Abstract

Kukerta students from the University of Riau 2023 engaged in community service activities for 40 days in the Muara Lembu sub-district, Singingi sub-district, Kuantan Singingi district. The objective of these activities was to cultivate an environmentally conscious mindset within the local community. To achieve this, the students planted a total of 1000 trees across various locations such as government agencies, schools, and sports centers in the Muara Lembu sub-district. The primary aim of this initiative was to restore green areas within the community and enhance awareness regarding the surrounding environment. This endeavor sought to foster a sense of responsibility among the residents of the Muara Lembu sub-district toward preserving and safeguarding the environment. Additionally, tree planting served as a means of mitigating potential disasters by contributing to water retention and erosion prevention in the Muara Lembu sub-district. As a result of these efforts, 1000 seedlings were successfully planted to contribute towards the preservation of the environment in the Muara Lembu sub-district.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as a multicultural country, where one of the cultures is traditional villages. Maluku is one of the provinces that is still very strong with great traditions and culture that still stands under the name of a traditional country, one of which is Negeri Hatalai. Even though Hatalai Country is still known as a traditional country and is still very strong, Hatalai Country itself cannot be separated from aspects of government administration, one of which is making the elections that will be held a success. It is very important for the public to know about general elections, especially first-time voters. One of the mandatory requirements for a holder of voting rights is ownership of population documents such as a Resident Identity Card (KTP). Thus, education is needed regarding the importance of elections for first-time voters as well as facilitating the creation of population documents considering the geographical conditions of Hatalai Country. This community service uses democratic education methods by means of lectures and discussions. The results of this service activity show that novice voters understand the importance of elections and how to make elections successful as seen from their activeness during the counseling, and are enthusiastic about making population documents, in this case KTP.

Abstract

LatarBelakang Penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan adanya plak yang menumpuk di dalam arteri koroner yang mensuplai oksigen ke otot jantung. Penyakit ini termasuk bagian dari penyakit kardiovaskuler yang paling umum terjadi.satu pemeriksaan radiologi intervensi vascular yang sering dilakukan adalah coronary angiography adalah tes standar untuk penyempitan dan penyumbatan pemuluh darah. Seperti prosedur invasif lainnya, terdapat kontra indikasi spesifik terkait prosedur pemeriksaan dan kondisi pasien dan Kateterisasi Jantung (Coronary Angiography) merupakan salah satu prosedur diagnostik bersifat invasif yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosis Penyakit jantung coroner. Banyak gangguan jantung yang harus diselesaikan dengan tindakan operasi, seperti penyakit jantung koroner, penyakit jantung bawaan, kelainan katup maupun tumor dalam ruang jantung. Salah satu jenis operasi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah obstruski atau stenosis koroner adalah Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (selanjutnya disebut CABG) yaitu konstruksi jalur (conduits) baru antara aorta (atau arteri mayor lainnya) dan bagian arteri yang mengalami obstruksi atau stenosis. Jadi CABG adalah membuat jalan pintas untuk mengatasi akibat dari obstruksi atau stenosis arteri pada otot jantung agar area jantung yang mengalami infark akibat kekurangan oksigen dapat diatasi. Jalan pintas biasanya menggunakan vena saphena dan arteri mamaria interna dari kliennya sendiri. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan litelature review, dimana Explorasi litelatur dilakukan dalam berbagai database dengan kata kunci seperti Coronary Angiograhy”, Post Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG). dll. Sumber referensi yang digunakan dalam penyusunan ini artikel ini meliputi google scollar, serta artikel dalam jurnal ilmiah bahasa inggris maupun berbahasa Indonesia. Hasil: Pemeriksaan Coronary Angiography (CAG) pada klinis Post Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) melibatkan persiapan pasien, persiapan alat, tim medis, prosedur pemeriksaan, perawatan pasca-tindakan, gambaran hasil pemeriksaan, serta peranannya dalam pengelolaan CABG.Persiapan pasien melibatkan edukasi pasien tentang prosedur, puasa sebelum pemeriksaan, pemeriksaan fungsi ginjal, penyesuaian obat-obatan, persiapan akses vaskular, diskusi tentang zat kontras, dan pemantauan vital. Pasien CABG memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam persiapan ini.Persiapan alat mencakup meja kateterisasi yang stabil, sistem pencitraan fluoroskopi, berbagai jenis kateter, zat kontras yang sesuai, peralatan resusitasi, medikasi pra-prosedur, dan peralatan hemostasis.Tim medis yang terlibat dalam pemeriksaan CABG pada pasien CABG melibatkan kardiolog intervensi, radiologic technologist, perawat kateterisasi, teknisi kateterisasi, dan personel dukungan tambahan seperti tim anestesi dan tim resusitasi.Prosedur pemeriksaan mencakup persiapan pasien, akses vaskular, pemasukan kateter ke arteri koroner, evaluasi dan penggambaran arteri koroner, serta penyelesaian prosedur.Perawatan pasca-tindakan mencakup pemantauan hemodinamik, pemeriksaan tempat akses, mobilisasi bertahap, hidrasi, pemantauan reaksi terhadap zat kontras, edukasi pasien, dan tindak lanjut dengan kardiolog.Gambaran hasil pemeriksaan dapat menunjukkan arteri koroner normal, penyempitan arteri, penyumbatan total, pembentukan arteri kolateral, dan disfungsi ventrikel kiri.Pemeriksaan CAG memiliki peran penting dalam deteksi penyakit arteri koroner, penilaian pre-operatif, penentuan terapi, evaluasi kolateral, dan penilaian disfungsi ventrikel kiri pada pasien Post CABG.Pemeriksaan CAG pada pasien Post CABG memerlukan persiapan yang cermat dan melibatkan kolaborasi tim medis yang terkoordinasi dengan baik untuk memberikan hasil yang optimal dan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam manajemen CABG. Kesimpulan: Prosedur pemeriksaan Coronary Angiography (CAG) pada pasien post-CABG memberikan informasi penting tentang keberhasilan operasi, fungsi graft koroner, dan kondisi pembuluh darah koroner. CAG memfasilitasi pengawasan secara langsung terhadap aliran darah, mengidentifikasi stenosis, dan membantu merencanakan tindakan intervensi jika diperlukan. Pemeriksaan ini mendukung upaya pemulihan optimal dan manajemen jangka panjang bagi pasien yang telah menjalani CABG, membantu tim medis merinci strategi pengobatan yang paling efektif untuk memastikan kesehatan kardiovaskular yang optimal.

