Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of financial literacy, social environment, and a consumer lifestyle on community financial management in Batu Alang Hamlet. The data used were primary data in the form of questionnaires. The sample size was calculated using the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and questionnaires were distributed directly to respondents. The results showed that financial literacy, social environment, and a consumer lifestyle significantly influenced financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of: (1) brand on purchasing decisions, (2) price on purchasing decisions, and (3) product quality on purchasing decisions. The analytical model used in this study includes instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The analytical tool applied is SPSS. The data used are primary data, with the sampling technique being purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Brand has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 2.600 greater than the t-table value of 1.984 and a significance value of 0.011 less than 0.05. (2) Price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 6.607 greater than the t-table value of 1.984 and a significance value of 0.001 less than 0.05. (3) Product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 3.938 greater than the t-table value of 1.984 and a significance value of 0.001 less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions of fashion products on TikTok Shop among Generation Z consumers in Sumbawa Besar. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that both live streaming and online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. This research provides implications for business actors to optimize live streaming utilization and consider customer reviews to improve purchase conversion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the influence of service quality, price, and facility variables on customer satisfaction at the Diamond Cars Wash vehicle washing business in Sumbawa. The background of this study is the increasing number of motorized vehicles in Sumbawa Regency which reached 201,710 units as of April 2025, thus creating a great opportunity for the vehicle washing service business. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents who were Diamond Cars Wash customers, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that partially, only the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, with a t-value of 3.515 and a significance level of 0.001. 6Meanwhile, the price variable and the facility variable were found to have no significant influence on customer satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R Square) indicate that the three independent variables simultaneously explain only 9% of the customer satisfaction variable, while the remaining 91% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of sales promotion, store atmosphere, and consumer personality on impulse buying in Alfamart consumers in Sumbawa District. The background of the research is based on the growth of modern retail stores and the need to understand the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. The method used is a quantitative approach with an associative approach, using primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents selected by a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that sales promotion, store atmosphere, and consumer personality significantly influenced impulse buying. This study concludes that these three variables have an important role in encouraging consumer impulse buying behavior at Alfamart.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Teamwork on the Work Performance of Employees of the Bima City Environmental Service. The approach used in the study is an associative approach. The population in the study amounted to 70 people with a sample of 40 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, T tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results of the study showed that Teamwork (X1) had a significant effect on the Work Performance of Employees of the Bima City Environmental Service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of FOMO, YOLO and financial attitude in building financial planning in generation Z in Sumbawa. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample determination was obtained through non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling methods using the Hair formula so that 120 respondents were obtained. The data analysis technique used was the three box method with high, medium, and low index value categories. The results of this study are: (1) FOMO in Gen Z in Sumbawa appears in the form of a need to connect with social media, (2) YOLO in Gen Z in Sumbawa encourages the emergence of consumptive and impulsive behavior so that YOLO can reduce financial planning abilities, (3) Financial Attitude in Gen Z in Sumbawa can improve Gen Z's ability to build financial planning, and (4) Emotional bias in decision making in Gen Z in Sumbawa exacerbates the negative effects of FOMO and YOLO if they do not have good self-control.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, and location on consumer purchasing decisions at Teh Kota booths in the Greater Mojokerto area. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 137 consumers who had previously purchased Teh Kota products. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 30 through validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, partial, simultaneous, and dominant tests. The results indicate that product quality, price, and location have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The dominant test revealed that location is the most influential factor, followed by product quality and price. These findings suggest that accessibility, booth visibility, and proximity to consumers’ daily activities are the primary considerations in purchasing decisions. Therefore, business owners should optimize strategic locations, maintain product quality, and set appropriate prices to enhance consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This Study aims to determine (1) the effect of financial literacy on invesment interest of students of the faculity of economics and bussines university of tecnology sumbawa, (2) the effect of financial behavior of students on invesment interest of students of the faculity of economics and bussines university of tecnology sumbawa, (3) determine the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior of students on invesment interest of students of the faculity of economics and bussines university of tecnology sumbawa. The study used an asosiative quantitative method with a population of active students of the faculity of economics and bussines university of tecnologi sumbawa in the 2025/2025 academic years, with a sampel 150 respondents . the sampling tecnique used was Stratified Random Sampling, with a data collection method tha was distributing questionnaires offline and analysis using multiple linier regresion using an analysis tool namely STATA MP 17. The result of the study showed (1) financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on investment interest of students, (2) financial behavior of students had a positive and significant effect on investment interest of students, (3) financial literacy and financial behavior of students had a positive and simultaneous effect on investment interest of students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of the Sumbawa DPRD Secretariat. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were all 63 employees of the Sumbawa DPRD Secretariat, with the sampling technique using saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that OCB behavior among employees of the Sumbawa DPRD Secretariat is not influenced by a single individual factor, but rather is formed through the interaction of various organizational factors. Therefore, improving OCB requires an integrated approach to managing leadership, organizational culture, and employee commitment.
