Abstract

Designing Interactive Pluit Reservoir Park motivated by the needs unmet green space in the city of Jakarta. The existence of green space can be function as a public space by residents. Public space is a container that takes residents to interact socially in outer space. Pluit Reservoir ia a new green space that also has another function as a public space. Green open space in the middle of the urban environment helps to improve the climate and environment of the city. Design issues is the need for Jakarta residents of an ideal public space can not be fully met by local governments such as the activities housed, circulation, utilities, as well as physical and psycological comfort. Design method used is based on the theory of an ideal open space concept. Ideal open space concept obtained through environmental comfort, convenience visitor psychology, the need of relaxation, active activities, and passive activities within the park. These criteris are the basis for the design of Interactive at Pluit Reservoir Park. The result obtained are design Interactive park that can accommodate not only residents but also social needs, make room for plants to grow and thrive for the preservation and welfare of the citizens of Jakarta.Keyword : City Green Space, Interactive Park, Public space

Abstract

Abstract - Based on data from McKinsey Global Institute stated that consumer tendency in Indonesia in clothing shopping will tend to increase. Silverstone is one of the local brands engaged in the fashion industry of synthetic leather. Silverstone started his business since 2012. After struggling for 5 years finally Silverstone managed to expand its business. This is marked by an increase in sales figures. Since the beginning Naufal, the owner of Silverstone, runs this business alone. This is usually done in the early phase of business to minimize the cost to be incurred. As sales increase, Naufal needs a new strategy to enter the growth phase. The method used are observation and interview with the owner. In analyzing the internal factors researcher use Value Chain Analysis, Marketing Mix and assessment on existing Business Model Canvas. As for the external analysis researcher uses Porter's Five Forces and PESTEL. SWOT is a summary of internal and external company analysis (Silverstone). Company strategy is formulated by Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method based on IFAS AND EFAS matrix. The result of QSPM calculation, Silverstone suggested to use intensive strategy. This strategy aims to improve the company's competitive position with existing products. This strategy consists of market penetration, market development and product development. Silverstone also needs to establish an organizational structure to facilitate the strategy to be implemented. To grow into a big company, Silverstone have to implement its corporate strategy and functional strategy. Keywords : business strategy, clothing business, business model canvas

Abstract

Speaking skills are one of the language skills that must be mastered by students but some students experience difficulties or obstacles when asked to express opinions or ideas in front of the class. This is motivated by the lack of vocabulary owned by students so that it inhibits students from expressing their ideas. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the rotation trio exchange learning model assisted by spotify popcast media in Indonesian language learning to improve speaking skills. The research method used quantitative quasi experimental method through pretest-posttest control group design by applying probability sampling method through random cluster sampling. The results showed that there was a positive influence on the experimental class after being given treatment, based on the independent sample t-test, the Sig value of speaking skills was 0.045, this value was smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. This is reinforced by the results of the analysis of the average value of the experimental class speaking skills pretest value of 55.82 rose to 72.00 on the posttest.  Thus it can be interpreted that the rotation trio exchange learning model assisted by spotify popcast media is effectively used to improve speaking skills.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is a planned and applied effort to increase the knowledge, intentions and competence of students to develop their potential by realizing it in creative, innovative behavior and the courage to manage risks. This research aims to find out the role of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial spirit, the influence of self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial spirit, the influence of entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy together on the entrepreneurial spirit. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach. The results of the research explain that entrepreneurship education with the dimensions know how, know who, and know why (5W+1H) has an influence on entrepreneurship education which has an influence on students' entrepreneurial interest or entrepreneurial spirit.ABSTRAKpendidikan kewirausahaan adalah usaha terencana dan aplikatif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, intensi/niat dan kompetensi peserta didik untuk mengembangkan potensi dirinya dengan di wujudkan dalam prilaku kreatif, inovatif dan berani mengelola resiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap jiwa enterprenuer, pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap jiwa enterprenuer, pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama terhadap jiwa enterpreneur.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan dimensi know how, know who, dan know why (5W+1H) memiliki pengaruh Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha atau jiwa entrepreneur mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between workplace well-being and psychological capital at the Perumda Air Minum Tirta Khatulistiwa Pontianak. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a sample of 136 employees, the research assessed psychological capital through dimensions of self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resiliency, and workplace well-being through core effect and work value dimensions. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between the two variables, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.790 and a significance level (p-value) of 0.000, indicating that higher psychological capital contributes to increased workplace well-being and vice versa. Simple linear regression analysis shows that workplace well-being accounts for 62.4% of the variance in psychological capital, with the remaining 37.6% influenced by other variables such as emotional intelligence. The study also indicates that employees with high psychological capital experience better workplace well-being, reflected in higher satisfaction, motivation, and productivity. Conversely, employees with lower psychological capital face challenges in managing stress and workplace demands. These findings emphasize the importance of organizational support in developing psychological capital and creating a supportive work environment to enhance employee performance and well-being. The study suggests that organizations should focus on fostering psychological capital and providing a positive work environment to achieve better organizational outcomes.

