Abstract

In the last few decades, there has been numerous studies on the effect of organizational culture to increase work performance, as well as organizational citizen behavior to increase effectiveness of the organization. The performance of teacher is heavily influenced by several factors such as motivation, leadership, organizational culture, organizational citizen behavior and others. This research was aimed to test the effect of organizational culture to State Madrasa teacher performance in Pesawaran Regency. This research used quantitative design. The data were collected through questionnaire shared via Google Forms to 148 respondents from the total of 222 people. The result showed that variable of organizational culture positively affected teacher performance. Coefficient of determination was 0.493 or 49.3% for the variable of organizational culture was influenced by other factors that were not studied in this research. Based on the partial test result, the variable on organizational culture had the significant value of 0.029 < 0.05

Abstract

This research focuses on efforts to explore community development models as a strategy to prevent radicalism in the city of Bandar Lampung. By detailing the local social context, the research aims to provide concrete insight into the role of society in reducing the potential for radicalism. Through a comprehensive approach, this research is expected to provide a valuable contribution to designing prevention strategies that can be adopted on a sustainable basis. This research uses a qualitative case study method. Data was obtained from in-depth interviews and observations of community development activities, with the primary respondents directly involved. Secondary data sources involve documents related to development programs and radicalism prevention policies. Data collection tools include interview guides, field notes, and data analysis using coding and categorization. Data validity is enforced through triangulation, ensuring the accuracy of findings through comparison of interviews, observations and documents. The research results confirm that three models involving the Brimob Unit in Bandar Lampung City—prevention of radicalism, guidance, and cooperation—have proven their effectiveness in improving community security. The radicalism prevention model has succeeded in increasing public awareness and strengthening awareness of the potential threat of radicalism. The development of Brimob Units provides positive results by improving members' skills and strengthening relationships with local communities. The collaborative model in community development has proven effective through an inclusive approach that increases community awareness and skills in preventing radicalism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in the competitiveness of early childhood education institutions by involving branding image management in the era of society 5.0. This research is qualitative with the type of case study conducted at PAUD AL-Choliliyah Karanganyar Paiton Probolinggo. The sources of informants in this study were PAUD heads, teachers, and student guardians. Then to select and determine the informants in this study, researchers used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used content/document analysis techniques, in-depth interviews, and events/observations. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive model analysis. The stages in analyzing the data in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. This study's results indicate that PAUD AL-Choliliyah involves branding image management in increasing the competitiveness of institutions in the era of society 5.0. Second, the control of the branding image management strategy is carried out using; Problem Mapping, Branding Image Implementation, Result Branding Image and Continuous Improvement.

Abstract

Principal leadership was a determining factor in the education process in SMP Negeri 2 Mlandingan. Principal leadership emphasized the formation of student character and not on student grades. The purpose of this study was to describe the leadership style applied and the role of principals as leaders in building high-quality school. This type of research was qualitative research. The research design used was phenomenology. Research used primary data in the form of interviews and observations and used secondary data in the form of documents obtained from school. The data analysis used was an interactive model analysis with source triangulation and methods. The results of this study were: First. Principal leadership had a democratic-monarchic leadership style. This was based on the system that applied in the process of determining policies and decision-making processes carried out jointly.

Abstract

Moral values are the good and bad of a persons behavior, especially early childhood. Behavior can be influenced by the surrounding environment, such as the family and school environment. Educators act as models for children to provide exemplary examples to young children to create good words and behavior. The aim of this research is to find out the picture of exemplary religious morals such as children saying hello, shaking hands with teachers when they meet, being honest and keeping the environment clean. Qualitative research method with a research focus on implementing teacher example in forming moral and religious values in early childhood. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, with primary data sources namely schools, class teachers and parents. Secondary data sources are references from various books related to religious morals and role models. The results of the research show that instilling religious and moral values through teaching and learning activities is very effective. The findings in this research show that the process of instilling religious and moral values through teacher example can shape children to know and be grateful for God creation, carry out daily worship, maintain personal and environmental cleanliness, recognize religious holidays, behave politely and honestly, and helping parents, educators and friends

