Abstract

Abstract: A rengkek trader is a street vendor who sells his merchandise by going around to villages using a rengkek placed on the back of his motorcycle. The Latukan rengkek community is a traveling merchant that sells various types of food consisting of various fried foods, wet cakes, side dishes and pauk. The food sold by the rengkek community is produced by a group of mothers in Latukan village. This community service aims to help the Latukan rengkek community in improving the quality of the products sold and assisting in the field of marketing strategy so that the goods produced have many enthusiasts so that producers do not lose much. This community service activity is carried out using Assed Based Community Development (ABCD). With the ABCD approach, it can prioritize the use of local village assets or potential. The ABCD method consists of five steps, namely discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny. With this community service program, it is hoped that it can contribute thoughts to the Latukan rengkek community in order to improve the quality of products starting from packaging, the taste of processed food so that it is delicious and in great demand by consumers and food does not spoil quickly. Apart from product quality, marketing strategies are also very important for Latukan rengkek traders.

Abstract

The current generation of memorizers of the Qur'an is increasing. The government has taken part in giving the attention of huffadz, namely by providing scholarship programs at every level of education. The purpose of this service activity is to improve the ability or competence of students in memorizing the Qur'an at TPQ Nurul Amal Lamongrejo Village which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation. The method used is to use a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The results obtained that the strategy of memorizing the Qur'an through the taqriroh method at TPQ Nurul Amal Lamongrejo has been implemented well. It is hoped that this training can improve the Qur'anic literacy skills of students at TPQ Nurul Amal Lamongrejo, Ngimbang District, Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

Adiwiyata-based healthy villages are villages with a program to create a society that cares and has an environmental culture. This program is implemented based on three main principles, namely educational, participatory and sustainable. This community service was carried out in Cangkring Village, Plumpang District, Tuban Regency. If we look at the geographical location, Cangkring Village is a village surrounded by rice fields, so the majority of the people farm. Apart from that, this village has the potential to be developed, one of which is the number of plants that can be used as family medicine.  The aim of this community service is to improve the level of public health in the village. The methods used in implementing the service include observation, socialization, training in making medicines from plants, and manufacturing Green House / family medicinal plant garden. The result of this service research is the availability of family land or plantations that can be managed and utilized by the community, especially by PKK mothers (family welfare development). Apart from that, the people of Cangkring Village also gained understanding and insight into the benefits of plants around them.

Abstract

The Qur'an is the holy book of the noble Muslims, reading it will get a reward especially those who memorize it, many memorize the Qur'an but there must be someone who guides, fosters. The purpose of this service activity is to foster students carried out by the ustadzah to make their students become hafidz quran at Griya Tahfidz Nurul Quran Tlogoanyar Lamongan district which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation. The method used is using a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The final result of this activity is to show that the development of Nurul Quran students in Tlogoanyar Lamongan to become memorizers of the Koran by fostering the enthusiasm of the students to memorize, study, study the Koran, has proven to have been done very well so as to make the students as hafidzul qur'an, in addition to having good memorization quality, but also qur'ani morals.

Abstract

This research is entitled Ummi method training as an effort to increase fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an using qualitative research and a descriptive approach. The aims of this research are: (1) to find out how to apply the Ummi method at TPQ Al-Azhar Dusun Gapuk (2) to find out how to improve fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an at TPQ Al-Azhar Dusun Gapuk (3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the Ummi method in increasing fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an at TPQ Al-Azhar Dusun Gapuk. The result of this research is the application of the Ummi method at TPQ Al-Azhar Dusun Gapuk through 7 stages, namely opening, apperception, concept planting, concept understanding, skills/training, evaluation and closing. Efforts to increase fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an at TPQ Al-Azhar include increasing understanding and practicing learning the science of recitation and makharijul huruf.

Abstract

This service focuses on revitalizing the school library to increase the reading literacy movement among students at SDN 1 Tempuran, Ponorogo. The progress of a nation's civilization is not simply measured by abundant natural resources and the amount of human resources, but rather the quality of human resources. To improve this quality, in the 21st century Indonesia needs to develop literacy skills. Reading or literacy activities require effective facilities and infrastructure, one of which is the library. Libraries are closely related to reading, reading culture, and interest in reading. However, in reality, the SDN 1 Tempuran library is still not neatly organized and has not been used effectively and efficiently. The aim of this service is to carry out the library revitalization process and increase students' interest in reading. Data collection methods were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Service is carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementation and reporting. The results of this service: 1) Library revitalization, carried out by redecorating the library, classifying books, making library visit books, making library manuals and creating a library website for SDN 1 Tempuran. After the revitalization stage was completed, several central activities were carried out in the library, such as socialization of the new administration system, competitions to determine reading ambassadors, poetry and speeches. The library functions as an alternative place for learning. Thus, it can be concluded that library revitalization can increase students' reading interest and the library functions as it should.

Abstract

Community empowerment is one form of increasing human resource development. In this case, it is related to the creative economy, which is to try to hone community innovation towards better development and to be able to compete in the economic market. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with field research. Training participants will receive practical learning about traditional siwalan stick-making techniques and an understanding of the business aspects. The results of this program are expected to include improving the skills of participants, the establishment of several small and medium enterprises (UKM) engaged in the production and marketing of siwalan sticks, as well as increasing public interest in creative siwalan stick products as local products with high cultural value. It is hoped that this collaboration program can contribute to improving the welfare of the community in Gaji Village and driving creative economic growth based on local potential in the Kerek District area, Tuban Regency

Abstract

Music is believed to have the power to represent the culture of a person or group at a certain time. He is considered to have a basic understanding of ideas, determining methods and actions in every note produced. The color of sound, range of notes and musical production in each region have many differences. Because in essence, music is a work of art which contains aesthetic symbols from every culture in different societies. Gamelan is a musical instrument that represents or depicts the culture of Javanese society. Some Javanese gamelan in the Surakarta, Yogjakarta and Cirebon palaces include Kyai Guntur Madu, Kyai Guntur Sari, Kyai Naga Wilaga and Gong Sekati. This orchestra has a pentatonic scale in the slendro scale system and pelog scale system. Each gamelan has an honorary name befitting a sacred heirloom. slendro on the gamelan used as the research sample. Meanwhile, the independent variables are the frequency and color of the sound for each area.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to develop a Decorative Village through the Utilization of Non-Organic Waste Plastic Bottles into Vertical Garden Flower Pots and Differentiation in Banjargondang Village Lamongan. The method of implementing activities is carried out through 5 stages, namely observation, planning, making flower pots, planting flowers into pots, and implementing the installation of flower pots in the banjargondang village area. The results of this activity are First, the realization of the ornamental village concept in banjargondang village which makes the village more beautiful, beautiful, green and organized with the arrangement of several flowers at several points in the area. Second, making the village cleaner, the utilization of plastic bottle waste can reduce the amount of plastic waste in the Banjargondang community. Third, increasing public awareness about proper waste management, the management of plastic waste into flower pots has inspired the community to be creative in utilizing plastic waste in the surrounding environment, so that waste will be reduced and well managed.

Abstract

Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the dissemination of guidelines for selecting educational game equipment for teachers of Kindergarten/PAUD ABA III Rewwin, Waru, Sidoarjo is very useful and helps in enriching knowledge about selecting game equipment for students. For the purchase and manufacture of educational play equipment, teachers will then pay attention to suitability to the needs of children's growth and development. This is done so that children's growth and development can develop optimally through these educational game tools. There are examples of educational game tools, such as APE from used cardboard, rags, foam and sponges, etc.