Abstract

Penerapan konsep kimia hijau dan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals) dalam pembelajaran kimia menjadi sangat penting untuk menghadapi tantangan global saat ini, seperti pemanasan global dan kerusakan lingkungan. Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi prinsip-prinsip kimia hijau yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan, sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang dampak kimia terhadap keberlanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah narrative literature review yang mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur terkait penerapan kimia hijau dan SDGs dalam pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan dalam pembelajaran kimia tidak hanya mendorong praktik pendidikan yang inovatif dan interdisipliner, tetapi juga memungkinkan pendidik dan peserta didik untuk berkontribusi secara aktif dalam menciptakan solusi berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan generasi mendatang lebih sadar akan isu-isu keberlanjutan.

Abstract

SD Istiqamah Bandung is an excellent elementary school located in the city of Bandung, West Java. This elementary school is famous for their superior products, namely one of the extracurricular programs held at SD Istiqamah Bandung. This study aims to determine how extracurricular activities are organized at SD Istiqamah Bandung, and how the teacher's role is in developing talents and interests in children through extracurricular activities. This study uses the teacher's role in guiding students' interests and talents. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely observing directly through observations, written notes while in the field, and documentation. Observations were made with the main focus, namely the role of teachers in extracurricular activities and also how the extracurricular activities themselves at SD Istiqamah Bandung. The participants involved are students who have achievements in several extracurricular activities, teachers and school staff. Extracurricular activities at SD Itiqamah Bandung include 2 types of extracurricular activities, namely general activities and religious activities. General extracurricular activities include: cinematography, archery, scouts, english club, ICT, karate, robotics, choir, and dance. While the religious activities are: tahfidz, qiroat, calligraphy, and small preachers. The teacher's role in extracurricular activities include: Giving affection (attention), Cooperation with parents, Provide training, Improve and motivate, Support extracurricular activities, Conduct assessments. Each major in extracurricular at SD Istiqamah Bandung has its own coaching, so that students can learn their interests and talents with more focus.

Abstract

Pendidikan di usia dini, khususnya di tingkat PAUD dan SD, memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan keterampilan dasar anak. Kegiatan sinau bareng menjadi salah satu solusi yang efektif. Sinau bareng tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mentransfer pengetahuan dari mahasiswa kepada anak-anak, tetapi juga menciptakan suasana belajar yang interaktif dan menyenangkan, sehingga anak-anak dapat lebih mudah memahami materi yang diajarkan dari mahasiswa. Kegiatan sinau bareng memiliki sejumlah alasan positif, di antaranya adalah peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Dengan pendekatan yang kreatif dan inovatif, mahasiswa dapat memperkenalkan berbagai metode belajar yang menarik, seperti permainan edukatif dan aktivitas kelompok. Artikel ini mendeskripsikan implementasi program "Sinau Bareng" di Kelurahan Kejawan Putih Tambak, Surabaya, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap minat belajar siswa. Pelaksanaan program ini melibatkan anak - anak yang berada di kawasan tersebut dan menggunakan berbagai strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar bersama cukup besar.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers strengthen the character of the national spirit in the learning process in the Pancasila and Citizenship Education subject. According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI), the definition of character is character, psychological traits, morals or manners that distinguish a person from another, character. The research method in this research is a qualitative exploratory type. The population in the study was class X TKJ Mahad Mualimin Alwasliyah Vocational School (MMA) Uisu Medan. At the beginning of the research, they entered a class with 35 students and were designated as research samples, then conducted interviews with students, Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers and school principals about the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers in strengthening the character of students, so as to obtain the actual results. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis negosiasi yang dilakukan oleh 2 perusahaan besar yaitu industri manufaktur dan industri makanan olahan. Dalam menghadapi konflik perbedaan budaya yang ada dalam melakukan pengembangan bisnis nya. Metode analisa data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan data pustaka, membaca, mencatat, serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa industri manufaktur dan industri makanan olahan merupakan perusahaan yang menghargai berbagai perbedaan suku dan budaya dalam perusahaan mereka. Budaya negosiasi dan manajemen konflik didalam perusahaan juga mempertimbangkan beberapa konteks seperti, konteks lingkungan dan konteks langsung. Untuk menunjukkan keberhasilan kedua perusahaan ini dalam mengatasi manajemen konflik atas perbedaan budaya, perusahaan-perusahaan ini dengan sukses menjalin kerjasama dengan beberapa perusahaan global di dunia.
