Abstract

Education policy in Indonesia is formulated as a strategic effort to improve the quality, relevance, and equitable distribution of educational services across various regions. However, the implementation of these policies at the school level still faces a range of complex challenges. This study aims to analyze both the challenges and opportunities in implementing aducation policies in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative approach through a literature riview, examing various sources such as academic journals, book, and official policy documents. The findings indicate that the main challenges include limited educational facilities and infrastructure, disparaties in the quality of trenching persobbel, differences in geographical conditions across regions, and suboptimal coordination among relevant stakeholders. In addition, relatively rapit policy changes also demand a high level of adaptability from educational institutions. On the other hand, there are opportunities that can be leveraged, such as the development of digital technology that supports innovative learning, inscreasing increasing government attention to educational reform, and active community participation in supporting the educational process. Therefore, sustained collaboration among the government, educators, and the community is needed, along with strengthening the capacity of educational institutions, so that policy implementation can be more effective, responsive, and equitable.

Abstract

Inventory control of raw materials is a crucial factor in maintaining operational efficiency in manufacturing companies. CV Intan Ciwangi, located in Bandung Regency, still applies conventional methods in managing polyester yarn raw material inventory, resulting in inefficient inventory costs. This study aims to analyze inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the optimal order quantity based on EOQ is 3,659 kg with an ordering frequency of 4 times per period and total inventory costs of Rp896,460. The implementation of EOQ has proven to improve efficiency and reduce inventory costs compared to the company’s current method.

Abstract

Islamic education planning often becomes trapped in technical-administrative dimensions and bureaucratic routines, losing its philosophical essence as an instrument for molding insan kamil (the perfect human). This article aims to reformulate (reorient) the philosophical foundations of Islamic education planning to effectively address modern challenges without compromising its spiritual identity. This research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach and descriptive-philosophical analysis. The findings indicate that philosophical reorientation must commence by integrating tawhidic values as an epistemological basis at every stage of planning, encompassing curriculum, human resources, and institutional management. Planning should not merely be oriented toward fulfilling labor market demands (pragmatism) but must be balanced with an ukhrawi (hereafter) orientation and the cultivation of adab (character/ethics). The conclusion of this article emphasizes that visionary Islamic education planning is characterized by its ability to synergize intellectual proficiency, technological advancement, and spiritual stability through a paradigm shift from mechanistic planning toward organic-transcendental planning.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the decline in students’ civic character in the digital era, marked by weakened communication ethics, reduced social concern, and limited tolerance in campus and community life. These conditions show the importance of integrating Islamic values as a foundation for forming civic character aligned with Pancasila and social life in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of Islamic values in shaping students’ civic attitudes based on relevant literature. This research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. Data were collected from scholarly journals, books, and academic documents discussing the integration of Islamic values, civic education, religious moderation, and students’ character development. The data collection technique was documentation and literature review, while data analysis used content analysis and critical descriptive analysis. The findings show that the value of adab plays a role in shaping polite communication, the value of maslahah encourages concern for the public good, and the value of tasamuh strengthens tolerance in diversity. In addition, the internalization of Islamic values through learning activities, student organizations, and campus academic culture supports the formation of students who are polite, participative, and responsible as citizens. In conclusion, Islamic values have strong effectiveness in strengthening students’ civic character because they are compatible with Pancasila and support the creation of good citizenship in the modern era.
