Abstract

The aim of education for Muslims is to increase piety to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. This is a supporter of the realization of Integrated Islamic education which is able to combine general knowledge and religious knowledge. One of the tasks of the teacher as an educator at the Integrated Islamic School is to educate students to understand the concept of humans as servants of Allah, to understand all the potentials and weaknesses possessed by humans. This human concept education must have a clear foundation so that the main goal in education, namely increasing piety to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala can be realized. This paper aims to discuss human concept material in the Qur'an in terms of (insan, ins, basyar, banu adam) and its implications for the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Al-Madinah Pekanbaru. The research method used is qualitative research. The qualitative approach used is a phenomenological approach. There are two sources of research data, namely literature review and field research. In the field research, interviews were conducted with school principals and teachers who teach Islamic religious education. Data collection technique used is interview. The research questions are prepared based on thematic interpretations of human beings, ins, naas, basyar, banu adam. After the data is collected, then the data is analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely by describing the data as it is. From the results of the study it can be concluded that teachers must try to apply understanding of human concepts according to the Koran with the right method which is very important to apply to students. This is in order to understand who he is as a servant of God and as a social being.

Abstract

In this study, the researchers wanted to discuss how sustainable improvements were made by guardians in the development of the nursery. Researchers use a qualitative method that aims to explain the truth of a phenomenon that has the aim of obtaining objective data. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that in carrying out continuous improvement with the guardian in the development of the foster care there are several steps that have been applied among them: (a) to know closer with the centurion, to engage in close proximity with the clergyman as a guardian requires challenges that must be overcome on its own. Understanding the unique personality of each centri is pleasant when we are able to communicate with the heart. (b) Loving the mother-in-law, the guardian must provide emotional support as a key aspect. Listening attentively to their stories, their excitement, or their concerns is a first step in building a strong bond. One of the things to pay attention to is the fulfilment of basic needs, such as food, shelter, and clothing. The guardian should also ensure that the guardian has adequate access to educational facilities and learning facilities. (d) the prayer of the clergyman, the guardian is not only limited to the physical and educational aspects, but also includes attention to the spiritual dimension of the centurion

Abstract

This research focuses on the efforts to enhance the social competence of teachers carried out by the school principal through their role as a supervisor. Through supervisory activities, the school principal can assist employees and teachers through guidance, mentoring, and job improvement, which can enhance the social competence of teachers. The study utilizes a qualitative descriptive phenomenology method with a literature review approach (library research). The results of this research explain that teachers need to possess competencies, including pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence. One of these competencies is social competence. Social competence means that teachers must have the ability to engage in social communication with students, fellow teachers, school principals, and the community, especially with students, to be effective in the implementation of the teaching and learning process

Abstract

School-Based Policy Management (MKBS) provides autonomy to schools to formulate and implement policies according to local needs. Therefore, the aim of School-Based Policy Management (MKBS) is to improve the quality of education and school effectiveness by providing autonomy to educational institutions. The research method used is a qualitative case study type method. To get an overview of the policies that are managed, researchers conducted direct observations and documented how policy management occurred at the MTS Nurul Jadid school. The results of the research show that the implementation of policy management that occurs at MTS Nurul Jadid is through the policy implementation model according to Van Meter and Van Horn in offering a basic model with six variables that form a linkage between policy and performance, namely: basic measures and policy objectives, policy sources, communication between organizations and implementation activities, characteristics of implementing agencies, economic, social and political conditions, tendencies of implementers. This research has the implication that policy management that is carried out well can support student development, teacher discipline and can manage schools to be of higher quality.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to improve student achievement at class X senior high school of Sullamul Hidayah Probolinggo by using a scientific approach contains observations, giving questions, exercise, reasoning and communication. This research was a classroom action research conducted collaboratively between researcher and subject teachers of PPKn at class X. The subjects of research were students at class X senior high school of Sullamul Hidayah Probolinggo. the numbers of students were 30 pupils with heterogeneous capabilities. the research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consists of two meetings. The technique of collecting data was used through observation, documentation and learning achievements tests. In this research used a qualitative approach and PTK (Classroom Action research) research methods, and used observation, interviews and documentation US techniques of data collections. The results showed that the achievement of PPKn at class X senior high school increased then before. it was proven from the aspects of the student participation in giving opinions, cooperation and finishing the task. The results of the PPKn subjects test were the numbers of students who passed were 25 students (83%). It was met the minimum of competency standards that are used in senior high school of Sullamul Hidayah Probolinggo.

