Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in improving the quality of educational services at SDN 058295 Benteng in the digital era. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through a case study. The data used consists of primary and secondary data, where primary data was obtained through interviews with teachers, one of whom is Mrs. Supiah, S.Pd, as well as direct observation of the information management process at the school. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from various relevant literature such as journals, books, and research reports. Data analysis techniques were carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions using triangulation techniques to maintain data validity. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of MIS at SDN 058295 Benteng has not been running optimally and is still semi-manual, so data management has not been well integrated. This has an impact on inefficient services and delays in information delivery. Nevertheless, there are efforts from the school to begin adopting technology in data management. MIS has been proven to have an important role in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of educational services when implemented optimally. Therefore, it is necessary to improve human resource competency, provide adequate infrastructure, and develop more integrated systems to significantly improve the quality of educational services in the digital era.

Using purposive sampling, 12 companies were selected, resulting in 60 observation data points. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS through descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that ESG implementation has a positive and significant effect on financial performance proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). Company size also has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, and significantly moderates and strengthens the positive effect of ESG implementation on financial performance. Simultaneously, ESG and company size significantly affect financial performance, with an explanatory power of 42.1%. Future research is recommended to incorporate other variables such as leverage, liquidity, corporate governance, or operational efficiency.

Abstract

from Asian countries in 2025. The research employed a descriptive method with a simple quantitative approach using secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) up to 2024 and supporting publications in 2025. The findings show that Indonesia imported 4.52 million tons of rice in 2024, mainly from Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, and Myanmar. In 2025, rice imports declined significantly to approximately 450 thousand tons due to increased domestic production, government import control policies, and changing global market conditions. This decline creates opportunities to strengthen national food security and reduce dependence on imported rice. However, challenges remain, including climate uncertainty, global price fluctuations, and the need to maintain a balance between domestic production and price stability. Therefore, sustainable and appropriate policies are essential to support Indonesia's agricultural trade, particularly in the rice sector.

Abstract

This study discusses Indonesia’s fisheries export-import performance in 2025 by focusing on potential, competitiveness, and challenges in the global market. The fisheries sector has a strategic role in supporting national economic growth, generating foreign exchange, and strengthening Indonesia’s position as a maritime country. This article aims to analyze the performance of Indonesia’s fisheries exports, explain the role of fisheries imports, and examine trade balance conditions and competitiveness challenges in the international market. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach. Data were obtained from official reports of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries and relevant scientific articles discussing fisheries trade, export competitiveness, and global market dynamics. The results show that Indonesia’s fisheries exports in 2025 reached USD 6.27 billion, dominated by shrimp, tuna-skipjack, squid-cuttlefish-octopus, crab, and seaweed. Although imports still occur to meet industrial and consumption needs, Indonesia continues to record a fisheries trade surplus. Strengthening product quality, market diversification, value-added processing, and sustainability practices are needed to improve competitiveness in the global market..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in Return on Assets (ROA) across the automotive, healthcare, and Food & Beverage (F&B) industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2022–2024. The study employs a quantitative method with a comparative approach. The data used consists of secondary data obtained from the companies’ annual financial reports. The research sample consists of 15 companies selected using purposive sampling, with a total of 45 observations over the three-year observation period. Data analysis was performed using a One-Way ANOVA test after meeting the assumptions of normality and homogeneity. The results indicate a significant difference in Return on Assets (ROA) between the Food & Beverage, healthcare, and automotive industries, with a significance level of 0.019 (< 0.05). The results of the Bonferroni Post Hoc test indicate that there is no significant difference in ROA between the Food & Beverage and healthcare industries; however, there is a significant difference between the automotive industry and both of these industries. The Food & Beverage industry has the highest average ROA at 10.56, followed by the healthcare industry at 10.47, while the automotive industry has the lowest average ROA at 7.62. These findings indicate that industry characteristics and post-pandemic economic conditions influence companies’ ability to generate profits from their assets. Therefore, the results of this study can serve as a basis for investors and company management to evaluate financial performance by industry sector.

Abstract

Smartphones are one of the most demanded technology products in Indonesia. To meet this demand, Indonesia relies heavily on imports from various countries. This study aims to analyze the structure of smartphone imports in Indonesia based on the top five importing countries in 2025. The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results show that China dominates smartphone imports to Indonesia, followed by Singapore, the United States, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. This dominance indicates a high dependency on a single country, which has implications for trade policy and economic resilience.
