Abstract

The study resulted of field study in MA Darut Tauhid about the management of human resources in improving teacher competence there. The study aims to answer the academic problem of knowing the application of human resource management in improving teacher competence and to know the factors and impediments to improving teacher competence. A method used qualitatively descriptively with the string of phenomena, its data collection techniques by observing, deep interviews, and documentaries, the data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion retrieval, and data recon using data triangulation. The results of this study are that: 1) the application of human resource management in maximizing teacher competence begins with planning, organization, direction, and control; 2) the inclusion factor includes the support of the parents; and 3) teachers are included in a training program. The retard factor is a lack of discipline, so that human resource management professionals are as limited as the means and infrastructure that can impede the teaching and learning.

Abstract

The contribution of Islamic thought to world civilization has been openly, objectively and sympathetically acknowledged by Western scholars. However, the glory of Islamic civilization has now passed, leaving only the nostalgia of historical beauty. Little by little, Muslims began to experience decline and weakness in various fields. In order to maintain their Islamic identity, there is a tendency for Muslims to be defensive and exclusive. This happens, for example, in some Islamic boarding schools and madrassas that tend to only emphasise the study of Islamic Knowledge the loss of the sacred aspect of the concept of general knowledge and the defensive attitude toward Muslim Knowledge causes stagnation. This is dangerous for the development of Islamic Knowledge. Therefore, an idea emerged to bring together the advantages of the two, so that a new modern Knowledge was born but still religious and relevant to the concept of tawhid, this idea is known as the Islamization of Knowledge. The method used in this research is library research, and the primary data source in this research is documented data from Muslim scholars on Islamization. While secondary data in this research is in the form of journals, books, and websites related to the research topic. The data analysis technique is done by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research will be presented in the form of an overview of how far the relevance of Islamization of Knowledge its challenges, as well as some actions that can be taken to answer the challenges in the current era.

Abstract

This research was carried out to remember the importance of education in Islamic boarding schools in increasing Islamic boarding school innovation so that education in Islamic boarding schools is more active and implemented. By creating a professional educational atmosphere, new innovations are needed in education or ideas to achieve future educational targets existing Islamic boarding schools today, as well as being high quality Islamic boarding schools, By creating a professional working atmosphere, innovation is needed in the form of changing ideas or thoughts to achieve the future targets of the madrasah, as well as becoming a quality institution led by it. The head of the Islamic boarding school in managing his leadership includes providing direction and encouragement to his subordinates to carry out their duties and responsibilities. The aim of this research is to find out new innovations. The aim of this research is to find out the innovation of the head of the boarding school in improving the performance of administrators at the Ar-Rofi'iyyah Islamic boarding school and to find out how the management performs after making innovations at the Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

The focus of this article is on the implementation of Artificial Intelligence or artificial intelligence in improving learning efficiency. Artificial Intelligence is the process of designing a machine to behave like a human or other term called cognitive tasks, which is how machines can learn automatically from programmed data and information. Artificial Intelligence as an application that also offers a way to invite users to participate who are not found on outdated documents or in an unchanged environment. Artificial Intelligence will make the data a collection of the learning processes already carried out by the user, and then will provide alternatives and ways of solving them and which are learning solutions that suit the needs of the user. Artificial Intelligence has the ability to encourage and accelerate the discovery of new learning boundaries and the creation of innovative technologies in learning, this is expected to increase effectiveness in the learning process.

