Abstract

One of the government institutions that requires a funeral information system is the UPTD Cemetery of the Jambi City Public Housing and Settlement Areas which is the only UPTD in Jambi City that is engaged in funerals. In the case of the data collection system for registration of corpses and levies, manual recording is still carried out using files, thus it takes time because officers have to look for data on vacant burial grounds first, and also make it difficult for officers to search for existing funeral data if they needed back. In terms of data archiving, it is still done manually on the shelves which sometimes the condition of the file is damaged. The data in question is data on corpses, heirs and levies. Due to the existence of levies here, in terms of recording, sometimes the amount of retribution results is inaccurate.

Abstract

Information and communication technology has a great influence on office work, it can be carried out easily and quickly. Office activities are in handling mail, office communication, mail delivery, archive management, and inventory of goods in the office. By using information technology in data processing, it will produce data speed, renewal of facilities to increase speed of information and spread access to parts of the organization. The process of inventorying goods at the Beringin Village Office, Jambi City has used a computer but the processing process is not optimal. So that data errors often occur, data loss, data manipulation, inaccurate data and even difficult to find previous data archives. So the process of monitoring the inventory of these goods is not going well. To overcome this problem the use of computers is very necessary in order to achieve optimal service, so it is hoped that the inventory process of goods can run quickly and smoothly and reduce errors or data manipulation that can occur in data collection of inventory items. The same research and it is hoped that this research can overcome the problems that exist in the Beringin Village Office, Jambi City. Furthermore, the author tries to make a material or equipment information system design for employees so that there are no shortages or disappointments in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Giving appreciation for the high achievements and dedication achieved by teachers in carrying out their professional duties needs to be given, one of which is the selection of exemplary teachers. The selection of exemplary teachers should be able to motivate teachers to improve performance, discipline, dedication, and loyalty for the future interests of the nation and state. The current implementation of the selection of exemplary teachers is only based on personal observations from the assessors, namely based on certain criteria. To reduce errors in the assessment, it can be assisted with a decision support system that can assist the assessor in determining the selection of exemplary teachers. The methods used in this research are SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Inputs to this system are user data, question input data, criteria data, and alternative data. The criteria used in the study were Principal Assessment, Teacher Assessment, and Student Assessment. The output of this system is a report on the results of the overall calculation of the results of the SMART and AHP methods, and a report on the results of the comparison of the SMART and AHP methods. The final result of the study shows exemplary teachers based on criteria and alternatives calculated by the two AHP and SMART methods and the results of the selection are shown by the highest number of calculations from each prospective exemplary teacher. The comparison results from the sensitivity analysis of the AHP method are better recommended.

Abstract

A handyman has many benefits, one of which is an element of aesthetics or beauty in building or renovating a house. In addition to having an aesthetic element, a professional handyman also has a high selling point because not everyone can do it. The things that are considered by the community in choosing a handyman are certain what skills the craftsman has, how is the quality of his work and how much is the wages for using his services. Oftentimes, the builders we find cannot do the work we offer for several reasons. Therefore, one of the important things that must be done to make it easier for the community and craftsmen in the Kuala Tungkal area is to provide a means of finding information about good carpentry services. Through this system, the community and expert craftsmen in the Kuala Tungkal area can easily exchange information and negotiate without having to meet in person.

Abstract

Along with the increasing needs of companies in managing and processing data for increasingly complex operational activities at this time, of course a data processing and management system is needed that has a high level of effectiveness and efficiency. The purpose of this research is to build a Financial Information System for Palm Oil Production at PT. Mendalo Prima Intiland (MPI). With input requirements from the information system, namely admin data, harvesting employee data, position data, attendance data, harvest data, revenue data, and expenditure data. The form of the process carried out by the system to display the desired results in making process requirements information includes the login process, main menu display, harvesting employee data menu display, position menu display, attendance menu display, harvest menu display, salary menu data display, menu data display receipts and disbursements, as well as the supervisor menu display.The output requirements generated are in the form of information and reports that will be displayed in the form of harvest data reports, attendance data, salary data and salary slip data. This Financial Information System is a way to facilitate office administration in processing data, the expected results of a web-based information system using PHP and MySQL can fix all the shortcomings that exist in the old system.

