Abstract

Particularly in the field of intellectual property (IPR) law, the incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) into contemporary legal and institutional frameworks offers both unprecedented opportunities and formidable obstacles. This essay examines how, to address the consequences of AI-driven innovation, institutional and legal reforms must evolve in tandem. The paper assesses the interplay between AI technologies and IPR systems by examining three key perspectives: institutional coherence, legal adaptability, and technological determinism. To ensure a fair and balanced approach to intellectual property in the AI era, the study emphasizes the need for proactive governance, flexible legal standards, and a cohesive institutional framework. A framework for coordinating institutional and legal reforms that can support rapid technological progress while upholding fundamental notions of fairness and creativity is suggested in the study’s conclusion.

Abstract

The digital transformation of village MSMEs is an important agenda in encouraging economic equity and strengthening local independence. This article aims to design a participatory-based MSME digitization strategy in Terik Village, Krian, Sidoarjo, by exploring the needs, obstacles, and potential of local business actors. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with phenomenological methods, data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The results of the study show that low digital literacy and lack of access to training are the main obstacles, but the active involvement of MSME actors in strategic planning increases their motivation and readiness to adopt technology. These findings contribute to the theory of community empowerment and technology acceptance and offer contextual and sustainable models of intervention. This study recommends the application of a participatory approach in the digital empowerment program of village MSMEs as well as the development of follow-up studies to enrich understanding of the phenomenon of community-based digital transformation

Abstract

TStrengthening the digital capacity of tourism villages is a strategic need in increasing the competitiveness of local tourism in the digital era. This article aims to formulate a participatory digital branding strategy and local innovation in Banyuwangi tourism villages. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a participatory method, data was collected through interviews, FGDs, and direct observation of tourism village actors, Pokdarwis, and local MSME actors. The results show that digital training and mentoring have succeeded in improving the community's ability to create promotional content, compile cultural narratives, and manage village social media independently. This strategy contributes to the theory of community empowerment and locally-based tourism, as well as opens up space for model replication for other tourist villages. The conclusion of this activity emphasizes the importance of synergy between technology, culture, and community participation in building strong village tourism destination branding.

Abstract

This research aims to explore social and institutional dynamics in the implementation of digital village service applications as part of the Smart Village program in South Arut District, Central Kalimantan. The phenomenon studied focuses on the readiness of village apparatus, changes in administrative culture, community response, as well as local obstacles and adaptation in facing digital transformation. This study uses a qualitative approach of the case study type to understand the process, meaning, and experiences of the perpetrators in depth. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with village officials, community leaders, and residents, participatory observation during training and implementation activities, and documentation from service archives and village reports. The results of the study identified four main themes, namely: (1) the readiness and challenges of village apparatus in technology adoption, (2) the transformation of administrative work culture from manual to digital systems, (3) diverse community responses and participation, and (4) technical barriers such as limited internet networks and locally developed collaborative solutions. These findings suggest that the success of the digitization of village services depends not only on technology, but also on local social, cultural, and institutional readiness. This research contributes to the development of literature on village digitalization, especially in non-urban areas, and presents practical implications for policymakers and implementers of Smart Village programs. The study also recommends the need for long-term mentoring and community-based approaches to ensure the sustainability of digital innovation at the village level.

Abstract

The revitalization of religious tourism in the local culture-based area requires an adaptive approach to technological developments and the preferences of the digital generation. This article aims to increase the capacity of the community in managing religious tourism in Lamongan through digital literacy and the preparation of the archipelago's Islamic cultural narrative. Using a qualitative approach with participatory observation methods, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD), this activity involved local tourism actors, MSME actors, and cultural leaders in training in digital content creation and strengthening local cultural identity. The results of the activity show a significant increase in people's digital skills and the creation of cultural narratives that can be published online. These findings contribute to community empowerment and strengthening the theory of cultural communication in the context of tourism promotion. In conclusion, digital literacy and local cultural narratives are strategic instruments in strengthening the attraction of religious tourism. Further research is recommended to evaluate the long-term effectiveness of this program in increasing tourism visits and cultural preservation.