Abstract

This research stems from the researcher's interest in the marketing strategy for educational services carried out by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif NU 003 Samarinda; because of the intense competition in marketing in educational  services and MI Ma'arif NU 003 Samarinda was able to survive and compete superior to other education providers. This study aimed to determine the Education Services Marketing Strategy at MI Ma'arif NU 003 Samarinda and add insight and knowledge about the Education Services Marketing Strategy at MI Ma'arif NU 003 Samarinda. This type of research is qualitative research, and the targets of this research are all school members involved in marketing educational services. The method used is the method of content analysis (content analysis). This research's data source is observation and educational service strategy documents for MI Ma'arif NU 003 Samarinda. To complete the research data, the researcher interviewed the head of the Madrasah, the head of PPDB and the deputy for student affairs. Technical data analysis is carried out by collecting, condensing, presenting, and concluding. In this case, the researcher reveals the factors of consumer behaviour and marketing strategies implemented at MI Ma'arif NU 003 Samarinda. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy for educational services has fulfilled two strategies, namely the competitive strategy (mind share strategy) and the marketing mix (marketing mix).

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of clinical supervision conducted by school principals in enhancing teacher professionalism. Clinical supervision is an approach that involves systematic observation, evaluation, and reflection on teachers' instructional practices, with the goal of providing constructive feedback for improvement and professional development. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach in several elementary and secondary schools in the [name of the region]. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and analysis of relevant documents. The results of the study indicate that clinical supervision, when conducted consistently and sustainably, can improve the quality of teaching. Teachers involved in the clinical supervision process showed improvements in lesson planning, teaching techniques, and reflective abilities. Additionally, better relationships between principals and teachers were established, positively impacting the overall school climate. Teachers felt more supported and motivated to continually develop themselves professionally. The conclusion of this study is that clinical supervision is an effective tool for fostering teacher professionalism. Well-implemented clinical supervision can result in more competent and confident teachers, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of educational quality. This study recommends training for school principals in clinical supervision techniques as well as policy support that strengthens clinical supervision practices in schools

Abstract

This research aims to reveal and analyze the strategies of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in integrating religious values to improve student discipline at the Salafiyah Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Pajarakan, Probolinggo. This madrasa plays an important role in forming students' character based on the teachings of Salafiyah Islam. Through a qualitative approach, this research involves observation, interviews and document analysis to understand in depth how PAI teachers use religious values as a basis for achieving the goal of improving discipline. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research, case studies at MA Salafiyah Pajarakan, Probolinggo. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observation and in-depth documentation integrating religious values: pai teacher strategies for improving student discipline. The research results show that PAI teachers at MA Salafiyah Pajarakan adopt a holistic and integrated strategy in integrating religious values in daily learning. They not only deliver teaching material, but also act as role models for students. The instillation of religious values is integrated into every aspect of school life, from formal lessons to extracurricular activities. Teachers' activeness in providing guidance, advice and religious approaches also plays a role in shaping students' character and discipline.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the Madrasa headmaster in implementing meeting management, the obstacles faced, and the factors that influence the implementation of meeting management at MAN 1 Nganjuk. This research is qualitative research using data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of the research show that the headmaster of MAN 1 Nganjuk implements four roles in implementing meeting management, namely as Leader, Manager, Motivator, and Supervisor. The obstacles faced by the head of MAN 1 Nganjuk in implementing meeting management included: the absence of several meeting participants, lack of focus from meeting participants, as well as conflict and tension between meeting participants. Apart from that, several factors influence meeting management at MAN 1 Nganjuk, such as meeting objectives, meeting preparation, effective communication, effective leadership, evaluation and follow up.

Abstract

The Al-Qur’an is an immunization for every Muslim's spirituality. Reading it will turn anxiety into calm. Currently, practical and fast methods of learning the Qur'an are developing with various advantages. Among these methods is the Sidogiri Qurani Method (MQS). The Sidogiri Qurani Method (MQS) is a method for reading the Qur'an created by the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School. This research aims to describe the implementation of accelerated reading of the Koran through the Qurani Sidogiri method at MI Zainul Anwar and its effect on students. In this research, the type of approach used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this research is by observing and interviewing. The type of research used is field research (case study). The results of implementing the Sidogiri Quranic method at MI Zainul Anwar are by the desired targets and expectations, namely making it easier and faster to learn to read the Koran properly and correctly. This can be seen from observations made during the learning process and students' persistence in participating in learning and increasing student achievement shown by good daily grades