Abstract

Nature-based learning is a model of learning that uses nature, preserves nature, and is based on the principles of learning about nature by using the media that exists around the natural environment. Through the concept of learning with nature students can learn while playing making learning interesting, fun, and not boring. Thus, students feel comfortable and happy to study in school for a long time. In general, the objective of this study is to describe the concept and implementation of Islamic Religion Education based on nature in student character formation at MI Plus Daarul Munjiyat Bektiharjo and SD Alam ElYamien Tuban, with a focus on: How the concept of learning Islamic religion education based on Nature in character formation in MI plus Daarul Münjiyat and SD Nature El- Yamien Tuba, and How the implementing of learning in Islamic religious education based upon nature in the student character forming at MIPlus Daarul munjiyat bektiharyo and SD Natural El-JamienTuba. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely data collection techniques through observations, interviews, and documentation. The analytical techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawings. The validity of the findings was tested through prolonged participation, persistence, triangulation, and peer checking. The results of this research in the concept of learning Islamic religion education based on nature in character formation makes learning more interesting, enjoyable, and not boring. Because the concept of learning plays a role in learning by integrating four concepts: morality, science, leadership, and business

Abstract

This research explores and analyzes the role of Islamic Religious Education learning in forming student character at the Siti Chodijah Islamic Elementary School, Probolinggo. Islamic religious education is vital in shaping student character, especially at the elementary level in Islamic schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore students' experiences and perceptions of Islamic Religious Education learning at Siti Chodijah Islamic Elementary School. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research results show that learning Islamic Religious Education at Siti Chodijah Islamic Elementary School significantly shapes student character. A learning process that integrates Islamic values, ethics, and morality can positively impact students' character development. The Islamic Religious Education teacher at this elementary school plays the leading role as a facilitator of character formation by teaching the values of faith, noble morals, and Islamic social attitudes. Apart from that, a school environment based on Islamic values also shapes student character. Collaboration between schools, teachers, and parents is the key to creating an educational environment supporting character formation. These findings can be a reference for Islamic schools and related parties to continue improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning to shape students' character with integrity and competitiveness in society.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of TQM as the main strategy for improving the quality of educational institutions. By understanding the essence of TQM and its impact on educational institutions, it is hoped that we can make a significant contribution to facing various challenges and competition in the education sector. In this way, we can form educational institutions that are not only of high quality but also capable of producing graduates who are ready to compete on the global stage. This research uses a qualitative case study-type method by conducting research that aims to describe the problem and carry out an analysis of the problems that occur. Researchers collected data through several stages, such as observation and direct observation at the research site. Interview, interviewing a number of informants at the research site. Observation: visiting the research site. Documentation study, analysing documents related to research. The research was carried out at the MI Tarbiyatul Islam institution in Kandangjati Kulon, Kraksaan, Probolinggo. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that several innovations adopted by MI Tarbiyatul Islam include: (1) Integrated Learning Technology. This institution combines modern technology with the learning process, including the use of educational software, interactive learning applications, and online platforms. This not only increases student engagement but also facilitates real-time measurement and analysis of learning data. (2) Training and Development of Human Resources (HR), Realising that institutional excellence depends on the quality of human resources, MI Tarbiyatul Islam regularly provides training and development to teachers and administrative staff.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the singing method helps students at MI Darussalam retain more Arabic vocabulary. Qualitative research is used in this study. Teachers and students are research subjects. This research can use interviews, observation, and documentation as supporting methods for collecting data. Descriptive analysis can be used for data analysis. In this study, the information checks used were information derivation, information display and final. The results of this study are that most of the learning atmosphere is strong, imaginative, creative, and successful in training. Students are happy and cheerful when the learning process takes place.
