Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Tanah Laut Regency needs an administration completeness system, especially for its employees, to facilitate them in viewing the requirements for organizing or participating in activities without any shortcomings. Previously, employees found it difficult to know what requirements had to be fulfilled to organize or participate in an activity. Currently, the administration completeness process is still carried out using Excel files, which are shared via WhatsApp to each employee. Based on this case, a web-based administration completeness information system for employees is developed. The purpose of this case is to analyze, build, and test the web-based administration completeness information system for employees with access rights for two users, namely admin and employees. The methods used are literature study, interviews, and observations. For data collection and system development methods, the waterfall method is used. This system uses an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) with 13 tables and system modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Use Case, Class diagram, Sequence diagram, and Activity diagram. The system is built using CodeIgniter 3 framework with PHP programming language and MySQL database management system. Subsequently, system testing is conducted using Black Box Testing with the result that the web-based administration completeness information system runs according to its functionalities. The result of the system built is that it can help make it easier to manage administrative completeness and help the admin in ensuring that all requirements are met.

PT. Telkom Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in IT, ICT, and telecommunications network services in Indonesia. PT. Telkom Indonesia has services that can be used for individuals and companies, namely Indi home. Indi home is one of the network packages, namely the Indi home Fiber package, which provides internet services, interactive TV, and landline telephones. The obstacle that people sometimes find in reporting complaints about internet disruptions is the very slow handling of internet product repairs. Therefore, a troubleshooting service data system design is needed that can be accessed by customers and the right technicians to support the smooth process, processing of complaint information, and corrective actions. By using the proposed system correctly, it can be easier to monitor the distribution of complaint information so as to speed up the repair process, this can also help speed up the presentation of accurate, timely, and relevant reports so that it can assist management in decision making. This is intended so that technicians do not face significant obstacles in recording information and monitoring the length of time it takes to handle problems in the field. To overcome these problems, a design of an electrical disturbance data service system is needed that can be accessed by the right admin to support the smooth processing of complaint information and corrective actions. So, the conclusion of this research is that this system makes it easier for customers to report WiFi disturbances online without having to come directly to the PT office. Telkom Sekayu. Customers can also see or track where the reported process has progressed.

The process of recording transactions and reports on MSME partners that are still carried out manually often causes data input errors, data loss, and difficulties in finding information and also delays in business services, especially for petshop partners. This research aims to design and develop an information system that is able to facilitate faster and more accurate data management, sales transactions, and more quickly and precisely. The method applied in this study is the Agile method, which includes the stages of data collection, system design, implementation, and testing. In the research on pet shop management information systems, the subject is petshops. The results of the research that has been carried out show that this petshop is still carrying out the process of manually entering and managing transaction data. So the implementation of this information system, it is hoped that pet shops can improve services to customers and optimize the management of existing resources. The research also opens up opportunities for further development in system integration with e-commerce platforms to expand market reach

Pineapple collectors play an important role in the distribution of pineapples from farmers to buyers, but manual recording is still a major obstacle, causing inefficiency, difficult data access, and the risk of recording errors. This study aims to develop a technology-based pineapple collector management information system to improve recording efficiency, data accuracy, and smooth distribution. The research method uses an Agile approach, which involves the stages of planning, needs analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation, with active participation of end users in each stage. The results of the study show that the developed system is able to improve recording efficiency, reduce errors, and speed up transactions and distribution. Key features include order tracking, payment recording, and stock management. In conclusion, this information system is an effective solution to overcome the problem of manual recording, increase operational efficiency, data transparency, and improve the relationship between farmers and buyers.

Final-year students often experience high psychological pressure due to academic demands such as thesis completion, final exams, and career uncertainty. This stress can negatively affect their academic performance and overall mental health. This study aims to compare the performance of two clustering methods, K-Means and K-Medoids, in grouping stress levels among sixth-semester students. The comparison is based on three key parameters: accuracy, consistency, and computational speed. Data were collected using psychological questionnaires reflecting students’ stress symptoms and analyzed using both clustering techniques. Preliminary results indicate that K-Medoids outperforms K-Means in terms of accuracy and result stability, particularly when dealing with datasets containing outliers, while K-Means is more efficient in processing large-scale data. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for educational institutions in developing early stress detection systems based on data mining to enhance more targeted psychological support services.

The liquid smoke making flute is useful for helping entrepreneurs distill the processed coconut shells that are burned, namely Liquid smoke is a versatile substance, One of its applications is in the freezing process of rubber latex. It helps in preserving the latex by preventing oxidation and degradation, ensuring better quality and longevity during storage. The lower the water temperature in the liquid smoke condensing media, the higher the liquid smoke yield, Therefore, to enhance the yield of liquid smoke, a refrigeration system is implemented to optimize both the manufacturing and marketing processes of the product. This system helps maintain consistent quality, improve efficiency, and support larger-scale production and distribution., which initially uses water with a temperature of ± 30° C so as to increase economic income in the BUMDes and the planning stage of the tool using CAD assistance as the software medium for designing a refrigeration system on a liquid smoke distiller machine at BUMDes Nusa Serasan with an evaporation temperature of 6 °C and a condensation temperature of 49 °C and a targeted Actual COP of 2.76 and Carnot COP of 5.46 using refrigerant R22 to cool water with a capacity of 180 L where the refrigeration unit will operate for 2 hours for the cooling process.
