Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Pondok Aren District Office in South Tangerang. The research method used is a quantitative method with a data collection method using a questionnaire. The study population consisted of all 50 employees of the Pondok Aren District Office, the sampling technique used saturated samples, namely 50 people. The results of the study, based on the results of multiple linear regression tests with the equation value Y = 11.605 + 0.214 X1 + 0.574 X2 showed a positive correlation between work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y), the results of the coefficient of determination test showed that work environment and work discipline contributed to employee performance by 0.695 or 69.5%, while 30.5% were factors not studied. The results of the t-test of the Work Environment variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 6.991> t-table 1.677 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The Work Discipline variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 10.099 > t table 1.677 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the F test with a calculated F value of 53.464 > F table 3.20 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the Pondok Aren District Office.

Abstract

The type of research used in this study was quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study was 30 people with the sampling technique in this study being total sampling. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was quantitative descriptive. The results showed that there was a significant influence between transformational leadership on employee performance with a t-count value of 2.745> 1.70562 and a sig a value = 0.011 <0.050; there was a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance with a t-count value of 4.688> 1.70562 and a sig a value = 0.000 <0.050. Simultaneously, transformational leadership variables and work motivation on employee performance at the South Bengkulu Central Statistics Agency with an Fcount value of 15,422> 3.35 with a significance value smaller than the probability of 5%, namely 0.000.

Abstract

Productivity is one of the key indicators in measuring a nation’s progress. Despite Indonesia's demographic advantage, data shows that the productivity level of its citizens remains low compared to other Southeast Asian countries. This study aims to identify the main factors contributing to low productivity in Indonesia using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review. The data was collected from 15 national scientific journals discussing issues related to work culture, financial and digital literacy, time management, quality of education and training, and government policies. The findings reveal that low productivity is caused by a combination of structural and cultural factors, such as undisciplined work behavior, poor time management, limited work skills, and the lack of comprehensive policies supporting human resource development. The lack of integration between education, vocational training, and industrial needs further exacerbates the productivity gap. Therefore, improving productivity requires a collaborative cross-sectoral approach, including the formation of a productive work culture, strengthening literacy, reforming educational policies, and enhancing infrastructure support. This study is expected to serve as a reference for academics, policymakers, and industry stakeholders in formulating sustainable and contextual national productivity enhancement strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of compensation, work environment and career development on the retention of village apparatus in the sub-district of Air Periukan, Seluma Regency simultaneously or partially. The analysis method used was quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis, the sample in this study was 60 respondents and primary data collection using questionnaires. The results of this study show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on the retention of village apparatus in the sub-district of Air Periukan, Seluma Regency, where the tcount is 4,041 > ttable is 2,003 and the significant is 0.000. The work environment has a positive effect on the retention of village apparatus in the sub-district of Air Periukan Seluma Regency, where the tcount is 2,626 > ttable is 2,003 and significant 0.011. Career development has a positive effect on the retention of village apparatus in the sub-district of Air Periukan Seluma Regency, where the tcount is 2,903 > ttable 2,003 and significant 0.005. Compensation, work environment and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the retention of village apparatus in Air Periukan District, where the number of 21.43 > the number of 2.77 and the significant number of 0.000. The results of the Adjusted R Square value determination coefficient test of 0.510 showed that compensation, work environment and career development had a positive and significant effect on village apparatus in Air Periukan District, Seluma Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether price, ease of use, and promotion have a significant impact on consumer decisions in using GrabFood in Bengkulu City. This study uses a quantitative method and a sample size of 100 respondents. The data obtained was then processed using the SPSS application. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are as follows: Equation Y = 2.836 + 0.264 X1 + 0.210 X2 + 0.519 X3 + 1.610. This describes a positive regression direction, meaning that the variables of Price, Ease of Use, and Promotion have a positive effect on Consumer Decisions in Using GrabFood (Y) in Bengkulu City. The coefficient of determination value from R square is 0.866. This means that the values of Price (x1), Ease of Use (x2), and Promotion (x3) affect Consumer Decisions in Using GrabFood (Y) by 86.6%, while the remaining 13.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The t-test results show that the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value of 1.984. The f test results show that the significant F value is less than 0.05 and the F count is greater than the F table, namely 46.215 > 2.70, so the variables of Price (x1), Ease of Use (x2), and Promotion (x3) have a significant effect on Consumer Decisions in Using GrabFood (Y) in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of TikTok Affiliate Content Marketing and Online Customer Reviews on purchase intention among students in Bengkulu who use TikTok E-commerce. This associative quantitative study involves 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS version 25. The findings show that both Content Marketing (X₁) and Online Customer Reviews (X₂) significantly affect Purchase Intention (Y) both partially and simultaneously. This is indicated by t-values of 6.109 and 9.103 respectively, exceeding the t-table value of 1.976, and an F-value of 222.368 > 3.91 at a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.752, meaning 75.2% of purchase intention variation is explained by these two variables. This suggests that stronger content marketing and positive online reviews significantly enhance consumers’ purchase intentions on TikTok Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of village government accountability and transparency on community participation in village infrastructure development. The background of this research lies in the importance of implementing good governance principles at the village level, particularly in ensuring transparent and accountable management of village funds to encourage active community involvement. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents in Pulau Kemuning Village, Sungai Are District, in 2025. The independent variables are accountability (X₁) and transparency (X₂), while the dependent variable is community participation (Y). The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that, partially, accountability has a positive and significant effect on community participation, with a t-value of 8.400 > 1.997 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Similarly, transparency also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 3.732 > 2.447 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant effect on community participation, as indicated by an F-value of 145.896 > 3.10 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.770, meaning that 77% of the variation in community participation is explained by accountability and transparency. These findings indicate that enhancing accountability and transparency in managing village finances and development activities strengthens public trust and encourages more active community participation in village infrastructure development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of employer branding, salary, and work-life balance on Gen Z's interest in applying at Alfamart modern retail stores. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research. This research was conducted in Bengkulu City. The sample in this study was 100 Gen Z individuals who were looking for work and applying for positions at Alfamart. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence between employer branding on Gen Z's interest in applying for work at Alfamart with a t-value of 2.100 greater than the t-table of 1.66088 with a significance of 0.038 <0.05. Salary also influenced Gen Z's interest in applying for work at Alfamart with a t-value of 3.083> t-table of 1.66088 and a significance of 0.003 <0.05. In addition, there was a significant influence of work-life balance on Gen Z's interest in applying for work at Alfamart with a t-value of 2.717> t-table of 1.66088 with a significance of 0.008 <0.05. Simultaneously, there was an influence of employer branding, salary, and work-life balance simultaneously on Gen Z's interest in applying for work at Alfamart with an F-value of 19.064> F-table of 2.70 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The R-square value of 0.373 indicates that 37.3% of the variation in job application interest is explained by employer branding, salary, and work-life balance, while the remaining 62.7% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, semangat kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara sendiri-sendiri dan secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Lahat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Uji kualitas data dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji normalitas. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik dengan rumus regresi berganda, uji parsial uji simultan dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis dan perhitungan didapat bahwa Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Lahat. Semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Lahat. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Lahat. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Lahat. Pengalaman kerja, semangat kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Lahat
