Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between infrastructure management and principal leadership with the quality of learning at SMP IT Bina Adzkia. This is a quantitative study using a correlational method. The population and sample consisted of 30 teachers selected using total sampling. Data were collected using closed-ended questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique employed multiple correlation analysis along with partial and simultaneous significance tests. The results show a positive and significant relationship between infrastructure management and learning quality, as well as between principal leadership and learning quality. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant relationship with the quality of learning. These findings indicate that better infrastructure management and school leadership are associated with improved learning quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of teachers' teaching styles and peer roles on students' learning motivation at MA Subono Mantofani. Learning motivation is a crucial element in achieving academic success and is influenced by various environmental factors, including interactions with teachers and peers. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative type of study. The sample consisted of 31 students selected using a random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 16.0. The partial test results showed that the significance value of the teaching style variable was 0.059, and the peer role variable was 0.062, both exceeding the 0.05 threshold, indicating no significant individual effect on learning motivation. However, the simultaneous test showed a significance value of 0.003 (< 0.05), meaning that teaching styles and peer roles together have a significant effect on students' learning motivation. These findings emphasize that the combined influence of teacher and peer interactions plays a vital role in shaping students' motivation to learn

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on teacher performance at MI Assa’adatuddarain I Pamulang. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population consisted of 40 teachers, and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling, meaning the entire population was used as the sample. Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire with a Likert scale, which had been previously tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, including partial tests (t-tests), simultaneous tests (F-tests), and classical assumption tests. The results showed that partially, compensation did not have a significant effect on teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.860 (> 0.05). Meanwhile, the work environment had a significant effect on teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.003 (< 0.05). Simultaneously, compensation and the work environment together had a significant effect on teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05). The implication of this research highlights the importance of creating a supportive work environment as a strategy for improving teacher performance. These findings can serve as a basis for education management policy-making that focuses on the comprehensive development of human resources.
