Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are crucial in many economies, generating jobs, promoting economic growth, and empowering local communities. Yet, they struggle to stand out amidst tough competition. Thus, establishing a robust brand identity through effective branding is essential. Branding assistance involves professionals aiding MSMEs in understanding their core values, crafting consistent brand messages, and designing fitting marketing strategies to appeal to customers. This support aims to enhance the recognition and competitiveness of Dapur Gemilang Fitriyah MSMEs. The research utilized a qualitative approach with a case study design, gathering primary data through interviews with business owners and relevant parties. Secondary data was also obtained through literature reviews on branding and mentoring for MSMEs. Results showcased the creation of attractive label designs and a company profile website as effective marketing tools for Dapur Gemilang Fitriyah MSMEs. This is expected to elevate the brand's image, product appeal, and expand its market outreach. Through branding assistance, Dapur Gemilang Fitriyah MSMEs can thrive and excel in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Digitizing MSMEs is a program that is a solution for the government to improve the performance of MSMEs in the midst of intense business competition in the digital era. One example of digitizing MSMEs is the use of social media. The use of social media as a tool in a product marketing strategy needs to have a good brand image for consumers. Forming a good brand image can be done with a branding or re-branding strategy. Rungkut Tengah Village, Gunung Anyar District, Surabaya City is a place for MBKM KKN-T students to do their service to help MSME players in Rungkut Tengah Village who have problems in developing their businesses. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity is to form a strategy to increase sales of MSME products through branding or re-branding strategies. The type of method used is qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews and discussions with MSME actors. The result of this community service activity is that the development of MSMEs through product branding and re-branding strategies is going well.

Abstract

The development of MSMEs through traditional herbal medicine powder innovation in Banjaragung Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency is an activity that helps provide and present the results of a research survey that has been conducted. Innovations in making herbal medicine powder are also rarely found in the village of Banjaragung. Through interviews with traditional herbal medicine MSMEs partners who finally agreed to the innovation and helped carry out the trial to calculate the selling price. With assistance in this training, we are able to expand market reach and improve the economy of traditional herbal medicine MSMEs business actors.

Abstract

Based on the results of surveys, interviews and observations, it was found that youth problems at SMK 23 Maret Kotamobagu, especially in class XII, namely smoking. health education about the dangers of smoking at SMK 23 Maret Kotamobagu is also still lacking, especially in class XII students due to the lack of attention from teachers to students, therefore we, Manado Muhammadiyah University students, raise this title. Abstract

Anemia is a condition of deficiency of red blood cells which is the main cause due to iron deficiency. The ginger plant is well known by the public as a spice in the kitchen, but its benefits in helping to recover from anemia are not well understood by our society. The incidence of chronic iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women was found to have a relationship with the incidence of stunting in children. The purpose of community service activities to increase the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the community about plants that are efficacious in anemia is very appropriate to do in Maku Village. The implementation method chosen was in the form of four parallel activities, namely education, health checks, distribution of basic necessities, and making TOGA (as a form of sustainability of this activity). The results obtained for knowledge increased by 50%, and skills 30%, and attitudes 50%. Overall the community gave a very good satisfaction response to this activity.

Abstract

Posyandu (integrated service post) is the government's effort to make it easier for the Indonesian people to obtain maternal and child health services. Skilled posyandu cadres are not only seen from their ability to provide maternal and child health services, but must also be supported by the ability to process administrative data, bearing in mind that in the implementation of posyandu, posyandu cadres are given the task of recording and managing mother and child data. Therefore, this community service program provided socialization on the use of Microsoft Excel to Blimbing posyandu cadres located in Slumbung Village, Gandusari District, Blitar Regency with the aim of improving data processing skills and facilitating reporting of posyandu activity data because manual data processing methods require relatively long time and avoid discrepancies in data processing. The method of implementing this community service activity is the lecture and discussion method. The result of this socialization activity is the increased knowledge and understanding of the cadres of the Blimbing posyandu on the importance of using Microsoft Excel. Furthermore, posyandu cadres need to be given intensive training in using Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

The production of motorcycle vehicles has increased every year along with the increase in population and human needs. The impact of increasing vehicle production has led to an increase in waste oil as a byproduct. In order for the volume of waste oil to be reduced, human empowerment efforts are needed in utilizing and processing this waste to create valuable products. One of the steps that can be taken is to provide coaching and assistance to home mechanics in Kangkung Ilir Village. This assistance in processing waste oil to home mechanics has provided new knowledge for home mechanics on how to process waste oil into fuel. The fuel obtained from this assistance has proven effective in being used as fuel in the patching process of punctured motorcycle tires. The efficient use of spritus replacement fuel has a good ability as fuel, because in each patching process only 2 mL of fuel is needed, besides that it is able to provide service benefits for mechanics.

Abstract

Labour is a natural process experienced by mothers giving birth. Pregnant women, mothers giving birth, and postpartum women are groups that are prone to experiencing anxiety. The mother who those feeling anxious during labor stage can giving effect on the process of labor, which is reducing uteri contractility. Various methods than can be used to help reduce anxiety. One of the with Endorphin Massage. Endorphins are known as substances that have many benefits. Some of them are regulating the production of growth and sex hormones, controlling pain and persistent pain, controlling feelings of stress, and boosting the immune system. The emergence of endorphins in the body can be triggered through various activities, such as deep breathing and relaxation, and meditation. Since it is produced by the human body itself, endorphins are considered the best painkillers. Endorphin massage should be done for pregnant women whose gestational age has entered 36 weeks, because at this age the endorphin massage can stimulate the release of the hormone oxytocin which can trigger the birth process.The purpose of this program for the first stage Labour mother in Toapaya Health Center Working Area whose experience anxiety during labour stage ,so that through this program, it can be reduced their anxiety. Abstract

In the current era of digital connectivity, the Internet of Things (IoT) has gained utmost importance. However, at SMKN 8 Padang, students in Computer Networking and Telecommunications Engineering program lack a comprehensive understanding of IoT and its application in Smart Home systems. To address this, the Community Service Team (PKM) devised an IoT training program with a focus on Smart Home implementation. Through lectures, guidance, and hands-on training, students gained insights into IoT fundamentals, hardware and software components, and practical skills for designing and implementing Smart Home systems. The training sessions proceeded smoothly, and students showed enthusiasm in assembling and connecting devices like Arduino, Relay, and ESP8266. Evaluations revealed that 98.33% of the students improved their knowledge and skills, with 3.33% expressing satisfaction with the training. This IoT training significantly enhanced students' understanding of emerging technologies and motivated them to seek innovative solutions in the future. Empowered with relevant technical skills, SMKN 8 Padang students are expected to contribute to the implementation of Smart Home systems and confidently face the challenges of an increasingly digital and interconnected future

Abstract

Corn (Zea mays L.) is a monoecious plant with separate male and female flowers on a single plant. Apart from being a staple food, corn is used for livestock feed and export purposes. Despite the development of corn production technologies by research institutions, they have not been widely adopted by farmers due to traditional drying methods and quick post-harvest sales. Enhancing corn's competitiveness requires efforts to improve economic efficiency, quality, and productivity through technology adoption, from cultivation to post-harvest marketing. In the era of Industry 4.0, rapid technological advancements and digital marketing are reshaping product marketing strategies. In Tlangoh Village, sales are still conventional. Hence, the aim of this activity is to provide training and mentoring in digital marketing to enhance the effective marketing of corn products in Tlangoh Village, expanding market access and optimizing product value.
