Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN Gambut 11 in fraction material through the implementation of Problem-Based Learning, Realistic Mathematics Education, and Snowball Throwing models. The research involved 30 students from the 2023/2024 academic year. Data were collected through observations of teacher and student activities, creativity, motivation, and written tests. The results showed significant improvement: teacher performance was rated “Very Good,” student activity “All Active,” creativity “Very High,” motivation “All High,” and learning outcomes achieved classical completeness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the objectives of organizational development at SD Negeri 05 Surau Gadang, Kecamatan Nanggalo. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach to identify the level of organizational development needs among teachers and staff. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews, validated through mathematical testing and expert review. The results show that the majority of respondents have a moderate to high level of awareness regarding the importance of organizational development. The study concludes that organizational development at SD Negeri 05 Surau Gadang requires a more structured approach in human resource management and communication improvement. Recommendations are given for future organizational improvement strategies.

Abstract

An organization needs to continuously change to stay abreast of dynamic, complex, and sometimes unpredictable environmental developments. School organizational development is an important form of change, but its success is influenced by various factors, including internal factors in the form of individual factors. These individual factors are closely related to each member in the organization. This study aims to analyze individual factors in organizational development at SD IT Madani Islamic School 3 Padang, focusing on relationships between members, cooperation, and financial factors, and reviewing their suitability with existing basic concepts. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach through observation and interviews. The results showed that individual factors have an influence in supporting organizational development, where harmonious relationships between members, good cooperation, and employee financial stability enable program implementation to run smoothly and effectively. These findings confirm that management's attention to interpersonal aspects and employee conditions is key to the success of school organizational development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of intervention approaches in organizational development at SDN 01 Bungo Pasang. Using qualitative methods through observation, interviews, and documentation, this study identifies the types of interventions applied as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The results show that the school understands intervention as a planned action to improve organizational conditions so that educational goals can be achieved more effectively. The school implements three main types of interventions: academic (remedial programs and literacy guidance), administrative (e-report card system), and cultural (5S habit formation). The implementation of interventions is carried out systematically with a collective approach based on deliberation and a culture of mutual cooperation. Despite facing obstacles, particularly in adapting to digital technology and resistance to change, the commitment and cooperation of the entire school community is key to the success of organizational development. This study provides practical contributions to improving the managerial capacity of elementary schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Action Research model in organizational development and planned change within several elementary schools in Padang City. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation and interviews with administrative staff and teachers from seven schools. The findings reveal that the Action Research model—which integrates research with continuous action—has become an effective strategy for improving school management and learning quality. Each school applies the model through cyclic stages: problem identification, joint planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. The research shows that collaborative participation between principals, teachers, and administrative staff strengthens the effectiveness of organizational change. Additionally, the adoption of digital administrative systems (such as Dapodik), teacher learning communities, and reflective evaluations have supported sustainable improvement. Thus, the Action Research model is proven to foster planned, data-driven, and participatory organizational development, promoting adaptive, efficient, and high-quality educational environments. The study recommends enhancing collaboration and technological competence among educators to sustain continuous improvement

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of risk management implementation in an organisation. This study uses literature analysis from various sources used in the study of the topics discussed in this research article. The results of this study from various reviewed and analysed literature show that risk management in practice plays a major contribution to the reliability of an organisation's performance in achieving its objectives. The application of risk management concepts, which include the stages of risk identification to risk monitoring, is crucial for organisations in guiding their existing performance. Oganisations that want to achieve good performance in their organisations must apply risk management in the sustainability of the organisation.

Abstract

Change is an inevitable aspect of life in society, organizations, and the workplace, including within the educational environment. In this context, the role of change agents is crucial as they act as drivers, facilitators, and implementers of transformation to move organizations toward improvement. This study aims to explore the concept of change agents and their roles in improving the quality of educational services in schools. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation and interviews conducted in several schools, namely SDN 20 Indarung, SDN 24 Parupuk Tabing, SD IT Karakter Anak Shalih, SMP Negeri 7 Padang, SDN 05 Air Tawar Barat, and SMP 1 Padang Panjang. The results indicate that change agents are not limited to individuals in formal positions but can be anyone with the willingness and ability to create positive change. They play an essential role in accelerating school administrative digitalization, fostering teacher collaboration, cultivating a culture of innovation, and improving work efficiency. Therefore, change agents contribute significantly to building adaptive, effective, and quality-oriented educational environments.

Abstract

Bloom's Taxonomy is a conceptual framework that serves as a fundamental basis for developing competency-based learning, especially in the field of Islamic Religious Education. By applying this framework, the learning process can be structured to maximize the development of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies in students. In this article, we describe how Bloom's Taxonomy can be used as the main foundation in designing effective and measurable learning to achieve holistic religious education goals. Through this approach, it is hoped that students will not only be able to understand theoretical concepts but also apply religious values in their daily activities.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the internal factors that influence the organizational development of elementary schools, focusing on SD Negeri 19 Kampung Olo, Padang City. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The study reveals that leadership style, teacher motivation, organizational culture, and internal communication are dominant internal factors shaping the school’s organizational development. Effective leadership fosters collaboration and innovation among teachers, while a positive organizational culture supports continuous improvement. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening internal dynamics to enhance school performance and adaptability in achieving educational goals.

Abstract

Risk management in education plays a crucial role in maintaining safety, stability, and sustainability in the learning process. This study aims to explore the urgency, strategies, and best practices of risk management in educational institutions at various levels. The research method employed is a literature review, which analyzes relevant sources such as books, journals, and academic articles discussing the implementation of risk management in education. The findings indicate that effective risk management involves a systematic process of identifying, analyzing, mitigating, and monitoring risks. Furthermore, collaboration among teachers, students, parents, and administrators is essential to establish a risk-aware culture within educational institutions. Proactive implementation of risk management not only enhances operational effectiveness and financial efficiency but also strengthens institutional reputation and ensures the continuity of quality education. The study provides strategic insights that can guide educational stakeholders in developing adaptive and sustainable risk management frameworks.
