Abstract

This study aims to describe the speaking skills of students who are taught using film media in learning Arabic, as well as to determine the development of speaking skills in students of the Center for Foreign Language Promotion. , reading skills, and writing skills are the four skills in Arabic. . Speaking skills are one of the basic skills that students must master when learning Arabic. Film media is a form of entertainment that not only provides entertainment to the audience but also helps facilitate social and class communication, and determines the level of fluency of a person in communicating in Arabic.

Abstract

The background to this research is that bullying is increasing in the school environment. Efforts that schools can make to prevent bullying among students are by building partnerships with families as the main scope of education that students receive outside of school. Because the first education in forming a strong character and good spirit starts from the family environment. The partnership process between schools and families is a key factor in school success in various aspects. So, it is very important that the family environment and the school environment can work together to build partnerships in efforts to prevent bullying in children. The general aim of this research is to provide qualitative descriptive information for teaching and educational staff in schools regarding the importance of building partnerships with families to prevent bullying in children. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews and documentation with class teachers and parents and guardians systematically and factually based on reality in the field. The data analysis techniques used are: 1) Deductive, namely analyzing data from general matters to specific matters, then drawing a conclusion; 2) Inductive, namely analyzing data from specific matters with general matters, then drawing conclusions, and 3) Comparative, namely analyzing data by comparing data obtained through library research as theory with data from research results and interviews. regarding the school's partnership with families which then forms an effort to prevent and control bullying in schools. The results of this research in general are; 1) Implementation of partnerships with families in efforts to prevent and overcome bullying at SDN Kotakulon 1, 2) Evaluation of the implementation of school partnerships with families in efforts to prevent and overcome bullying at SDN Kotakulon 1, 3) Forms of school assistance for victims of bullying at SDN Kotakulon 1.

Abstract

This journal presents a qualitative descriptive case study investigating the management of educational assessment at MAS Darussalam. Specific objectives include examining the assessment policies, exploring the challenges faced by educators and administrators, and proposing recommendations for improvement. The research adopts a qualitative approach, emphasizing in-depth exploration and understanding of the educational assessment management at MAS Darussalam. Data is collected through methods semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and participant observations. This approach allows for a nuanced exploration of the experiences, perspectives, and practices related to educational assessment. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the data validity test used triangulation technique. The research findings offer insights into the current state of educational assessment management at MAS Darussalam. This includes an overview of existing assessment policies, identification of challenges faced by educators and administrators, and recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of educational assessment practices. The case study contributes to the broader discourse on educational assessment management, offering valuable lessons and considerations for similar educational institutions.

Abstract

Human resource management in the educational environment, especially in secondary schools, is the main focus in ensuring the implementation of an optimal learning process. The main aim of this research is to provide a comprehensive understanding of all human resources in an effort to improve quality HR management. This research is qualitative research which aims to understand psychological strategies for building quality human resources (HR) at (MAN) 1 Probolinggo. This research is qualitative research which aims to understand psychological strategies for building quality human resources (HR) at (MAN) 1 Probolinggo. This research method uses a qualitative approach with three main data collection techniques: participant observation, semi-structural interviews, and document analysis. The results of the research show that the psychological strategies implemented will produce students who have positive character, are able to manage stress and learning pressure, have strong social skills, and can develop holistically. By implementing psychological strategies, MAN 1 Probolinggo is committed to creating an environment education that supports students' integral growth and forms quality human resources.

Abstract

One of the problems in education that has a considerable influence is depression in students. Whether it is due to personal problems in the family or unpleasant school experiences, it can also be a source of stress and reduce students' quality of life at school and in their home environment. This study examines the "Influence of student management on psychological well-being" using quantitative research methods of ordinal data types with a correlative Associative quantitative approach. Researchers use data collection techniques with questionnaires to fill in all respondents in the last semester of MPI, as many as 55. Then the questionnaire results are input into Microsoft excel and SPSS 16 to find out whether the data is valid. A prerequisite test is carried out first to determine the feasibility of the data before Somer'S D analysis is carried out to determine whether student management influences psychological well-being. The results showed a significant influence between student management on psychological well-being, as evidenced by Approx. Sig. is less than the calculated value of 0.000 < of 0.05.

Abstract

Improving the school's image must be connected to the participation of the community, which is an essential factor in supporting the achievement of programs held in educational institutions. In addition, implementing Public Relations management in educational institutions becomes a communication link or an extension of information that will be conveyed to the public. This study describes the Public Relations strategy in building the school's image to become a superior school. This research was conducted at An-Nadwa Integrated Elementary School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, and in collecting data, researchers use interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. The main subjects in this study are Public Relations, school principals, teachers and students. Researcher results show; the Public Relations Strategy of communication and cooperation between parents of students or the community and educational institutions. Abstract

The achievement of studying the book Fathul Qorib for all students is crucial A solution must be found to make it easier for students to learn so they can achieve learning is in accordance with the Institution's KKM. Musdiroh or what can be called the principal if in a formal institution, along with several ustdza colleagues determines the success of students in learning to achieve students' learning achievements through the role of a leader or musdiroh who is also assisted by several ustdzah colleagues through several well-executed roles. This research was carried out in Marhalah I'dadiyah who is in Shade Ma'had Aly at the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school with the aim of knowing the influence of the role of Musdiroh and Ustdzah colleagues on students' book learning achievements and how big this influence is. This research using quantitative Expost Facto research with ordinal data type using Somer's D analysis. Before the data is analyzed, a test is first carried out validity and reliability of data to determine whether the data is valid or not and whether it is appropriate or not data to continue with data analysis. The results of this research have an influence between the role of musdiroh and ustdzah colleagues on learning achievement of the book of Fathul Qorib. The large influence of the role of musdiroh and ustdzah colleagues on achievement studying the book of Fathul Qorib, which is 77.9%

Abstract

This article aims to find out how Project Based Learning is implemented at SMPIT Permata Kraksaan in terms of the Merdeka Curriculum and how active students are in Islamic Religious Education through Project Based Learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The presentation of this research report illustrates that the learning model implemented is in accordance with the achievements of creativity and the independent curriculum, because students can accept Project Based Learning as a learning model that helps them develop their creativity in learning according to the independent curriculum. Thus, there is a recommendation for other researchers, that this research only reviews a small part of the problems related to Project Based Learning and student creativity. It is recommended that other researchers can carry out further research and carry it out better. Recommendations for educators are that they can prepare this learning model in a more conceptual way so that students' creative achievements can be maximized.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the external quality assurance system is implemented at SMP Plus Miftahul Hidayah Al-Syafa. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique is triangulation. Data analysis is inductive, external quality assurance is detailed and accurate through data results derived from written data and documentation as well as oral interviews with related people. The results of the information found are that the implementation of an external quality assurance system is important for every educational unit. This is done to create the quality of education as expected. The implementation of external quality assurance at SMP Plus Miftahul Hidayah Al-Syafa can be categorized as quite good, namely graduate competency standards, curriculum content standards, process standards, teacher and teaching staff standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, teaching unit management standards, financing standards and assessment standards.
