Abstract

Disaster mitigation in an environment is of course very important, especially with areas that have certain characteristics such as the location where the Pariangan Thematic KKN was carried out, namely in Jorong Padang Panjang, Pariangan District, Tanah Datar Regency, which is geographically close to Mount Marapi. Therefore, during the Community Service Program, the authors and colleagues conducted a survey to determine the level of community understanding of disaster mitigation. Based on a survey, the community has less knowledge about disaster mitigation. The service during this Community Service program aims to increase community insight regarding disaster mitigation. With the survey results obtained, the KKN team conducted outreach to the community regarding disaster mitigation and invited several parties to become resource persons at the socialization event. The socialization was concluded to be successful because of a series of actions taken by the community to reduce the potential and threat of disasters that could occur.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide direct education and training to the youth of the Simbarwaringin Nahdlatul Ulama, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency in marketing their merchandise online via the Facebook fan page. Selling online is a type of business that is run via the internet or digitally. All types of sales activities are carried out online. The internet creates a business environment where time and distance are no longer important. Sellers have access to more information that can help in making decisions and consumers have access to a wider range of products. In the current era, selling online is a method that must be used, seeing the increasingly sophisticated development of the world of social media, making it easier to market all types of products that you want to offer online. The existence of selling online is a powerful marketing and communication tool, making it a very efficient platform with an environmentally friendly way of working and a symbol of professionalism that is much needed currently. The approach method used in this community service is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method.

Abstract

Legal awareness needs to be fostered in children, starting from the smallest things, so that children understand and are aware of the rules that apply. Children who understand the rules will avoid conflicts and will not deviate when they enter the community. Educational activities are carried out by informing children through concrete examples of violations of the law and the consequences of breaking the law. This activity is carried out at Al Jupri Orphanage Sekupang Batam. Juvenile delinquency is when children commit bad acts that are against the law. Punishing children for such acts can have a negative impact on their mental growth in the future. It can make them feel scared, worried, and have difficulty sleeping or eating. They may also feel anxious, cry or feel ashamed. This happens because of the criminal justice process, from pre-trial to trial.

Abstract

The main objective of this community empowerment activity is to develop superior village products through increasing creative and innovative marketing and financial management. The methods used in this community service activity are tutorial methods, mentoring methods, discussion and evaluation methods. Abstract

Study of the book Riya>d} al-S{a>lih}i>n in Guwah hamlet, Rongdurin village, Tanah Merah, Bangkalan. The formulation of the problem raised in this community service activity is regarding the lack of knowledge of the people in Guwah hamlet, Rongdurin Tanah Merah Bangkalan village, about religion so that they do not know where the main sources of Islamic religious teachings themselves come from. To find alternative solutions to the above, a study of the hadith book Riya>d} al-S{a>lih}i>n was carried out in an effort to improve the quality of religious knowledge of the people of Guwah Hamlet, Rongdurin Village, Tanah Merah Bangkalan. The objectives of this PKM activity are: 1. To equip the community with knowledge directly from original sources. 2. Equipping the community with direct Islamic knowledge through history. 3. Increase the knowledge and morals of society with the substance of the book under study. The problem solving framework designed in PKM activities in the form of implementing this training activity is: 1. Periodic explanation of materials. 2. Designing a weekly study of the book Riya>d} al-S{a>lih}i>n every Sunday night. 3. Evaluation of training results. Based on interviews, questions and answers and direct observations during the activity, this community service activity yielded the following results: first, increasing community knowledge and understanding, second is equipping people with religious knowledge, third is increasing community knowledge and morals.

Abstract

This report on the results of community service discusses the study of the book Ta'lim al Muta'allim in Sukolilo Labang. In studying the book of ta'lim, it is not just about conveying theory but must contain elements of theory and practice. Study the book of ta'lim to practice it. If it contains orders or commands, it must be able to be implemented, if it contains prohibitions, it must be abandoned or avoided. Therefore, this study of ta'lim is not only to be known, but to be practiced and at the same time become a guide or guide for life. For this reason, of course material that is practical for everyday practice takes priority in the implementation of learning. The aim of holding this Muta'allim ta'lim book study activity is so that the community, especially teenagers, can pay attention to attitudes and be able to instill a polite and ethical spirit in interacting with others which then creates a beautiful life filled with noble morals. From this community service activity, it can be concluded that the Labang community's ability to understand religion, especially the application of good morals, has increased.