Abstract

The service and facility monitoring application at the Paal X Health Center is a collection of complaints or messages from visitors regarding the services and facilities available at the Paal X Health Center. The Paal X Health Center does not yet have a complaint website that can input all complaints from visitors or patients seeking treatment at the Paal X Health Center. In designing the complaint information system at the Paal X Health Center, it contains input, process, and output on the complaint program that is run and modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) including Activity diagrams, use case diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The final result of this research is to produce a service and facility application design at the Paal X Health Center, where on this website visitors or patients can input their complaints or complaints about the services and facilities obtained during treatment and can view updated information from the Paal X Health Center. Monitoring application services and facilities at the Puskesmas were built using the PHP programming language with MySQL as the database.

Abstract

Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) is a provider of public health services to always provide fast, precise and accurate health services. Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) have the main function to provide medical services in the form of perfect care and treatment to the community Data processing is a function of administrative activities used by agencies or offices to provide information services to organizations to deal with many managements. This health center is the object of this research, because at this time the patient data processing system is still manual, this is due to the absence of an integrated data processing system and mechanism and the limited facilities and infrastructure of information services that are produced not as expected. The author tries to find a solution to the problem in processing this data by implementing a computer-based data processing system

Abstract

Jambi Faras Batik Shop is a business engaged in the sale of Jambi batik clothes. Currently, Jambi Faras Batik Shop wants to increase its sales level by expanding its sales outside the city of Jambi to seek greater sales profits. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based computerized sales application that includes product catalogs, sales transactions, and reports that are expected to increase batik sales turnover. This application is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The input to this application is in the form of admin data, item data, sales data, and customer data. Process data in this application are in the form of admin data processing, goods data processing, sales data processing, and customer data processing. The output of this application is a sales report. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based sales application that can help Jambi Faras Batik Stores in marketing merchandise with a wider range and make it easier to make sales reports.

Abstract

In the world of agriculture, there are many problems that prevent farmers from cultivating this group of crops, causing crop failure. The problem that is often faced is that pests and diseases become serious problems that cannot be handled properly so that plants die or do not grow properly, and result in crop failure and big losses. The purpose of the study was to build an Expert System to Detect Pests and Diseases of Cabbage Using Forward Chaining Methods at the Agricultural Extension Center, Jangkat District, a system that can replace the temporary role of experts in identifying pests and diseases of cabbage or cabbage plants accurately and quickly. An expert system for diagnosing pests and plant diseases are urgently needed to serve as a means for consultation and learning facilities for farmers, especially from Extension Centers. For this reason, the complexity and difficulties experienced by farmers or can be overcome by providing a software (expert system) in the form of an application program to determine pests and diseases that attack cabbage or cabbage plants and how to handle and prevent them appropriately. The advantage of using an expert system application using web programming is that it makes it easier for farmers to determine pests and diseases and so that there are no errors in giving conclusions about pests and diseases, which is expected to help and facilitate farmers in determining pests and diseases that attack plants.

Abstract

Bhayangkara Hospital Jambi City is one of the hospitals that will be the best hospital in Jambi City. With the Bhayangkara Hospital in Jambi City, it is expected to help the community, especially in health services. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based Dokpol information system so that registration errors do not occur or loss occurs. Registration is registering/filling in biodata for registration as a patient. To manage this information, we need a system that will assist the process of making registration data reports. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, namely a research approach that is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis. Process and meaning are highlighted in qualitative research. Design and Build a web-based Registration Information System is made using the programming language php 5.1 and MYSQL 4.8.4 database. The results of this study are to design a web-based Dokpol information system that is expected to help inform patient registration, check results with the system, generate patient reports and produce examination reports, can facilitate the decision-making process, be able to provide information about patient data, doctor data. , as well as reports appropriately with the availability of timely, accurate, and relevant information that can assist staff and officers in carrying out registration activities and is expected to improve the performance of employees.
