Abstract

This study aims to determine the self-efficacy of Counseling teachers in implementing group counseling with a reality approach at Indralaya Middle School, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research method uses descriptive quantitative, the subject of this research is 20BK teachers, namely the MGBK SMP/MTS group in Indralaya, Ogan Ilir Regency who participated in training in community service activities carried out by Guidance and Counseling Study Program Lecturers. The data was taken using a self-efficacy questionnaire distributed via google form. Data analysis using percentages. The results of this study indicate that in general, self-efficacy in implementing group counseling with a reality approach to BK teachers is in the moderate category, which tends to be high (60%). While the high category (25%), low category (15%). Meanwhile, the results of the research specifically on the dimensions of selfefficacy of BK teachers on the difficulty level dimension (level) 60% with the moderate category tending to be high, 20% in the high category, 20% then on the strength dimension, 25% with the high category, 60% with the high category. moderate tend to be high, 15% with low category. And on the generality dimension, 20% is in the high category, 55% in the medium category tends to be high, and 25% in the low category.

Abstract

Smoking behavior, especially in adolescents or students, needs to be treated to reduce smoking behavior. In this situation, one way that can be done is with the help of a selfmanagement strategy. Self-management serves to manage themselves or regulate the behavior of the students themselves. This study aims to develop a learning media in the form of a self management module that is suitable for use byeducators as teaching materials. The approach used in this research is mixed methods. The type of research used in this research is research and development method. The subjects in this study were material experts and media experts. The data collection tool usedis a validation sheet to obtain an assessment from the validator. Product validation to two material experts which resulted in a conclusion with a feasible category and from a media expert to produce findings in a very feasible category.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyse the effectiveness of the role of guidance role playing technique (play the role of) to infuse solidarity on students by using the methodology of the literature review as a comparison and reference material by looking at thejournal derived from google scholar, a thesis of google scholar and a book derived from google book. Engineering group guidance role playing is the right choice to strengthen relationships, social students can think that attitude should be changed or defended. Owned because without the help of others, students will suffer evaluate attitude as well as the value of owned. Has been discussed at the studies jurnal passed away that the services guidance by a group of role playing can influence in imparting or increase solidarity with us on students. The research results show that counseling teacher needs to give guidance services groups with role playing technique so that they can play primary school students, mimicked, discern between role of that need to be adopted or do not have to adopted, actively participate to the discussion, become thedestination of the behavior and capable of developing better solidarity among students is expected to moving forward.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between fanaticism and the level of consumptive behavior among young K-Pop fans at SMKN 1 Martapura (Class X and IX) Department of Marketing. quantitative with the type of correlational research thataims to see the relationship between fanaticism (X) with consumptive behavior (Y) on K-Pop fans. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire using a Likert Scale, the sample calculation using the Non-Random Sampling Technique. The population in this study was 120 people with a sample of 108 people. The instrument in this study uses a fanaticism scale and a consumptive behavior scale that was adopted from Kartika Adriani's Thesis in 2021. Based on the results of the Product Moment correlation test with the value of Sig. 0.000 > 0.05 which means that there is a relationship between fanaticism and consumptive behavior in young K-Pop fans at SMK Negeri 1 Martapura class 10 & 11 majoring in Marketing.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang eksistensi bimbingan dan konseling karir di era digital. Studi ini dalam bentuk literature review untuk memahami bagaimana eksistensi bimbingan dan konseling karir di era digital serta dampaknya bagi informasi, pilihan, keputusan karir konseli. Peneliti melakukan analisis terhadap 9 artikel yang diterbitkan dalam rentang waktu tahun 2020-2022. Semua artikel ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian pada topik eksistensi bimbingan dan konseling karir di era digital memiliki implikasi terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan layanan bimbingan dan konseling karir yang terus meningkat khususnya pada negara-negara berkembang. Temuan ini secara khusus menyoroti tentang eksistensi bimbingan dan konseling karir di era digital melalui perantara perangkat elektronik information and communications technology (ICT), diantaranya career e-counseling, digital module, flipped classroom, career and educational guidance system.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between academic stres and learning motivation in online learning for guidance and counseling students of FKIP Unsri. This research uses the correlational quantitative method. The population of this study was 80students in the 2019 class. The sample was taken using total sampling technique so the sample was 80 students. Data collection technique that use in this research is questionnaire via google form. Data analysis that used ini this research is Pearson-Product Moment with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the data analysis showed the correlation coefficient (rcount) rxy = 0,394 and rtable 0,219 which means rcount > rtable (0,394 > 0,219), it show that there is a negative significant relationship between academic stres and learning motivation in online learning for guidance and counseling FKIP Unsri students, which means if academic stress getting high, it will decreased student’s learning motivation.

