Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi serta gaya kepemimpinan perempuan dalam membentuk budaya perusahaan di PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Fokus utama adalah memahami bagaimana para pemimpin perempuan di perusahaan ini menggunakan strategi komunikasi untuk membentuk budaya kerja yang inklusif dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap tiga narasumber utama dari PT Semen Indonesia yaitu Novi Maryanti, Corporate Communication Manager; Oktoria Masniari M, GM of Research & Development; dan Danica Johanna Silahooy, SM of Multimedia & Corporate Event. Hasil wawancara digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi komunikasi dan gaya kepemimpinan perempuan yang efektif dalam membentuk budaya perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe rhetorical war in Islam Nusantara. Islam Nusantara is an assimilation of cultures that occured in Indonesia since Islam came to the archipelago. But in a text production in social media, lots of pros and cons are re­ garding to the practice of cultural assimilation with Islamic values. The text of among one another in their argumentation has been like being at war to persuade the reader. The author uses a qualitative methodology to analyze the rhetoric about the texts. The result showed that the text of the war occurred because of differences in perspective created by the structure of the Islamic organizations in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of digital technology especially in the field of communication, which is growing rapidly has changed the media environment. The newly implemented national digital broadcasting system in Indonesia will also change viewing patterns and audience habits. Aim this study to explain how to audience perceived after switch from analog to digital in broadcasting media. Starting  Analog Switch Off (AS0) national broadcasting system with migration process from analog to digital going on November 2nd, 2022.  A Long journey to forward to digitalization until governemt policy decided UU Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law on November 22nd, 2020 as legal based for apllied digitalization on broadcasting in Indonesia. This research used Qualitative method with Fenomenology, and the results is positively respond from audiences because with digitalization on broadcasting has more clearly and sharper picture (visual) and audio better than analog.

Abstract

Majelis Ulama Indonesia melalui LPPOM MUI dan Komisi Fatwa telah berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk memberikan jaminan makanan halal bagi konsumen muslim melalui instrumen sertifikasi halal merupakan fatwa tertulis MUI yang menyatakan kehalalan suatu produk sesuai syariat Islam. Metode penelitian ini berupa pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunka teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawan cara serta observasi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran sertifikat halal yang terdapat dalam produk sikat gigi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya asumsi dari masyarakat bahwa terdapat campuran bulu babi pada produk sikat gigi. Harapan ke depannya dalam dunia bisnis dengan pencantuman label halal akan terciptanya prilaku bisnis yang santun, yang concern terhadap nilai-nilai sosial dan spiritual disamping nilai-nilai profit. Sebagai pengemban nilai-nilai sosial, label halal mustilah mampu memberikan perlindungan terhadap konsumen baik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan, kenyamanan dalam mengkonsumsi, cita-rasa, keselamatan baik jasmaniah maupun ruhaniah dan nilai perlindungan hukum (jaminan halal), sehingga masyarakat lebih percaya. Kata Kunci: Spalisasi Sertifkat Halal, Sikat Gigi, Persfektif Ekonomi Politik Komunikasi

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the shape of the narrative in the film, and determine the forms of intercultural communication in the film. This research deepens the characters in the film and their functions, so that it becomes a single unit. The framework of this study starts from mass communication, film as mass communication, cultural studies, narrative analysis, and intercultural communication. This study uses narrative analysis as a research method. The data obtained by capturing the scene, and from dialogues that occurred in the film. This film is one of Indonesian films that promote social functions for the community. After the study was conducted, it was found that communication between people, and between cultures must be understood between each other, so as to minimize cultural misunderstandings and establish good communication will make Indonesia better nation, and maintain our own cultural face.

Abstract

The development of the times was followed by the development of technology and forms of communication at this time. Social media is emerging as a new media platform in various fields, including politics. Beginner voters are new voters who are involved in political activities and who use social media for various activities related to their politics. Starting from looking for information to opening a discussion. Beginner voters who are still in the category of teenagers today cannot be separated from the presence of social media, so social media has a big influence on their political participation. The researcher tries to analyze the phenomenon of social media and political participation for beginner voters. This study uses qualitative methods, by conducting interviews to obtain data. The results of this study are that social media provides space for beginner voters to express themselves and create their identity, without having to reveal their real identity or be anonymous, and it provides new connections and social groups to open up new voters' views on politics without any boundaries.

