Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the application of the Independent Learning Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education at MTs AL Muttahidah Sentong and to determine the effectiveness of the Independent Learning Curriculum in increasing students' learning creativity in Islamic Religious Education learning at MTs AL Muttahidah Sentong. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that provides a description of factual and systematic situations and events regarding the factors, characteristics and relationships between phenomena in order to understand only the basics. The subjects in this research were all Class IX MTs students. Al Muttahidah Sentong semester 2 of the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 25 students. The data obtained in this research include: learning outcomes and student learning completion taken from giving test questions at the end of each meeting and students' activeness in the learning process. From this research, it can be concluded that students' learning creativity in Islamic Religious Education learning at MTs. Al Muttahidah Sentong experienced improvement after implementing learning by implementing the independent curriculum as an embodiment of the concept of independent learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal and analyze aboutthe future of teachers with Artificial Intelligence (AI), harmony between teachers and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and teacher competence in dealing with Artificial Intelligence (AI). This research method is qualitative research with a library research approach. The data source in this article is research results in the form of journal articles. The research results show that the presence of artificial intelligence (AI) in education brings challenges and opportunities for the future of teachers. Even though AI can replace some routine tasks in learning, the teacher's role remains crucial in guiding, motivating and developing students holistically. Teachers in the future must be able to build an atmosphere that meets the psychological needs of students, including the need for competence, autonomy and involvement in groups. The introduction of artificial intelligence brings about a significant change in the educational paradigm, where personalization of learning becomes more possible and efficient. Even though there is a paradigm shift from a one-size-fits-all model to responsive adaptation, the teacher's role remains central in designing targeted learning strategies. The success of teachers in the future depends not only on mastery of technology, but also on the ability to guide, motivate and shape students' character. Teachers are also faced with the task of facing the Industry 4.0 revolution, requiring a deep understanding of new concepts such as artificial intelligence, IoT and big data. Efforts to increase teacher competency must involve selective recruitment, bottom-up competency improvement, and the application of technology in learning, such as blended learning. Even though technology plays an important role, teachers cannot be replaced because their role as character builders and facilitators of social interaction remains irreplaceable. Therefore, continuing to develop teacher competence is the key to overcoming educational challenges in the era of artificial intelligence.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the efforts of MTs. Nurul Huda Ranuyoso Lumajang in developing madrasas to be highly competitive, namely by branding the image of the Madrasah with Maqamad (Quran and Ma'had Madrasah) and Sasusi (One Child One Achievement). This research offers an alternative solution to develop madrasas that were previously uninterested and become popular. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study type. The results of this research are: First, the programs developed are the Habituation program, Tahfidz and Tahsin al-Quran (TTQ), Learning the Yellow Book, and One child, one achievement through class meeting activities. Planning the program begins with analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the madrasah, formulating goals, creating programs, forming management, and utilizing social media. Second, the habituation program is carried out every day at 06.45-07.00. Especially on Fridays, the habitual activities are replaced with istighotsah activities and praying for the qubur expert. The TTQ program is held every Monday-Thursday at 07.00-08.00. Class meeting activities are held after semester exams. Third, the above programs are evaluated every month in conjunction with the madrasah's monthly evaluation meeting activities. The technical aspects include presenting the results and explaining the obstacles.

Abstract

Good school principal leadership can influence a pleasant and comfortable work atmosphere and optimally improve students' learning motivation. Involving female leaders, especially in the field of early childhood education, is very much needed with the nature of a woman who is gentle, patient, and full of compassion, making children more comfortable in building their talents. This study aimed to analyze and understand women's leadership in building children's learning motivation at KB Smart Ceria Pandean Paiton Probolinggo. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. The results showed that the first leader in KB Smart Ceria was a woman who had high enthusiasm in motivating teachers enthusiasm in implementing teaching and learning activities for students so that students were encouraged to increase their enthusiasm for learning. Second, the motivation carried out by the principal towards teachers in expanding the enthusiasm for learning in students is carried out by implementing a motivational program by becoming an educator, supervisor, innovator and motivator. With the implementation of management motivation by the principal at the Smart Ceria KB, the enthusiasm for learning of students is more active and exploratory, and the level of effort in learning indicators is increasing.

Abstract

Instilling the values of character education in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education at SMAI MIFTAHUL AFKAR SIDOPEKSO KRAKSAAN is motivated by the rise of teenagers who start to commit acts that are not commendable to moral degradation. Therefore it is necessary to integrate the values of character education in teenagers, especially in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education, which incidentally aims to form good morals.This study intends to address how to instil character education values in learning Islamic religious education at SMAI MIFTAHUL AFKAR SIDOPEKSO KRAKSAAN. These problems were discussed through field studies conducted at SMAI MIFTAHUL AFKAR. SMAI MIFTAHUL AFKAR was used as a data source to obtain a portrait of planting character education values in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education. The data were obtained using free interviews, observation, and documentation studies.All data were analyzed with a phenomenological approach and descriptive analysis using the logic of induction, deduction and reflection. This research shows that: the inculcation of character education values in learning Islamic Religious Education at SMAI MIFTAHUL AFKAR SIDOPEKSO KRAKSAAN is carried out using several methods, including habituation methods, exemplary methods, methods between peers, small discussion, reading aloud, and others that are adapted to the material and conditions of students. These findings provide a reference for evaluating Islamic Religious Education's learning system to form a karakul karma character.

