Abstract

CV. Anugerah Pratama Pressis one of the businesses that is engaged in printing. Information about the types of printed products is obtained by consumers by coming directly to the places it is still less effective. Therefore, an E-Commerce information system is needed so that the products sold by CV Printing. Anugerah Pratama Pressis better known to the public. E-Commerce was developed using software, namely Sublime Text 3, Wampserver, PHP programming language, and MySQL as the database. The purpose of designing an E-Commerce website is to understand the sales system and online sales strategy to increase profits and ease the ordering process.

Abstract

The extracurricular system at SMP Negeri 7 Jambi City which is currently running is still manual, that is, by means of every activity announcement, it is still notified or delivered in the school wall or directly on the school field and notification via WhatsApp group. The management of extracurricular activities makes the academic section of students experience internal problems which will make the process of managing extracurricular activities take a long time. The method used in making this system by means of data collection, system planning, system analysis, system design and database. The system built on this website uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The input needs on the Extracurricular Website of SMP Negeri 7 Jambi City are extracurricular data, student data, and registration data. Process requirements needed are: Login Process, Registration Process, and input, edit, and delete processes. The output data produced is in the form of information that will be attached, including: registration activity reports. The purpose of making this Job Training is the creation of an extracurricular website for SMP Negeri 7 Jambi City. With the existence of a new system that has been designed and created by researchers, it can help facilitate the parties involved in developing extracurricular activities effectively.

Abstract

The Batang Hari Fire and Fire Department, which serves the community and helps the community when a fire occurs, the current complaint process is a manual complaint system, which uses telephones to report fire incidents. The purpose of this research is to produce information that is fast and easy to obtain for the community and the Batanghari fire department. This application-based community complaint information system for firefighters uses the PHP programming language. In this study, the system development method used in this study is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall model method. The stages in the SDLC include, literature study, data collection, problem identification, system design, and implementation.After being tested, it can be seen that in general this system can overcome the problems found in the community and the fire department. So that in general this system can provide solutions to users and the system runs as expected.

Abstract

The information system for journalists at the Jambi Ekspres Morning Daily initially used an agenda or manual system. With the development of the organizational structure, it becomes bigger and the problem becomes even bigger if a fixed and systematic information system is not used. The change from the old system to a new system, namely a computerized system, makes work faster and produces more accurate reports to support a fast-growing organization.The author here designs an application program that uses visual basic 6.0 with a new design in terms of processing news data to make a journalist professional allowance report at the editorial secretariat of the Jambi Express Daily Morning. The author hopes that the management and secretariat of the editorial secretariat of the Jambi Express Daily Morning can optimize existing facilities to implement a more efficient and effective work system.

Abstract

The development of technology today has helped humans in doing their work so that it becomes easier, faster and satisfying results. One of those technologies is the computer. Because by using a computer, office work can be completed properly, quickly, and the results are very satisfying. CV. Estika Advertising which is engaged in printing, the information system that runs is still manual in recording data. The information system to be built uses the HTML and PHP programming languages, and uses the MySQL database, XAMPP, and the Laravel framework. The system produced from this research is a web-based Inventory Information System at CV. Estika Advertising. Reports that will be generated from this system are in the form of stock reports, incoming goods reports, and outgoing goods reports. With this system, it is hoped that it can help make it easier for CV. Estika Advertising in recording and processing goods data.

Abstract

Putra West Sumatra is a family company engaged in the delivery of goods using land transportation. CV. With the increasing number of shipments of goods, problems often occur, this is because the company is still using a data system for shipping goods that has not been computerized. The purpose of this study is to design an information system for freight forwarding services at CV. Putra West Sumatra and modify it into a new system. The need for a new system input is recipient data, sender data, goods type data, delivery schedule data, and transaction data, the process needs to process sender data and process data for recipients who receive goods and payment reports to be sent according to the sender's schedule, the output needs namely the recipient data report, the sender data report, the goods data report and the payment data report. The result of this research is that the data processing of the delivery service can help effectively and reduce the risk of errors in data input and the collision of the delivery schedule.

Abstract

Social assistance is assistance in the form of money, goods or services to individuals, groups, families, underprivileged communities which is carried out selectively in order to avoid social risks. The distribution of social assistance at the Mandiangin Tuo Village Office must be carried out properly, transparently, and organized so that it is given and accepted by the poor who really need it. Acceptance of this social assistance is done by selecting a list of prospective recipients according to predetermined criteria. To get the expected results, the Mandiangin Tuo Village Office requires a tool in the form of a decision support system for recipients of social assistance for underprivileged families. can be used as a guide in determining beneficiaries so that they are right on target. The method used in making this decision is TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The Topsis method was chosen because this method determines the weight value of each attribute, then proceeds with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternative in question is the alternative determining recipient of social assistance for underprivileged families based on predetermined criteria. With this ranking method, it is hoped that the assessment will be more precise because it is based on predetermined criteria values ​​so as to get more accurate results in determining the recipients of social assistance for the poor.

Abstract

This Web-based Information System has a very important role in the development of an agency, especially at the Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs.S) Jauharul Islam Penyengat Olak. The current academic system still uses the Agenda Book. Therefore, it is very necessary to have computer tools with computerized systems and the internet to speed up and minimize the problems that exist in the Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs.S) Jauharul Islam. The methods used in this research are Library Research, Field Research, Observation, Data Collection, System Analysis and Design, Application Development and Implementation. This research produces Information on Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs.S) Jauharul Islam Based on a Website so that it can make it easier for schools to promote or provide an overview of the profile of schools or educational institutions, and can make it easier for schools to process data, and student report cards.

Abstract

The development of science and technology in the current era of globalization is growing rapidly and rapidly. Responding to progress that continues to grow, with web technology an information system can be designed that is able to facilitate school activities. Exams are activites carried out by educational units to agencies to measure the competencies and abilities of the examinees. The exam process conducted by MDTA Nurul Huda is still done manually, by utilizing advances in computer technology, online exams can be conducted, so that the exam process can be carried out effectively and efficiency. The purpose of this research is to design and implement an online exam information system for the exam process at MDTA Nurul Huda. The data collection methods used in the preparation of this final project are observation, literature study and interviews. The design of this online exam information system is the best solution to achieve this. An activity that is effective and efficient in supporting activities at this school, the point is that exams with an online system are more practical, easier and make students more focused.

Abstract

Zakat is maliyah ijtima'iyyah worship which has a very important, strategic, and decisive position both in terms of Islamic teachings and in terms of developing the welfare of the people. zakat, infaq, and alms that come in, and data management carried out through Microsoft Excel will certainly take relatively longer time. In addition, the limited budget for existing funds makes BAZNAS experience problems in managing application. One solution to this problem is the creation of an application for zakat, infaq, and alms. Making this application more leverage than writing all incoming zakat, infaq, and alms data, and managing data through Microsoft Excel will certainly take relatively longer time. This financial integration system was built in four stages, namely requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing with the PHP programming language framework, namely Laravel and PostgreSQL database. The features in this application are zakat calculators, payments, registrations and reports. This application provides added value, namely the management of zakat, infaq, and alms data to be faster and more accurate and is expected to help the performance of BAZNAS officers in Batanghari Regency.