Abstract

Management of decision making regarding consumer complaints has a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building the company's reputation, especially in the car care industry. PT Rianti Chemindo Perkasa, as a company engaged in the production of automotive and industrial chemical products, shows the importance of a holistic and responsive approach to every consumer complaint. This research aims to analyze decision-making management practices regarding consumer complaints at PT Rianti Chemindo Perkasa in the context of car maintenance. The main focus of the research is to understand the approach used by the company, its impact on customer satisfaction, and how these decisions can improve the quality of the company's services. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with case studies as the main method. Data was collected through interviews with managers of PT Rianti Chemindo Perkasa, direct observation of management decision-making practices, and analysis of related documents, such as records of complaints and decisions taken. The research results show that PT Rianti Chemindo Perkasa applies a collaborative approach in managing consumer complaints. Decisions are taken jointly involving various departments, such as admin, purchasing and management. Fast and effective response is the main focus, treating every complaint as an opportunity to improve service quality and build strong relationships with customers.

Abstract

The label for “new man” that developed after the phenomenon of metrosexual in the 2000s has been obsolete todays due to the emergence of its new term “gentrosexual”. Gentrosexual derived from the word gentleman and metrosexual. Men todays believe that their self-actualization were not only seen from their appearance or treatment. Thus, the gentrosexual men genre revealed by realizing their roles to the gender issues, but that did not leave the traditional values such as behavior, marriage and loyalty. The research based on an article in a FHM UK magazine, which was also published in its Indonesian edition about the gentrosexual man genre that became a new phenomenon among urban men. FHM Indonesia believed that the gentrosexual character has been experienced by most urban men readers. This issue is interesting to study because of the conceptual shift of man associated with their role in society. Shifting this concept can be associated with the same or different cultures and values that they have so far. This study aims to understand how readers interpret gentrosexual characters in FHM Magazine Indonesia. This research is a qualitative descriptive using reception theory. Stuart Hall states that the reader is an active audience who has a preferred reading of media texts. Hall then mentions three readings performed by the code reader that is dominant, negotiation, and opposition. Convenience sampling was used to select a sample with the criteria that have been set. The primary data obtained by in-depth interviews were then analyzed with a coding technique. While the secondary data obtained by the study of documents and literature.

Abstract

In this era of disruption or digital, various information can be accessed and read widely by anyone connected to the internet, encompassing conflict news in a Country in any part of the world. Unfortunately hoax or fake news is also rampant in cyberspace (online) including appearing in news portals. The assessment of a news story containing hoax information can be seen from several principles of assessment, most fundamentally the inaccuracy in preaching an issue (5W+H: Journalism pattern) in this context is the Kashmir conflict. This has the potential to disrupt mutual harmony, between citizens and between countries because it is charged with humanitarian values or sensitive matters such as religion and belief. The clearest implication is that hoax or fake news can create polarization among the public. Often it seems that some people believe that the hoax is true or does not contain lies, this is what is called as post-truth era. Based on this research the article was created with the aim of finding out if the news hoax kashmir conflict also appeared in the news portal. If so, how and why does the news appear on the news portal. Subsequently, this research article using qualitative research approaches and methods, collecting data online document studies that are news on news portals. The selected case is an identified report containing lies about the Kashmir conflict in the period 2019 – 2020. In sum, based on the data of this study concluded that news portals also do not escape the news hoax, with a variety of news. This happens allegedly to harness the momentum of the conflict in an attempt to attract readers. This is believed to have the potential to greatly polarize public opinion about the Kashmir conflict.

Abstract

This study aims to determine interpersonal communication between the leadership and employees of Waroeng Noesantara to maintain customer loyalty because, with customer loyalty, the product will continue to be sold, and it is assumed that it can be recommended to other consumers to add new customers. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Primary data collection was carried out by interviewing key CEO informants, manager on duty support informants, baristas and cashiers, social media administrators, baristas, and three customers, while secondary data collection was carried out by observation and literature study. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model, namely an interactive model with data reduction stages, data presentation, conclusions, and verification data. Testing the validity of the data using source triangulation and technique triangulation the results of the study show that interpersonal communication between leaders and employees is effective so that it has an impact on the ability to provide quality service to customers so that customer loyalty is maintained. Recommendations from researchers suggest that there is an increase in responsiveness in service at the cashier.
