Abstract

The optimization of information system management in the tape industry through the development of Way Finding in Banjarsari Village aims to enhance operational efficiency and visitor experience. This program integrates wayfinding technology with the information system to provide accurate and interactive navigation guidance in the tape industry area. The methods used include the development of a digital wayfinding application, technical training for industry managers, and evaluation of system effectiveness through user feedback. The results indicate increased visitor satisfaction and more efficient management. The implementation of this optimized information system is expected to support the development of a more modern and attractive tape industry in Banjarsari Village.

Abstract

The culinary innovation for children in Banjarsari Village through the development of Tape Mochi products suitable for downstreaming aims to enhance the appeal and added value of local products. This program combines traditional and modern methods in creating Tape Mochi, an innovative product that integrates tape as the main ingredient with the child-friendly texture of mochi. Methods include recipe research and development, product trials, technical training for producers, and evaluation through consumer feedback. Results indicate increased interest and satisfaction among consumers regarding Tape Mochi. The implementation of this product is expected to support local culinary diversification, boost the village economy, and introduce children to traditional foods in an engaging manner.

Abstract

The development of cultural educational asset flashcards based on Augmented Reality (AR) for art and culture learning at TK Laboratorium aims to enhance children's interest and understanding of local arts and culture. This program integrates AR technology with educational flashcards to create an interactive and engaging learning experience. Methods include the design and development of AR flashcards, technical training for teachers, and effectiveness evaluation through user feedback. Results show a significant increase in children's engagement and understanding of art and cultural materials. The implementation of this program is expected to support the development of innovative and effective art and culture learning at the early childhood education level.

Abstract

Accelerating human resource capabilities as an effort to diversify flagship products of the Tape Industry Center in Banjarsari Village through Pancake Tape production training aims to enhance local producers' skills and knowledge in developing new products. This program involves technical training and recipe development for Pancake Tape, integrating tape as the main ingredient with modern pancake-making techniques. Methods include workshops, live demonstrations, and production outcome evaluations. Results indicate a significant improvement in production skills and innovation capabilities of local producers. The implementation of this program is expected to support product diversification, increase competitiveness, and expand the market of the Tape Industry Center in Banjarsari Village.

Abstract

The development of miniature design of tempe production activities as a flagship souvenir for Sanan Tempe Industry Village aims to enhance tourism appeal and local economic value. This program integrates cultural elements and tempe production processes into educational and aesthetic miniatures. Methods include design research, prototype creation, technical training for local craftsmen, and product evaluation through tourist feedback. Results show a significant increase in tourist interest and satisfaction with tempe miniatures. The implementation of this program is expected to support local cultural promotion and strengthen the economy of Sanan Tempe Industry Village.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of quality, equity and celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions for Maybelline cosmetic products . The method used in this research is to use a quantitative method, which means a form of data in the form of numbers. The results state that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. It can be interpreted that the better and better the quality of a product, the more interested consumers will be in deciding to buy Maybelline cosmetic products. Brand equity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. It can be interpreted that the better the level of equity of a product, the more interested consumers will be in deciding to buy Maybelline cosmetic products. Celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. It can be interpreted that the better and more attractive the advertisement being promoted, the more interested consumers will be in deciding to buy Maybelline cosmetic products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employer branding, corporate reputation, social media information, and corporate social responsibility on the intention to apply for jobs among millennials and Generation Z in Surakarta. The approach used in this study is quantitative, employing a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who meet the criteria. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that employer branding, corporate reputation, social media information, and corporate social responsibility have a positive and significant influence on the intention to apply for jobs. Employer branding and corporate reputation enhance the company's attractiveness to potential job applicants. Information disseminated through social media also plays a crucial role in attracting application interest. Additionally, corporate social responsibility conducted by the company positively impacts the perception of potential employees. This study implies that companies need to pay attention to branding strategies, maintain their reputation, utilize social media, and enhance social responsibility to attract job application interest from millennials and Generation Z.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of the Indonesian Accountant Code of Ethics in guiding the behavior and decisions of accountants, with a focus on the values of integrity, objectivity, competence, and professional behavior. Through a literature review approach, this research method details various relevant data, such as theories, books, articles, and documents related to the ethics of the accounting profession. The results of qualitative analysis indicate that the Indonesian Accountant Code of Ethics, issued by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI), serves not only as a set of regulations but also as a commitment to building a strong and trustworthy accountant character. Furthermore, the research illustrates the positive impact of ethics and religiosity in shaping the accountant's character, where a deep understanding of moral and ethical values forms a solid foundation for facing ethical dilemmas. Students are identified as key change agents in shaping the future of the accounting profession by understanding the norms and code of ethics of Indonesian accountants. The research's conclusion highlights the need for integrating ethical values, religiosity, and cultural understanding into accounting education to shape students who are not only technically competent but also have high character and integrity. Thus, this research contributes to understanding ethical factors in the accounting profession and emphasizes the importance of holistic education in shaping a more ethical and reliable future accounting profession.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Islamic economic concepts in community empowerment at DWH Bilebante. Through a qualitative approach, the research identifies that DWH Bilebante integrates values such as divinity, prophethood, governance, justice, and accountability in their efforts to enhance economic and social well-being of the community. These concepts not only emphasize fairness in the distribution of resources and opportunities but also promote honesty, transparency, and responsibility in economic activities. The study demonstrates that this approach successfully creates a balanced environment between material gain and spiritual well-being, fostering economically and socially resilient communities.

Abstract

Teacher Job Satisfaction has a crucial role in improving the quality of education in schools, and internal factors such as effective leadership, high motivation and good work discipline have been identified as important elements in creating a conducive work environment. This research aims to explore the extent to which leadership, motivation and work discipline influence the level of teacher job satisfaction at SMP Negeri 17 North Balikpapan. By identifying the relationship between these variables, this research also aims to provide relevant recommendations for the development of human resource management policies in these schools. The research uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods through questionnaires. The sample consisted of 35 teachers at SMP Negeri 17 North Balikpapan, who were selected using non-probability techniques. The collected data is analyzed using statistical techniques such as regression to test the proposed hypotheses. The software used in this research uses smartPls. The research results show that leadership has a positive but not significant influence on teacher job satisfaction. Motivation is proven to have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, while work discipline also has a positive influence on teacher job satisfaction. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence teacher job satisfaction at SMP Negeri 17 North Balikpapan, as well as practical implications for the development of human resource management in schools.
