Abstract

The contribution of the tourism sector to the Indonesian economy is very large. In 2022 the tourism sector will contribute to the country's GDP (Gross Domestic Product) by 4.3 percent or IDR 842,303.16 billion (BPS, 2022). Tourists have an important role in the tourism industry. Tourist visits make tourism destinations come alive by spending money and participating in the activities offered (Hanif, et al. 2016). A tourist destination has different marketing implementations to attract tourist interest (Junaedi, et al. 2021) The tourism promotion strategy that has been carried out by Keling Rural Tourism uses a marketing public relations strategy to attract tourists. One of the functions of public relations is the deliberate dissemination of information with planning and management in it (Satria and Hidriani, 2021). This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. In this research, the data collection method uses interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted by determining key informants. Because key informants are considered to be the informants who know and understand all the information needed to conduct research (Sugiyono, 2018). ). The data analysis technique is carried out by reviewing all data obtained through interviews and observations. Then the author carries out reduction by writing a summary and sorting the data according to its categories. The data that has been sorted is then presented with descriptive analysis and finally conclusions are drawn. The results of the research show that the implementation of Pull Marketing Public Relations in Keling Rural Tourism in increasing tourist visits has made various efforts including social media activation, digital media publications, promotions, events and the use of banners. Of the five efforts to use banners, the implementation is the most inappropriate, while events are the implementation that is most capable of attracting tourist visits. Further research needs to be carried out, such as focusing on the management of the Keling Rural Tourism

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the key drivers of customer loyalty, both for products and services. This study investigates the influence of service quality, brand image, and cost on customer satisfaction, as well as whether customer satisfaction serves as an effective mediator. The research surveyed general patients of Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method with specific considerations, resulting in 154 respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings indicate that service quality, brand image, and cost contribute positively to customer satisfaction. The study also confirms that customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between service quality, brand image, and cost with customer loyalty. This research contributes to understanding operational management by applying the framework of service quality, brand image, and cost in the context of healthcare service providers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity on luxury brand purchase intentions among working women in Banda Aceh and explore the role of brand addiction as a moderating variable. Data was obtained from 95 respondents who met the criteria and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with PLS. The results show that religiosity has a negative but not significant influence on luxury brand purchase intentions. However, when brand addiction is used as a moderating variable, religiosity has a positive and significant influence on luxury brand purchase intention. This indicates that brand addiction can strengthen the relationship between religiosity and purchase intention. This shows that women with religious tendencies but experiencing brand addiction tend to still have the intention to purchase luxury products. These findings imply that although religiosity typically decreases luxury brand purchase intentions, brand addiction may alter this effect, encouraging religious consumers to participate in luxury brand consumption. Practical implications of these results include understanding that psychological factors such as brand addiction are capable of influencing purchasing decisions despite religious norms and beliefs. This research recommends further exploration of other factors that may play a role, such as social status and peer influence, to gain deeper insight into consumer behavior in the social and cultural environment of Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Yayu Al's UMKM is a cake shop that sells various types of karawo cakes. As the culinary industry in Gorontalo develops, the competition in this sector is getting tougher, especially for karawo cakes. Therefore, creativity is needed for the company to survive and be at the forefront of its field. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the optimal amount of production to get maximum profit. The research method used is mixed methods using observation and interview approaches, and data analysis using linear programs and mathway applications. The results obtained are that UMKM Karawo Yayu Al Cake can use linear programs with the help of graphs from Mathway application for decision making. The calculation results show that the Tulip Chocolate Karawo Cake has the highest production capacity, which is 6,600, with a significant potential contribution to UMKM.

Abstract

One of the things that can increase Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is employee job satisfaction. This study investigates the effect of employee empowerment and teamwork on employee satisfaction. It also investigates whether employee satisfaction is a good mediator. This study surveyed employees at PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda. Using saturated sampling method, 96 employees were surveyed. Data was then analysed using Structural Equation Modelling. The findings show that employee empowerment and teamwork contribute positively to employee satisfaction. The study also proved that employee satisfaction mediates the relationship of employee empowerment and teamwork to OCB. This study contributes to understanding employee behaviour using the framework of employee satisfaction and OCB in PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda, which can also be applied to other public companies

Abstract

The application of ergonomics in the work environment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has an important role in increasing worker productivity, health and comfort. This research focuses on the MSME Zo'Ellen Sagela which produces a typical Gorontalo food, mashed sagela, and aims to examine the application of ergonomics in the production process. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation and interviews. The research results show that an unergonomic work environment can cause physical complaints such as fatigue and work injuries, as well as reduce productivity. The application of ergonomic principles, such as adjusting work posture, arranging work tools, and efficient layout, can increase comfort and efficiency of the production process. Implementing proper ergonomics not only improves worker welfare, but also provides long-term benefits for business sustainability. Thus, the integration of ergonomics in the MSME work environment is a strategic step in creating a healthy, safe and productive work environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence simultaneously (simultaneously) and partially of incentive variables, work environment, discipline and leadership style on employee performance at the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study were 53 employees who worked at the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center. The sampling technique used in this research was a census technique with a sample size of 53 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that incentives, work environment, discipline and leadership style partially and significantly influence employee performance at the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center. The advice from this research is that the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center continues to improve incentives, work environment, discipline and existing leadership styles, so that employee performance will increase and be better than before.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the direct effects of financial compensation, transformational leadership, and preventative discipline on employee performance at PT. Xx. Both primary and secondary data are used in this kind of quantitative study. With a total of 120 employees, the researcher employed saturation sampling, a non-probability sampling approach. A Likert scale, with a range of 1 to 5, was used to measure the data gathering strategy in this study. Data was gathered through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The study's findings demonstrates that employee performance is directly impacted by transformational leadership. Employee performance is directly impacted by preventive discipline. Employee performance is directly impacted by transformational leadership. Employee performance is directly impacted by financial pay.

Abstract

Hoarding in Islam is known as ihtikar, meaning hoarding behavior, which is one part of monopolistic practices. This hoarding behavior hurts the supply of goods in the market, so it can cause instability in the availability of goods and demand for goods and can result in market distortions. This research uses normative juridical, with a qualitative approach based on library research. Many business actors conduct monopolies by setting higher prices; according to business law in Indonesia, such monopolistic practices are strictly prohibited. In Islamic law, monopoly is allowed under restrictions and provisions based on the Koran and Hadith. Monopolies are permitted as long as they do not carry out hoarding (Ihtikar), especially goods that become staple foodstuffs or are related to the livelihood of many people. The role of government is to control monopolies and maintain stability by making regulations and direct intervention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the environmental impact on used goods business activities in Pagar Dewa Village, Bengkulu City, by referring to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) regulations from an Islamic economic perspective. This study specifically uses the maslahah murrasa approach in fiqh rules as the main analytical framework. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. The research results show that there are a number of problems related to the responsibility of second-hand goods entrepreneurs towards environmental aspects. Entrepreneurs in the area are known to set up businesses in residential areas, which results in air and environmental pollution. This pollution has a direct impact on the surrounding community, which experiences continuous disturbances in the form of unpleasant odors. Until now, no concrete solution has been found by entrepreneurs to overcome this problem. In a review of Islamic economics, it was found that business actors have not fully complied with Islamic principles regarding environmental management and preservation. Based on the analysis of natural resources and the environment from an Islamic perspective, the Al-Istislah concept and the approach to the basic objectives of Islamic law (Maqasid al-Syari'ah) should be the main guidelines for business actors in maintaining a balance between economic benefits and environmental preservation.