Abstract

Community Service Activity Program, Gunadarma University Pharmacy Study Program in collaboration with Gunadarma University LPM, seeks to control the quality of passion fruit juice drink products with the label "Luxury Seeowren" for Mitra Passion Fruit Manis Mampang, Depok City through analysis of nutritional content in the form of vitamin C levels, calcium and antioxidants. The method used in implementing community service is a community development model based on local communities. Change techniques for building community capacity are education, participation, guidance, counseling, research and others. The methods used in vitamin C analysis are titimetry, the calcium test method with ICP-OES, and antioxidant activity measurements carried out using the DPPH method with a UV spectrophotometer. The results of the analysis showed that the calcium content was 9.56 mg/100g, vitamin C 239,335 mg/L, the average antioxidant IC 50 value was 68489.04 mg/L. Based on the results of the nutritional analysis of the passion fruit juice product with the label "Luxury Seeowren" in the form of calcium levels, vitamin C levels and antioxidant activity, it can be concluded that it still does not meet the daily nutritional needs. In the future, it is hoped that we can formulate the right composition for packaged products and can also carry out further tests on product stability and expiration date.

Abstract

Duwet Village is one of the areas on the coast of Situbondo where most of the people are fishermen and seafood craftsmen like the partners in this service who are makers of processed seafood, namely rengginang. This UMKM does not have a P-IRT because  do not understand the importance of P-IRT in the food business. The aim of this service is to provide training on the importance of P-IRT to small food UMKM in Duwet Village, Panarukan District, Situbondo. Apart from that, the team will also accompany to apply for P-IRT from the start of the application until the permit is issued. The method used in implementing this service is socializing the importance of P-IRT, training on how to apply for P-IRT and mentoring. This service was attended by 20 people, where the members who came took part in the training enthusiastically. The participants who attended finally understood the importance of P-IRT permits for home industries like the one they are currently implementing. The training continued with assistance with the P-IRT permit for one of the group members, whose permit was finally issued two months after the application

Abstract

In Kotah village itself there are several places to recite the Koran, one of which is TPA al-Mas'udiyah. The author chose Sukamulya TPA because there are approximately 40 students, but there are only 2 ustadz and ustadzah teachers (tPA managers). Apart from that, the students' interest in studying the Koran varies, some are enthusiastic and serious, but there are also those who seem forced and lazy. Of course, as a first step, efforts that can be made to overcome this problem are to educate and instill in children from an early age a strong love for the Al-Qur'an. The author focuses on the problem formulation in this activity as: "Assistance in reading and writing the Al-Qur'an in early childhood in Kotah village, Jrengik Sampang”. This program is implemented using the method of providing materials, roleplay, games and training. It is hoped that participants can receive the material well and practice directly with the assistance of the facilitator team. Implementation includes (1) Preparation, (2) Planning learning methods, (3) Subject approach, (4) Implementation of training, (5) Evaluation. The conclusion is that the guidance and learning to read and write the Koran through the Iqra method at the al-Mas'udiyah TPA in Kotah village has been carried out well. Assistance in writing Al-Qur'an letters using a pattern where the teacher makes a hijaiyyah letter pattern and the children's task is to thicken the hijaiyyah letter pattern. This can indirectly improve the ability to read and write the letters of the Koran in the children of al-Mas'udiyah TPA, Kotah village, Jrengik Sampang.

Abstract

A student, child and teenager, especially in Rongdurin Tanah Merah village, must have the ability to read the Koran rhetorically. One way is by studying Makhārij al-Ḥurūf. Because by studying and developing this knowledge, they can understand the most basic things about the hijaiyah letters. So that it can lead them to have the ability to read the Koran well. The formulation of the problem that will be raised in this activity is: "what is the urgency of training and learning Makhārij al-Ḥurūf for the children and teenagers of Rongdurin village". This program is implemented using the method of providing materials, roleplay, games and training. It is hoped that participants can receive the material well and practice directly with the assistance of the facilitator team. Implementation includes (1) Preparation, (2) Planning learning methods, (3) Subject approach, (4) Implementation of training, (5) Evaluation. The conclusion of this community service is the increasing ability of the teenagers and children of Rongdurin Tanah Merah village in understanding and exploring Makhārij al-Ḥurūf. So that children and teenagers who take part in this program can read the hijaiyah letters in the Koran properly and correctly so that the meaning is not missed or mistaken.
