Abstract

Storytelling is a strategic approach in organizational communication that not only conveys information but also builds meaning, emotion, and collective culture. However, the use of storytelling by corporate leaders in business presentations within the manufacturing sector remains underexplored, especially in local contexts such as Garut Regency. This study aims to examine how storytelling techniques are applied by leaders of PT Changshin Reksa Jaya to deliver strategic messages both internally and externally. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method through a literature study approach, drawing upon company documentation and local academic references. The findings reveal that storytelling is utilized in three key areas: safety and motivation training (HSE), performance evaluation, and external corporate communication. Narratives are used to embed workplace safety values, foster team solidarity, and build a positive public image. The practical implication suggests that storytelling strengthens organizational culture and promotes participatory relationships with stakeholders. Theoretically, these findings reinforce the relevance of symbolic communication and narrative approaches in the context of local business communication.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational agility on business growth and to examine the moderating role of organizational health in that relationship at PT Syntax Corporation Indonesia, a digital talent development company operating in Indonesia's rapidly evolving knowledge economy. Using a quantitative associative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 85 respondents consisting of managers and operational staff and analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings reveal that organizational agility has a positive and significant effect on business growth (?=0.487; p=0.000), and that organizational health significantly moderates this relationship (?=0.218; p=0.031; ?R²=0.159), strengthening the impact of agility on business growth. These results imply that organizations must simultaneously invest in both agility capabilities and organizational health as integrated strategic priorities, rather than treating them as separate management agendas. This study contributes to the literature by providing the first empirical evidence of organizational health as a positive moderator of the agility–business growth relationship within Indonesia's digital talent development sector, extending contingency theory to knowledge-based organizational contexts.

Abstract

This study examines innovative strategies in Arabic language teaching and their role in enhancing students’ communicative competence in higher education. The research was conducted at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Kuningan, Indonesia, using a qualitative case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observation, and document analysis involving Arabic language lecturers, students, and academic stakeholders. The findings indicate that innovative Arabic teaching is reflected in five major aspects: communicative teaching orientation, task-based and collaborative learning, digital media integration, affective support for students’ willingness to communicate, and institutional support for pedagogical transformation. The study shows that communicative competence can be strengthened when Arabic learning moves beyond grammar-translation practices and provides students with meaningful opportunities to use Arabic in interaction, discussion, presentation, and contextual tasks. Digital media and mobile learning resources also support vocabulary acquisition, listening exposure, independent practice, and student engagement, although their effectiveness depends on lecturer readiness and pedagogical integration. The study concludes that innovative Arabic language teaching requires an integrated learning ecosystem involving curriculum alignment, lecturer facilitation, interactive methods, digital resources, communicative assessment, and institutional commitment. These findings contribute to the development of Arabic language pedagogy in Islamic higher education and offer practical implications for improving communicative Arabic instruction in Indonesian higher education contexts.

Abstract

Environmental monitoring in oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) cultivation is still predominantly conducted manually, limiting rapid responses to environmental changes and reducing operational efficiency. This study aimed to develop and evaluate a real-time web-based dashboard capable of monitoring air quality (CO?) and light intensity in oyster mushroom cultivation environments using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system employed a three-layer architecture consisting of NodeMCU ESP32 sensor devices integrated with MQ135 and BH1750 sensors, an API-based communication and database layer, and a web-based visualization interface. System performance was evaluated through response-time testing, sensor accuracy assessment, and usability evaluation involving cultivation operators. The results demonstrated that the dashboard achieved low-latency visualization with an average response time of approximately 1.1 seconds, while sensor accuracy exceeded 98% for both CO? and light intensity measurements. Usability testing also indicated that the dashboard interface effectively supported environmental monitoring and operational decision-making. The study contributes theoretically to precision agriculture literature by integrating real-time environmental monitoring with user-centered visualization design and contributes practically by providing a scalable monitoring framework for smart mushroom cultivation systems. These findings indicate that web-based real-time dashboards can enhance operational efficiency, environmental awareness, and data-driven decision-making in precision agriculture.