Abstract

Culture and ethics are universal problems experienced by almost all walks of life. People who cannot place themselves appropriately both in the culture in which they live and do not have ethics that correspond to the norms prevailing in society will tend to invite problemsor conflicts. This condition needs to be discussed psychologically, especially in the client's condition. Hence, this study aims to reveal the sources of client problems in an existential therapy approach in terms of cultural and ethical elements. This research method usesdescriptive qualitative with a library research approach that uses various reliable reference sources to support the development of this article. The analysis is carried out carefully, critically, and sharply to produce a logical, rational synthesis that can be tested empirically.The results of this study show that the client's culture and ethics are the sources of triggering problems in clients, so in existential therapy, clients need to find a capacity for self-awareness; (2) freedom and responsibility; (3) create an identity and building meaningful relationships with others; (4) the search for meaning, intent, value, and purpose in life; (5) anxiety as a living condition; and (6) awareness of death and non-being.

Abstract

Remaja cenderung mempunyai tingkat prokrastinasi (menunda-nunda) yang cukup tinggi. Prokrastinasi yang dialami remaja terjadi karena faktor seperti, stres dan resiliensi. Tujuan penelitian ini agar mengetahui seberapa tingkat pengaruh dari prokrastinasi dan stres terhadap resiliensi. Disini peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Responden di penelitian adalah 117, yang terdiri dari pelajar SMP dan Mahasiswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengaruh dariprokrastinasi dan stres terhadap resiliensi sebesar 0,7%, artinya variabel prokrastinasi dan stres ini sedikit berpengaruh terhadap resiliensi. Untuk nilai signifikan sebesar .659 nilainya lebih besar dari 0,05 dan dikatakan tidak signifikan. Kesimpulan adanya ketidak signifikan pengaruh prokrastinasi dan stres terhadap resiliensi sebesar 0,7%, nilai yang sangat rendah.

Abstract

Not everything in this world will be according to human wishes. Sometimes sadness and happiness come and go. Only a human being who has patience can endure in the way of Allah swt. With patience, humans will get a very big reward on the side of AllahSWT. This research has a goal, namely to find out how the implementation of al-qur'anbased group guidance is to increase student patience. A qualitative approach with descriptive research methods was used by researchers in this study. Ten students of theIslamic Counseling Guidance Study Program were selected to be research subjects using a purposive sampling technique with a population of 30 people. Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques, namely qualitative descriptive techniques after collecting data using interview techniques, documentation and observation. The results of this study were (1) the implementation of al-Qur'an-based group guidance to increase student patience was carried out using five stages, namely the formation, transition, activity, conclusion, and closing stages, and (2) an increase occurred in student patience in where students have been able to hold themselves from despair, calm, do not complain easily, and assume that everything will return to Allah SWT.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of students' time management through classical services with game techniques for class VII B SMP Negeri 8 Denpasar. This research method uses classroom action research. The research proceduresconsisted of planning, action, observation and reflection which were carried out in 3 cycles. The population of this study were all 132 students of class VII SMP Negeri 8 Denpasar using the purposive random sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 28 students in class VIII B of SMP Negeri 8 Denpasar. This research data collection technique uses observation and questionnaires. While the data analysis in this study used descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in time management through optimizing classical guidance services. Improved time management can be seen from the results of observations during the action process in classical guidance activities, namely there are demands to manage study time, extracurricular activities, play time and other activities in the neighborhood. As supporting data to determine the increase in time management is through observations made by counseling teachers and subject teachers as a comparison. The result of the class is that there is an increase in the habit of asking in the learning process gradually from cycles 1, 2 and 3. In cycle 1 the frequency of asking is 40%, cycle II is 60% and in cycle III there is 80%. Thus by optimizing classical guidance services through game techniques can improve student time management.