Abstract

: The economic development paradigm in Ibn Khaldun's economic development model is based on the interdependence of economic and political variables. The model emphasizes the importance of justice and development in maintaining the stability and prosperity of a country. The aim of this systematic literature review (SLR) is to analyze how Ibn Khaldun's economic development model relates to the Preferred Reporting Items for the Systematic Review method. Data was obtained from online databases, namely Crossref, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and Scopus (2018-2023), and 19 articles were obtained that were relevant to the research. By using the keyword search "Ibn Khaldun's economic development model" the model developed in this research provides a better understanding of the interdependence of economic and political variables and can be used as a basis for developing development models in the context of his theory. The article concludes that Ibn Khaldun's economic thinking in the circle of equity theory shows the existence of a dynamic relationship and interdependence between these variables, where the government cannot be implemented without the implementation of sharia, as well as the quantity and quality of human resources, especially those working productively will be able to improve the economy and development of a country

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of learning inequality between conditions that should and do not match expectations, one of which is caused by the teacher's method of teaching, which still often uses the conventional method, namely the expository method. The expository method is a learning method that only prioritizes students' understanding verbally so that students become bored and less active in class, as well as has an impact on decreasing student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes by using the edutainment method. The Edutainment method is a learning method which is a combination of the concept of play and student interactive media, thus creating an interactive and innovative closeness between the teacher and students when learning takes place. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, with the use of these methods through interviews. The theory is based on the edutainment method, which increases learning outcomes and makes it fun and comfortable in class. With this method, the teacher is expected to be able to create good interactions with his students so that they will feel valued and involved when learning takes place. The research data is solid writing aimed at improving students' learning outcomes in the first grade F at Madrasah Diniah Al-Insyiroh Karang Anyar Paiton Probolinggo. Abstract

This research aims to address a teacher's efforts in dealing with students who experience underachievers in class VII at MTsN 1 Kota Kediri. In this study, the qualitative approach was included in the case study research. Techniques for collecting data include; interviews, observation, and documentation. In the data analysis section, there are several steps: data reduction, data presentation, and then a conclusion is drawn by checking the validity of the data carried out by participation and triangulation. The research findings are: The teacher's efforts in dealing with underachiever students in class VII students at MTsN 1 Kota Kediri by identifying problems with underachiever students, the teacher conducts, approaches and directs the underachiever students, the teacher provides the correct pattern of thinking for underachiever students, provides effective learning style in underachiever students, instils a disciplined attitude. Regarding the factors supporting underachiever students in class VII students at MTsN 1 Kota Kediri, namely support from the homeroom teacher for class VII underachiever children, other teachers fully support handling underachiever students, and teachers use school facilities and infrastructure as optimally as possible. The inhibiting factors in dealing with underachiever students in class VII students at MTsN 1 Kota Kediri are the lack of openness to underachiever students and problems in communication with parents.

Abstract

  Volcanic eruptions are natural disasters that have a wide impact on the affected area. Losses due to volcanic eruptions are not small. By making disaster hazard maps in areas with the potential for volcanic eruptions to occur, the threat of volcanic eruptions can be minimized. Volcanic areas are areas with high availability of resources. Volcanic activity can produce materials that enrich and rejuvenate agricultural soil. The tall bodies of volcanoes are rain collectors, stores and suppliers of groundwater. Volcanic areas are generally dense and densely populated, because the availability of natural resources is the main attraction for the population. Volcanic eruptions, on the other hand, can cause different types of damage. Knowledge about the dangers of volcanoes and their eruptions is needed for the community, this aims as a form of tough resilience in the face of volcanic eruptions. Disaster-aware society has the main goal of reducing the risk of disaster victims, this is because Indonesia is a disaster supermarket which includes geological disasters, climatological disasters, social disasters, technological failure disasters and biological disasters in the form of viruses.

Abstract

Instilling an entrepreneurial spirit in students is not an easy thing, as an active student you must be able to divide your time, so that the student's responsibilities can be completed perfectly, starting a business for students who have a creative and innovative spirit within themselves by channeling it through a business that can produce, so that students can have income to meet their needs. Being an independent student who owns a business can make a person more responsible, strategic, innovative and productive. Where students will become familiar with the responsibilities that must be carried out in order to become an experience that can motivate the future. As students living in an era of disruption, you should understand better what an entrepreneur is, where within this scope there is active interaction between producers and consumers. Being an independent student can of course influence many things in life, if students have the courage to start opening an online or offline business, then besides cultivating and having an entrepreneurial spirit, students can also have income that can be used for semester payments and daily needs, so that students can lighten the responsibilities of both parents towards him. Any business that students start requires a process for its achievement. With several references and the best strategies used, this can facilitate the achievement of the student's efforts. Because what students need in a business is not only enthusiasm but also a perfect marketing strategy, aimed at development so that it can be known to many people. Becoming an independent student is not only for experience and income, but can also make you a smart student, a student who can motivate others and the younger generation, where independent students can be used as a reference for those who want to start a business.