Abstract

The Samarinda city government provides solutions related to existing problems in community services in managing administration in Samarinda City, namely through the Samarinda City Communication and Information Service, the Samarinda Integrated e-Government application (SANTER) was created. The main problems identified are obstacles to public services in Samarinda City, especially related to long administrative procedures, lack of service facilities, and the prevalence of extortion. The aim of this initiative is to increase the efficiency and transparency of public services through digital transformation using the SANTER application. Descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach were used along with data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, participant observation, documentary research, and focus group discussions. The results of the service are in the form of e-Government with features that can be used by people from anywhere without having to come to a public administration service location. It is hoped that this application will be an effective solution for improving Samarinda City public services and improving the quality of administrative services to the city government.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran untuk melestarikan lingkungan dan menumbuhkembangkan potensi pariwisata di desa Sedau Kecamatan Narmada Lombok Barat. Kegitan pengabdian masyarakat ini diselenggarakan dalam waktu 1 (satu) hari yang diikuti oleh Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Nahdlatul Wathan Mataram. Permasalahan yang muncul pada pelaksanaan kegiatan ini antara lain: masih kurang sadarnya elemen masyarakat untuk melestaraikan lingkungan dan tindak lanjut kegiatan ini tidak diakomodir oleh pemerintah. Pengabdian kepada, masyarakat diisi dengaan kegiatan: Menanam seribu pohon, melepaskan bibit ikan, dan pembersihan lingkungan. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan aksi: penanaman seribu pohon di daerah Gunung Jae yang sangat berguna untuk menjaga kestabilan tanah agar tidak mudah abrasi ketika hujan turun, menumbuhkembangan kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, memberikan peluang usaha ikan, memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk menyalurkan hoby memancing, meningkatkan hubungan antara fakultas agama Islam dengan masyarakat, tercipta lingkungan yang bersih.

Online marketplaces are so crowded that it can make it easier for someone to trade in everyday life. By introducing this technology to the public in particular, the residents of Rawa Village RT 02/RW 08 Johar New Jakarta Center. It is expected to make it easier for someone to start an online store business, or to facilitate someone to promote their products, therefore by organizing learning in order to devote to the community to socialize the introduction of online marketplace and also provide training on the use of features that exist in the marketplace that can be used by Residents of Kampung Rawa RT 02/RW 08 Johar New Jakarta Center. It is a community service by us.

