in maternity because it's so focused at the point of pain, Thenexpected midwifein providing caremidwifery can apply warm compress to reduce pain intensity in maternity mothers.
