Abstract

This investigation seeks to evaluate how digital marketing, pricing strategy, and product quality contribute to the buying decisions of Kopi Kenangan consumers. A quantitative methodology incorporating a causal linkage approach was implemented. Research data originated from a structured survey disseminated using Google Forms involving 59 respondents between 15–30 years old in Bekasi through the purposive sampling technique. The analytical procedure consisted of validity assessment, reliability evaluation, classical assumption examination, and multiple linear regression analysis supplemented with t assessment, F evaluation, together with coefficient of determination measurement. The study outcomes demonstrate that digital marketing, price, and product quality independently provide a beneficial and statistically validated impact on purchasing decisions. Collectively, these three variables likewise demonstrate a positive and significant contribution, producing an R² of 55.9%, whereas the unexplained variation is associated with variables beyond the proposed model.

Abstract

The main goal of this study is to evaluate the variations in Return on Assets (ROA) in the banking, telecommunications, and food and beverage industries on the IDX for the period 2021–2025. Using the One-Way ANOVA and Welch Test methods, this study analyzed 45 observations from nine sample companies. Descriptive statistics results show that the food and beverage industry has the highest average ROA at 10.31%, followed by the telecommunications industry at 6.01%, and the banking industry at 3.43%. With a p-value of 0.000 from the Welch Test (Sig. < 0.05), this study empirically proves a very real gap in average ROA between industry sectors. The Welch test results show a significance value of 0.000, indicating a significant difference in average ROA across industries. The follow-up Games-Howell test showed that the food and beverage industry has a significantly different average ROA compared to the banking and telecommunications industries, while no significant difference in average ROA was found between the banking and telecommunications industries. This study concludes that differences in operational characteristics and asset management in each industry affect the level of company profitability, as reflected in Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract

Fierce competition in the e-commerce sector requires companies to understand customer satisfaction levels across various market segments. This study aims to analyze differences in Shopee user satisfaction based on employment status, namely students, college students, and employees. A quantitative method with a comparative approach was used. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from 236 respondents who met the study criteria. The analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics through validity, reliability, and homogeneity tests, as well as a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results indicate that the research instrument is valid and reliable, and the data meet the assumption of homogeneity. The ANOVA test revealed differences in satisfaction among the groups, with employees tending to be more satisfied than college students and high school students. These findings confirm that user characteristics, as part of market segmentation, influence the evaluation of e-commerce services. Therefore, companies need to tailor their marketing strategies and service quality improvements to the specific characteristics of each segment to optimize customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The product coated, covered or laminated textile fabrics (HS Code 59) is a high value-added technical textile commodity with significant potential to be developed as Indonesia's flagship export to the Chinese market. China is recognized as one of the world's largest textile importers, making it both a strategic and competitive destination for Indonesian textile products. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges facing Indonesia in exporting this commodity to China amid evolving global trade tariff dynamics. The method employed is a descriptive analysis using quantitative and qualitative approaches based on data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA) framework. The findings indicate that export opportunities are available through ACFTA preferential tariffs, growing Chinese demand for quality technical textiles, and shifts in global supply chains driven by the escalating US-China trade war. Key challenges include a consistent decline in export value, intense competition from other producing nations, complex Chinese quality regulations, and domestic limitations in technology and production capacity. Enhancing competitiveness through technology modernization and optimal utilization of preferential tariff schemes is essential for driving sustainable export growth of this commodity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and work motivation on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bekasi Regency. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed. Primary data were collected by distributing Likert-scale questionnaires to 45 respondents—Generation Z employees in Bekasi Regency—selected via purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics, involving validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²) test. The results indicate that, individually (partially), organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.011 (<0.05). Conversely, leadership style and work motivation do not significantly affect employee performance, as their respective significance values were 0.260 and 0.271 (>0.05). However, when analyzed simultaneously, organizational culture, leadership style, and work motivation collectively have a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination test yielded an R² value of 0.549, meaning that 54.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three independent variables, while the remaining 45.1% is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study. These findings indicate that organizational culture is the most significant factor in enhancing the performance of Generation Z employees in Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the opportunities and threats facing Indonesia’s international trade in livestock commodities, particularly milk and dairy products. Indonesia is a country with steadily rising milk consumption, yet domestic production has not been able to meet this demand. Data indicates that more than 70% of the national milk demand is still met through imports. Indonesia’s main milk suppliers include New Zealand, the United States, and Australia. The research method employed is descriptive, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative approaches with data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the FAO, and the USDA. The results of the study indicate that Indonesia has significant opportunities for the development of its domestic dairy industry, but faces various threats such as import dependency, global price fluctuations, and low domestic livestock productivity.