Abstract

The introduction of English vocabulary that integrates Islamic values is crucial for developing comprehensive English language proficiency in students. This dedication is focused on the goal of introducing English vocabulary with Islamic content to MIS Fathul Jannah students through religious songs. The approach used is an active and enjoyable learning model utilizing songs as a medium. Song selection is carried out through a selection process to adjust the difficulty level and learning needs. The results of the activity show a significant improvement in the mastery of English vocabulary by students after participating in this program. Thus, the introduction of English vocabulary through religious songs has proven to be effective in enhancing students' English language abilities while instilling deep-seated Islamic values. Programs like this can serve as an alternative in efforts to develop English language curricula based on religious values in schools.

Abstract

The mosque is a non-profit organization with the aim of serving the people and financial goals. These financial goals must not violate provisions prohibited by religious teachings. One effort to create good financial governance is to create good accountability by implementing accounting practices. The practice in question is the accounting and financial reporting treatment of mosques which needs to be adjusted to PSAK No. 45 so that financial reports are more relevant, easy to understand, reliable and comparable. However, most mosques still make financial reports in the form of two channels, namely income and expenditure. Therefore, the aim of this research is to reveal the management of the financial reports of the Jami' Baeturrahmah Cicadas Mosque based on PSAK No. 45. This research aims to find out how financial reports are prepared at the Jami' Baeturrahmah Cicadas Mosque. This is field research using qualitative research methods, the subject of this research is the manager of the Jami' Baeturrahmah Cicadas Mosque who knows best about recording financial reports. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data validation technique uses a credibility test with source triangulation. The results of this research indicate that 1) the management of financial reports at the Jami' Baeturrahmah Cicadas Mosque has managed, reported and disclosed all activities and activities related to the use of public resources well 2) Management has understood financial reports within the scope of worship organizations and the importance of recording reports finance, but the accounting treatment for recording financial reports is still made in the form of two channels, namely income and expenditure, so that not yet in accordance with PSAK No. 45. 3) Obstacles in implementing financial report recording based on PSAK 45 are lack of knowledge about how to prepare financial reports, lack of competent resources, lack of training or assistance from related parties, and no facilities in the form of a simple accounting program.

Abstract

This service activity is intended to improve managerial abilities and services to the public as well as concern for the environment in the form of discussions with various elements packaged in the form of workshops followed by tree planting as a concrete step in caring for nature and the Islamic boarding school environment which in turn has an impact on air quality and coolness in the environment. Islamic boarding school environment. The method used was discussion and demonstration of tree planting in the Nurul Iman NW Bentek Islamic boarding school environment. This workshop contributed ideas regarding improving the management of Islamic boarding schools, planting trees on Islamic boarding school land according to the name of the planter. This service activity resulted in several conclusions: Pondok policy stakeholders continue to strive to increase their own potential to develop better Islamic boarding schools, Workshop activities increase knowledge for participants and students to continue to improve their knowledge and attitude of loving nature, and Planting productive trees is very effective in improving air quality. health, coolness, comfort and beauty in the Islamic boarding school environment.

Abstract

Abstract: Animal husbandry is an activity to fulfill needs within a period of 1-5 years for the people of Buwun Mas Village, Sekotong District, West Lombok Regency, population of 14,869 people. Difficulty in getting quality feed during the dry season is a problem that is still an obstacle to the healthy growth and development of livestock. Apart from the scarce availability of feed, the quality and nutrition contained in animal feed is inadequate. So it is very important to provide alternative training solutions for making fermented animal feed for breeders in Buwun Mas hamlet. The methods used to conduct training are observation and interviews with residents, to identify problems experienced by breeders. Meanwhile, the training implementation technique consists of several sessions, first; socialization of making fermented animal feed, second; discussion, and third; animal feed manufacturing practices. The conclusion from this service process is: Training in making fermented animal feed in Buwun Mas village is effective in overcoming the availability of animal feed in the dry season. Training in making animal feed helps farmers have the skills to mix their own animal feed to meet feed needs. Making fermented animal feed aims to utilize straw during the harvest season which is very abundant and it would be in vain if it is not processed into excellent and highly nutritious feed for livestock.
