Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource (HR) risk management strategies in improving organizational performance. The approach used is a literature study with descriptive qualitative methods to examine various scientific sources related to the implementation of HR risk management in industrial organizations. The results of the study indicate that HR risk management plays a strategic role in maintaining organizational stability and increasing work effectiveness through four main stages: identification, analysis, mitigation, and monitoring of risks. Various industrial organizations implement strategies such as competency-based training, occupational safety and health (OHS), and reward systems for high-performing employees. These efforts have proven effective in reducing risks originating from human factors and increasing employee productivity and loyalty. However, in the digital era, organizations face the challenge of developing data-driven risk management systems and strengthening employee digital literacy. Thus, HR risk management plays a role not only as a control tool but also as an HR development strategy to achieve competitive advantage and organizational sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of risk management and mitigation strategies that can be applied in school management to improve the effectiveness of education delivery. The research method used is library research by analyzing various literature sources such as books and relevant scientific journals. The results of the study indicate that risk management in schools is a systematic process that includes the identification, assessment, and control of various potential threats that can hinder the achievement of educational goals. Risks faced by schools can originate from operational, financial, human resources, environmental, and institutional reputation aspects. To reduce the negative impact of these risks, schools need to implement mitigation strategies such as avoiding, reducing, transferring, or accepting risks with careful planning. The implementation of appropriate risk mitigation strategies not only functions as a preventative measure against problems, but also as a strategic step in creating a safe, efficient, and sustainable learning environment. Thus, effective risk management is an important part of improving the quality and stability of school management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of risk analysis in supporting the improvement of education quality in schools. The issue raised focuses on the suboptimal implementation of risk management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of education quality. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature review method. Data were obtained through systematic searches of scientific journals, risk management textbooks in education, and relevant previous research from the last ten years. The analysis was conducted by categorizing findings based on risk analysis stages: identifying risk sources, determining impact levels, and control strategies that support school quality improvement. The findings indicate that the application of risk analysis helps educational institutions recognize potential quality barriers early, establish improvement priorities, and guide decision-making more effectively. This study concludes that integrating risk analysis into the school's internal quality assurance system contributes to creating sustainable and adaptive education management in response to environmental changes.

Abstract

A safe and healthy work environment is a crucial element in protecting employee safety and promoting productivity. Poor environmental risk management can lead to workplace accidents, health problems, and decreased performance. This study applies a literature review method by evaluating various scientific references, such as journal articles, research, and ISO 31000:2018 risk management guidelines, to examine the effects of weak environmental risk management on worker safety and productivity. The findings show that ineffective risk control results in an increased likelihood of physical, chemical, and biological hazards in the workplace, decreased morale and work efficiency, and increased operational costs due to health problems and infrastructure damage. The implementation of systematic risk management, routine monitoring, and increased awareness of workplace safety are key factors in reducing these impacts.

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing Data Privacy Risk Management within educational institutions in the digital era. The increasing adoption of technology in educational administration, such as e-report cards and academic information systems, inherently increases the risk of security crises and student data breaches. This study is expected to formulate an integrated risk management model that aligns with the principles of accountable educational administration governance. The method used is descriptive qualitative, employing a systematic literature review approach on relevant risk management frameworks and data protection regulations. The data will be analyzed to identify critical stages ranging from data asset identification and vulnerability analysis, to designing appropriate control mechanisms and risk mitigation strategies. The identification results are expected to provide a conceptual guide for educational administrators in maintaining and building strong data security pillars to promote a secure digital transformation.

Abstract

Risk management is an approach designed to manage and minimize risks that are uncertain, have significant impacts, and have the potential to cause losses. The management process involves several steps, such as identifying risks, analyzing them, assessing the level of threat, and determining ways to control them. Risk itself is an inseparable part of human life, as every action always contains an element of uncertainty. Some experts even state that living without risk is as impossible as living without facing death. In general, risk is understood as the possibility of unexpected loss. (1) Risk indicates the likelihood of danger or loss arising from a particular event. (2) Risk also arises when there are various possible outcomes, but certainty cannot yet be determined.

Abstract

This article discusses the Application of Risk Management in the Management of Educational Institutions in Indonesia, which aims to analyze the importance of risk management in maintaining the sustainability and quality of educational institutions. In facing various challenges, both internal, such as limited resources and managerial errors, and external, such as policy changes, educational institutions are required to have an effective and integrated risk management system. This study uses a library research method by examining various sources such as scientific journals, books, and relevant laws and regulations. The results show that the systematic application of risk management through the stages of identification, analysis, mitigation, implementation, and evaluation can help educational institutions anticipate potential disruptions and improve management efficiency. In addition, the successful implementation of risk management is greatly influenced by human resource competencies, risk awareness, and stakeholder support. However, in Indonesia, its implementation still faces obstacles in the form of a lack of understanding among managers, limited resources, and suboptimal integration into the school management system. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen managerial capacity, provide continuous training, and obtain government policy support so that risk management risk management can be implemented effectively, sustainably, and capable of improving the quality of national education.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information on how risk management supports project success. Literature review is the method used in this study. A systematic approach was used to search for and collect data, as well as analyze various literature sources related to project risk management. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively, identifying key patterns from relevant sources. The results indicate that effective and systematic implementation of project risk management plays a crucial role in achieving project success. Effective implementation of risk management in project implementation, including risk identification, analysis, control, mitigation, and monitoring, is a crucial factor in determining project success. Risk management must be integrated into the project life cycle.

Abstract

Risk assessment is a crucial component of risk management, aimed at identifying, analyzing, and assessing threats that could potentially impact the performance and achievement of organizational goals, including educational institutions. This paper examines the application of risk assessment as an effort to improve the effectiveness of school management in facing various operational and policy challenges. The research approach is descriptive, focusing on the stages of implementing risk assessment in the school environment, including risk identification, impact analysis, and evaluation of control measures. The study findings indicate that when risk assessments are conducted in a structured manner, schools can anticipate problems such as managerial negligence, resource limitations, and constraints on the learning environment earlier. With a thorough risk assessment, school management is able to make more informed decisions, strengthen governance, and improve operational efficiency. Therefore, risk assessment is not merely a tool to minimize potential losses but also a crucial strategy for building effective, responsive, and sustainable school management.

Abstract

Implementasi pengendalian risiko menjadi faktor strategis dalam meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen sekolah di era pendidikan modern yang penuh tantangan dan ketidakpastian. Pengendalian risiko tidak hanya berfungsi untuk menghindari kerugian finansial, tetapi juga menjaga reputasi sekolah, keselamatan peserta didik, serta kelancaran proses belajar mengajar. Strategi pelaksanaannya mencakup identifikasi risiko, penyusunan kebijakan dan prosedur kerja yang aman, keterlibatan seluruh pihak terkait, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan. Pelaksanaan sekolah meminimalkan gangguan, meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan kegiatan pembelajaran, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan kondusif. Dengan demikian, implementasi pengendalian risiko berperan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang tepat, optimalisasi pemanfaatan sumber daya, serta peningkatan kualitas dan keberlanjutan manajemen sekolah.