Abstract

Lambangan Village has great potential in the development of innovative villages based on MSMEs, creative economy, and recycling. This article aims to explore community service outcomes that integrate local potential with digital technology and community empowerment. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a participatory approach, through interviews, observations, and FGDs. The results show a significant increase in MSME digital skills, citizen participation, and the emergence of village icons based on recycled works. This research contributes to the development of a sustainable village model based on local assets. The findings also show the importance of cross-sector collaboration in building a creative village ecosystem. Further research is recommended to expand the scope of the area and use the triangulative method.

Abstract

Community empowerment is an important key to sustainable development, especially in urban-coastal areas that face economic and environmental challenges. This study aims to analyze community empowerment strategies through the development of environment-based MSMEs in Bulak Banteng Village, Surabaya. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, participatory observation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD), this study explores changes in the perception and practice of MSME actors towards environmental issues. The results show that the direct involvement of the community in the empowerment process is able to increase awareness of sustainable business practices and encourage the adoption of environmentally friendly business principles, although still on a small scale. This research contributes to strengthening the theory of community empowerment and green entrepreneurship, as well as offering an effective collaborative approach to the development of MSMEs at the local level. These findings recommend the integration of environmental training and business assistance as a sustainable community empowerment strategy in the future.

Abstract

Ruas Jalan Tulangan – Kludan termasuk jalan kolektor primer yang menghubungkan dari Desa Kenongo, Kecamatan Tulangan ke Desa Kludan, Kecamatan Kludan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Kondisi eksisting jalan ini menggunakan perkerasan lentur (flexible pavement) dengan 2 jalur 2 arah, lebar jalan rata - rata 7 meter dan panjang total ruas jalan 6,10 kilometer. Terdapat beberapa titik kerusakan pada permukaan jalan. Maka pada artikel ini dilakukan perencanaan jalan rigid pavement dengan umur rencana 40 tahun. Metode yang digunakan Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2024. Bedasarkan data CBR nilai karakteristik 90% di dapatkan nilai CBR 34%. Perlengkapan jalan meliputi PJU, marka jalan raya serta rambu – rambu lalu lintas. Dari hasil didapatkan 280 mm, lantai kerja 150 mm dengan bahu jalan berupa perkerasan kaku dengan tebal 350 mm dengan lapis pondasi agregat A dan 150 mm beton struktur Fc’ 20 Mpa. Pada perencanaan geometri jalan alinyemen horizontal diperoleh 8 lengkung spiral – Circle – Spiral. Pada perlengkapan jalan diperoleh 79 titik dan penerangan jalan umum Tunggal 165 titik

Abstract

SMK PGRI 1 Ngawi menghadapi tantangan dalam peningkatan keterampilan siswa khususnya dalam pemanfaatan perangkat lunak di bidang desain konstruksi. Terbatasnya fasilitas serta kurangnya pelatihan penggunaan perangkat berbasis digital, merupakan tantangan dalam mempersiapkan lulusan menghadapi industri konstruksi modern. Melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berjudul “Pelatihan Desain Building Information Modelling (BIM) dengan Perangkat Lunak Autodesk Revit bagi Guru dan Siswa,” tim dosen Universitas Negeri Surabaya memberikan pelatihan intensif yang mencakup pembuatan gambar portal, pondasi, serta penulangannya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan metode presentasi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung, pre-test, post-test, serta latihan mandiri berupa tugas desain sederhana untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta. Rata-rata nilai pre-test peserta adalah 64 dengan nilai tertinggi 68, sedangkan rata-rata nilai post-test meningkat menjadi 84 dengan nilai tertinggi mencapai 100. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Peserta memberikan umpan balik positif pada setiap indikator penilaian yang mencakup relevansi materi, kejelasan penyampaian, kesesuaian durasi pelaksanaan, kemanfaatan pelatihan, kemudahan mengikuti kegiatan, penambahan pengetahuan/keterampilan, dan kepuasan kegiatan secara keseluruhan. Hasil ringkasan menunjukkan bahwa PKM dinilai berhasil dan relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Desain Bangunan, Desain Struktur, BIM, Autodesk Revit
