Every country conducts international trade to meet domestic needs which cannot be met due to limitations in fulfilling their needs. However, in practice, international trade has barriers in the form of tariffs and non-tariffs, this is the background for the governments of each country to reduce trade barriers by creating Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). One of the FTAs imposed by Indonesia, namely the Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (IJEPA), is a bilateral free trade economic cooperation agreement that was first carried out by Indonesia and Japan as one of its trading partner countries. In order to analyze the influence of the implications of IJEPA on international trade, especially on the opportunities for the share of Indonesian products in the Japanese market, a research was carried out using a quantitative approach and a review of the literature. The results of this analysis indicate that if Indonesia can take advantage of all available opportunities and facilities, Indonesia can expand and strengthen the market share of Indonesian products or commodities to the Japanese market through IJEPA.

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on financial performance, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE), at PT Adaro Energy Tbk. The research employs a quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis to identify the relationship between CSR as the independent variable and ROA and ROE as dependent variables. Data processing and hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS version 20. The empirical results indicate that CSR has a significant negative effect on ROA, where a 1% significant increase in CSR is associated with a 9.7% decrease in ROA. This finding suggests that higher CSR expenditure may reduce short-term asset efficiency. Conversely, CSR shows a positive and significant effect on ROE, where a 1.5% significant increase in CSR leads to a 3.7% increase in ROE, indicating that CSR implementation may enhance shareholder value. Overall, the results imply that CSR influences financial performance differently depending on the profitability indicator used.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the negotiations carried out by 2 large companies, namely the manufacturing industry and the processed food industry. In dealing with conflicts of cultural differences that exist in developing its business. The data analysis method used is the descriptive method of studying literature by collecting library data, reading, taking notes, and processing research materials. The results of the study show that the manufacturing industry and the processed food industry are companies that respect various ethnic and cultural differences in their companies. The culture of negotiation and conflict management within the company also considers several contexts, such as the environmental context and the immediate context. To demonstrate the success of these two companies in overcoming conflict management over cultural differences, these companies have successfully collaborated with several global companies in the world.

This study aims to describe the entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial interest of Sahid University Jakarta students during the Covid-19 pandemic, and to determine the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection technique used was by distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The population for collecting this data is active students at Sahid University, Jakarta. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used was descriptive method and simple linear regression with SPSS ver.26. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence between entrepreneurial motivation and interest in entrepreneurship. Furthermore, in order to increase the level of student entrepreneurship motivation towards student entrepreneurship interest, the University of Sahid Jakarta needs to help its students to develop their hard skills and soft skills. So that students can grow their interest in entrepreneurship, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to identify the factors of job satisfaction among outsourced employees at PT Catur Daya Sukses and to analyze their influence on employee performance. The research focuses on job satisfaction and performance variables to examine the determinants of employee job satisfaction and how these factors affect work performance. A quantitative research approach was employed by distributing structured questionnaires to 10 outsourced employees from different divisions within the company. Data collection was conducted directly by providing respondents with a list of questions designed to measure levels of job satisfaction and performance. The collected data were then analyzed using factor analysis to identify the dominant factors influencing job satisfaction. The results indicate that job satisfaction factors play a significant role and are the main determinants affecting the performance of outsourced employees. These findings suggest that improving job satisfaction can contribute positively to enhancing employee performance at PT Catur Daya Sukses.

This study used a quantitative descriptive approach. The locus of this research at PT. Kasai Teck See Indonesia Karawang, the information is 3 managers and 27 staff selected by purposive sampling data collected through the distribution of questionnaires Data collection techniques use survey methods with questionnaire distribution, namely providing a list of questions or statements to respondents to obtain information needed in research. The type of data measurement scale used is the Rikert scale. The reason researchers use the rikert scale is because it is easier for respondents to understand, and does not take much time to answer. Title Application of Training and Career Development in PT. Kasai Teck See Indonesia. The respondents are managers and production staff. The population is 200 people, and the sample is 33 people calculated by the Slovin formula at an error rate of 5%. Furthermore, the data is collected through Likert scale and disseminated using google form. Against the questionnaire conducted vadiltas and reliabilita tests on 30 samples, it was concluded that the results of this study provide new nuances for implementation in the application of training and career development to employees in the company.

Performance appraisal of employees is one important aspect in human resource management within a company. An effective performance appraisal process can provide significant benefits, such as identifying employees' strengths and weaknesses and measuring individual contributions to company goals. PT La Vida Herculon has implemented employee performance appraisal as one instrument to measure employee performance. This study involves observation, interviews, and analysis of the existing performance appraisal process in the company. The research also refers to current theories and practices in human resource management and performance appraisal to support the analysis and recommendations presented. The hope is that this research can provide a deeper understanding of employee performance appraisal at PT La Vida Herculon and make a positive contribution to the development of a more effective and relevant performance appraisal system aligned with the company's needs. With an increased understanding of the importance of effective performance appraisal, PT La Vida Herculon can create a more productive work environment, motivate employees to develop, and enhance overall company goal achievement. Through this research, it is expected to provide useful information for PT La Vida Herculon in improving the employee performance appraisal system and achieving competitive advantage in this increasingly competitive industry.

This research article examines accounting statements from the perspective of genre analysis and language usage. By applying genre theory and linguistic analysis, we aim to explore the various language viewpoints employed in the construction of accounting statements and their implications for financial communication. Through a comprehensive review of relevant literature and a qualitative analysis of a sample of accounting statements from several Europe countries, US, Asia and Africa, we identify and categorize different genres within the accounting domain. We investigate how the choice of language structures, lexicon, and rhetorical devices within these genres influence the representation of financial information and shape the perceptions of stakeholders. In addition, we investigate the potential impact of linguistic differences in accounting statements on information transparency, correctness, and comprehensibility. The study's findings contribute to a better understanding of the relationship between language and accounting procedures, giving light on the function of genre analysis in improving financial reporting efficacy and encouraging communication efficiency in the accounting industry.

Purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the cost of goods produced at UD. Nirwana Furniture. This research uses a qualitative method with a comparative descriptive approach. Data collection in this study uses the results of interviews and observations. The analysis is carried out by calculating the cost of production at the company. The results showed that the company did not fully understand the job order costing method. There is a discrepancy between the calculation of cost of production according the company and according to the job order costing method. This is due to differences in the concepts of calculating factory overhead costs, so that the resulting calculation using the job order costing method is higher than according the company.

This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Earnings per Share (EPS), and Price to Book Value (PBV) on stock prices. The sample consists of companies included in the LQ45 index and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, which selects samples based on predetermined population characteristics. The research sample comprised 32 LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016–2020 period. This study utilized secondary data in the form of companies’ financial statements, with data collected through documentation techniques. The data analysis method applied was multiple linear regression analysis, supported by classical assumption tests. The results indicate that Return on Assets (ROA) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, Earnings per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, and Price to Book Value (PBV) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. In conclusion, Earnings per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while Return on Assets (ROA) and Price to Book Value (PBV) have negative or insignificant effects on stock prices.
