<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of Product Qualty, Brand Image and Price Perception on Purchasing Decisions for Smartphones and iphone products among students at the Tasikmalaya University of Perjuangan. The method used is quantitative with a research sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. Based on the results of this research, it shows that Product Quality, brand Image and Price Perception simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Product Quality partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Brand Image partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Price Perception partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of store atmosphere and price on purchasing decisions for Nara Cafe Tasikmalaya. This research uses a quantitative approach using a research method, namely Associative (Causality) using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that: (1) Store Atmosphere and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions: (2) Store Atmosphere partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions: (3) Price partially has no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja (DISDUKCAPIL) kota Tasikmalaya. penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif melalui metode kausalitas dengan pendekatan sensus. bahwa penelitian kuantitatif umumnya cocok untuk menguji hubungan kausalitas, pengambilan sampel sebanyak 47 orang dan Teknik analisisnya menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini Lingkungan kerja dan Budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pegawai dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kota Tasikmalaya, Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada pegawai dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kota Tasikmalaya. Budaya Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pegawai dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kota Tasikmalaya. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organizational culture on job satisfaction (DISDUKCAPIL) Tasikmalaya city. this research uses quantitative through causality method with a census approach. that quantitative research is generally suitable for testing causality relationships, sampling of 47 people and the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with saturated samples. The research method used was a quantitative method with a survey approach of 47 employees of the Tasikmalaya city population and civil registration service. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23. The results of this test prove that Career Development and Use of Information Technology simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The method used is a quantitative approach with a research sample of 8 pharmaceutical companies. The data used is secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis using Eviews version 12. Based on the research results, it is known that Sales Growth has a significant direct effect on Stock Prices. Sales Growth has a significant effect on Net Working Capital. Net Working Capital has a significant effect on share prices. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction (Survey of Maxim Online Transportation Customers in Tasikmalaya City). The method used in this research is quantitative through a survey approach. In this research, the samples taken were 100 Maxim Online Transportation Customers in Tasikmalaya City. The data used is primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS 26.0. The research results show that the service quality obtained from Maxim Online Transportation Customers in Tasikmalaya City has good criteria. Promotions for Maxim Online Transportation Customer products in Tasikmalaya City have good assessment criteria, Customer Satisfaction for Maxim Online Transportation Customers in Tasikmalaya City has good criteria. Together, Service Quality and Promotion have a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Partially, Service Quality has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Partially Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to find out the benefits of people's decisions in choosing the right investment in the capital market. Investor uses strategy and a certain technique to analyze different situation and condition happened between one and other exchange companies. The strategy is developed based on experiences, research result, analysis, and market surveys in a certain period. Articel is the first part of three series which presents, evaluate, examine of the strategy, and consider tactics in sharing share on the market. It is concluded that the investor should use money as loan that should be payed as soon as possible for the sake of its interests. This research is quantitative research. The main data source for this research comes from research questionnaires that have been filled out by respondents. Apart from that, data was also obtained from literature studies and documentation related to this research. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of recruitment and selection on PT Meta Global Triasha (X-Sha Survey Singaparna plaza) with a population or respondents of 43 employees. This research method uses explanatory research, while the sampling technique uses saturated samples. So 43 people used it. The data sources used are primary data sources and the data is collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations. in this research. This analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. In the hypothesis testing process, the Simultaneous Test (F) and Partial Test (T) are used. The research results show that in recruitment and selection, the performance of PT Meta Global Triasha X-Sha Outlet Singaparna Plaza employees has very good assessment qualifications. simultaneous recruitment and selection have a significant effect on the performance of PT Meta Global X-Sha employees (Survey of X-Sha Outlet Singaparna Plaza employees). Recruitment partially has a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Meta Global Triasha X-Sha Singparna Plaza. <![CDATA[This research purposse to determine and analyze the description of work environment, work discipline and employee performance at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya. The Simultaneous Influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline on the Employees Perfomance at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya. As well as the partial influence of work environment and work discipline on the employee performance at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. With a research sample of 32 as respondents. The data used is primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 26 support application. The results of the research show that work environment at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya is qualified in the very good category, for the work discipline of employees at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya it can be said to have high criteria, and for the employee perfromance at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya is also in very good. The results of the hypothesis test show that simultaneously the variables used in the research, namely work environment and work discipline, have a significant effect on the employee performance at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya. But, this research partially shows that work environment has no effect significant influence of employee performance, and partially there is a significant influence of work discipline on the employee performance at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya.]]>