Abstract

Teacher Performance Assessment applied by the Head of the madrasah can provide practical encouragement for teachers to find out the advantages and disadvantages of each teacher in carrying out coaching for teachers so that they can focus more on improving learning in madrasahs by using a self-reflection approach as a renewal in Teacher Performance Assessment. This study aims to report on the program, implementation, effectiveness, constraints and follow-up of Teacher Performance Assessment by the Head of the madrasah. This research is qualitative with a case study method, presented in a descriptive-analytical manner. Data collection with Observation, Questionnaires, interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), and document studies. The data sources consist of Madrasah Supervisors, Madrasah Heads, Deputy Heads of Curriculum, and subject teachers in one Tsanawiyah Madrasah in the Probolinggo Regency, East Java. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan datanya dengan triangulasi. The results showed that 1) the implementation of the Teacher Performance Assessment program includes goal setting, curriculum application and development, evaluation of learning tools, teaching methods, learning activities, and development of student learning experiences; 2) Performance Appraisal is carried out by pre-observation, observation, and post-observation, 3) the implementation of Teacher Performance Assessment in madrasahs is quite adequate 4) there are obstacles in its implementation, namely internal and external constraints, 5) follow-up of Teacher Performance Assessment by Conducting PKB-Guru (Sustainable Performance Assessment). This research contributes to inspiring teachers to update activities using a self-reflection approach.

Abstract

Pesantren is a traditional Islamic educational institution in Indonesia that has made significant contributions to the field of education. However, in the era of Society 5.0, Islamic boarding schools face challenges that require the development of more adaptive and inclusive learning methods. One such method is multicultural-based Islamic religious education. This research aims to analyze how pesantren has been transformed to meet the demands of Society 5.0 and how it has developed multicultural-based Islamic religious education as a learning method. The results show that the pesantren has undergone changes in various aspects, including its learning methods. Pesantren has started to incorporate multicultural-based Islamic religious education to face these challenges. This type of education can help students understand the universal values of Islam and the local cultural values of the surrounding community, increasing tolerance and strengthening their Islamic identity. However, there are still challenges to developing these learning methods, such as a lack of resources and awareness of the importance of multicultural education. The research aims to contribute to the development of multicultural-based Islamic religious education in pesantren , strengthening its role in Society 5.0 and creating a more inclusive educational institution.

Abstract

Community security and order is a situation that is needed to support the implementation of development and all community activities. Babinkamtibmas received an award from the Bangun Rejo Polsek for being active in community activities, not easily influenced, guaranteed and having good security and order. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The data needed are primary and secondary. Then the way to collect data in this study is by observation, interviews and documentation. The study results a show that the Islamic community empowerment model in optimizing the role of Babinkamtibmas through community-based movements in Bangun Rejo District, Central Lampung Regency, is as follows 1) The Coaching and Assistance Model is to guide the community about awareness so that they have a high social spirit. 2) The Partnership Model prioritizes approaches to the community, such as establishing friendly relations with village/village officials, religious leaders, community leaders and others. 3) The service model is conducting visits to the village head, village officials and the community, disseminating information regarding maintaining security and public order. Of the three models, the authors found the ideal model, namely the Humanist-Dynamic model, which can also be called the Community Based Humanist Dynamic model

Abstract

One of the character values that is instilled in children is tolerance. Instilling the value of tolerance from an early age aims to ensure that children have a sense of respect for diversity. The aim of this research is to explain the importance of the role of teachers in instilling the value of tolerance in early childhood at Raudatul Athfal Miftahul Ulum. This research method involves classroom observations, interviews with teachers and analysis of curriculum documents. The collected data was analyzed qualitatively to identify teacher behavior patterns in designing understanding and acceptance of diversity. The results of the research show that the role of teachers in instilling the value of tolerance in children includes designing a tolerance curriculum, having optimal and proportional competence and having a strong commitment to providing examples to children regarding character values, one of which is the value of tolerance. The teacher's role in instilling the value of tolerance can also be through learning activities using several methods such as providing role models, providing direction, habituation, involving stories, role playing and collaborative activities, storytelling activities, game activities and the use of media, proven to be effective in increasing understanding and understanding. tolerance attitude. Apart from teachers, parents, the community also plays an important role in instilling the values of tolerance because young children also live in a pluralistic society.

Abstract

This study is important to conduct with the aim of knowing the implementation and effect of using PowerPoint media on student learning outcomes. This learning media produces an active and focused atmosphere. This type of research is a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest with a quantitative approach. The research population used 36 students of class XI Software and Game Development (PPLG) 1 SMK Negeri 1 Tanah Grogot. Data collection techniques in the form of tests and non-tests, data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, normality test, Z test and N-Gain. The conclusion is that there is an implementation of PowerPoint media on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education class XI SMK Negeri 1 Tanah Grogot with an N-Gain increase value of 0.8317 or equivalent to 83% of the high category. There is an effect of increasing the use of PowerPoint media on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education class XI SMK Negeri 1 Tanah Grogot with Zcount 0.189 < Ztabel 1.96. For further researchers, it is expected to examine more sources and references used related to the effect of using PowerPoint media on student learning outcomes so that the research can be better and more complete, further researchers can also develop research by examining the latest version of PowerPoint as a material consideration to further deepen further research either on other subjects or on other aspects.
