Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has influenced marketing strategies, including the use of social media marketing (SMM) and content marketing (CM) to enhance consumer buying interest. This study aims to analyze the impact of SMM and CM on the buying interest of Instagram followers of MBD Kontraktor. Using a descriptive quantitative method, the study involved 208 active Instagram followers. Data were collected through online questionnaires, documentation studies, and direct observation. The results show that SMM has a positive and significant impact on buying interest. This is evident from active interaction strategies, relevant information, and creative content delivered through social media. CM also significantly influences buying interest, characterized by relevant, informative, easily understood, and consistent content. Both strategies, when combined, exhibit a stronger positive impact, confirming that the synergy of SMM and CM effectively attracts consumer interest. This study contributes to the academic literature on digital marketing and offers practical guidance for companies to improve their marketing strategies. Based on these findings, companies are expected to better understand the importance of utilizing social media and high-quality content to enhance consumer appeal and loyalty.

Abstract

The global Muslim population, exceeding 1.9 billion, holds significant potential to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through Islamic economic instruments such as zakat, waqf, and the development of the halal industry, substantial contributions can be made to poverty alleviation, improving education quality, and promoting sustainable consumption and production. This study identifies major challenges, including the lack of regulatory harmonization, low Islamic financial literacy, and limited international cooperation. On the other hand, substantial opportunities arise from technological innovation, global collaboration, and growing international interest in halal products. Strategies such as enhancing Islamic financial literacy, leveraging digital technology, and harmonizing policies across countries can optimize Islamic economics to support global sustainable development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Effectiveness of Celebrity Endorse, Content Marketing, and Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) on Purchasing Decisions for Somethinc Products at Shopee. Quantitative research was used in this study. Buyers of Somethinc products at Shopee were determined to be the population for this study with the criteria of men and women over 17 years of age. In this study, it was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents for the sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires that utilized interval measurements and for answers measured on a Likert scale. The data analysis technique for this study utilizes PLS (Partial Least Square) - SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the support of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that Celebrity Endorse has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision for Somethinc products at Shopee, Content Marketing has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision for Somethinc products at Shopee, and Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision for Somethinc products at Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the resolution of private residential land disputes from the perspective of Wahbah Az-Zuhaili. Land disputes often arise due to unclear ownership documents, conflicts among heirs, or boundary violations. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach to explore the background of disputes, resolution processes, and the application of Islamic legal principles according to Wahbah Az-Zuhaili. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from relevant parties. The findings indicate that land dispute resolution in this area is primarily conducted through family mediation and customary institutions, emphasizing principles of justice, deliberation, and avoiding prolonged conflicts. From Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's perspective, this approach aligns with maqashid sharia, aiming to safeguard property rights, minimize harm, and maintain social harmony. This study recommends strengthening Islamic legal literacy and land ownership awareness among the community to prevent future disputes.

Abstract

The high employee turnover rate poses a significant challenge for organizations, especially in industries that require experienced labor. PT. XYZ faces this issue, especially with employees under 30 years old. This impacts workforce stability and the achievement of long-term targets. This research aims to identify the key components that influence the desire to change jobs and to develop useful methods for improving employee retention in the company. This research was conducted qualitatively, using thematic analysis based on semi-structured interviews with employees, former employees, and the company's HR. The research results show that factors causing employee dissatisfaction, such as unclear career paths, heavy workloads, lack of appreciation, and the monotonous nature of the work, are the reasons for employee turnover intention. Additionally, the causes of employee turnover intention are cognitive disengagement due to lack of managerial support and lack of organizational commitment. Many workers see their jobs as stepping stones rather than choices for a long-term career. This research proposes that job redistribution is the best way to manage workload. To carry out this redistribution, a workload analysis must be conducted first. It is highly recommended to use the Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT) to evaluate the mental, psychological, and time aspects of the workload. This analysis can help reduce workplace stress and distribute tasks more effectively. Additionally, strategic delegation is considered important to enhance productivity and ensure that responsibilities are distributed more evenly among staff members, thereby creating a more balanced work environment. PT. XYZ can improve retention, create a supportive work environment, and ensure human resource sustainability by addressing this issue. These results provide a foundation that can be used to build successful retention strategies that can be applied in similar industries.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the Customer Development Model (CDM) in the development of new products for the culinary business Pantaco Bites, which offers pancake tacos with a healthy, practical, and aesthetic concept. The research uses a mixed methods approach, which includes a quantitative approach through Likert scale surveys and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), as well as a qualitative approach through observation and in-depth interviews. Data were collected through four stages of the CDM: customer discovery, customer validation, business creation, and company building. Target customers were selected through purposive sampling. The research results indicate that CDM is effective in identifying customer needs, verifying products through direct feedback, and creating added value that aligns with the target market's lifestyle. The CSI results show a high level of customer satisfaction, with customers appreciating the quality, practicality, and aesthetics of the products. These results emphasize the importance of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to understand market preferences and evaluate the business strategies being used. In short, the implementation of CDM provides businesses with a competitive advantage by enabling more focused product development that aligns with customer needs. To enhance competitiveness in the culinary industry, this research suggests optimizing digital marketing strategies, educating consumers about product benefits, and applying CDM to other market segments.

Abstract

This research examines the role of BTPN Syariah in supporting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pasuruan Regency to promote sustainable economic development. The research focuses on BTPN Syariah's contribution in providing sharia financing products and empowerment programs for MSME customers. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores how the sharia financing scheme and entrepreneurship training organized by BTPN Syariah help MSMEs overcome capital limitations and improve their business skills. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with secondary data collection (articles, statistical data, and books), and primary data with direct interviews. The results show that BTPN Syariah's mentoring and strategic partnership programs significantly strengthen the MSME sector, improve their competitiveness, and promote financial inclusion in Pasuruan. The approach applied by BTPN Syariah focuses not only on increasing profits but also on social welfare and inclusiveness, making it one of the important pillars in realizing sustainable economic development in the area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance, to explore the role of employee satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance, and the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. As a mediating variable. The object of this research is civil servants (PNS) at the Banyumas Regency Health Office, with a sample size of 100 respondents taken using the total sampling technique. 100 respondents were taken using the total sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the data processing tool used is SMART-PLS to analyze the results. The data processing tool used is SMART-PLS to analyze the relationship between variables. Research results showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while compensation and discipline on employee performance, while compensation and work discipline do not show a significant effect. Showed no significant effect. In addition, job satisfaction was shown to function as a mediating variable that affects the relationship between compensation and employee, employee performance, and work discipline on employee performance. Implications of this study indicate that the Health Office needs to take a more holistic approach to improving employee performance by focusing on developing a positive organizational climate and increasing job satisfaction. Organizational climate and increasing job satisfaction, although compensation and work discipline remain important in the context of employee well-being.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that affect on profitability of conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2022 period, as many as 37 banks. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and panel data regression analysis. The independent variables in this research are deposit ratio, loan ratio, equity ratio, non-interest income, and liquidity ratio. The dependent variable in this research is return on assets. The research results found that non-interest income has a positive influence on return on assets, while deposit ratio, loan ratio, equity ratio, and liquidity ratio have no influence on non-performing loans. The companies in the banking sector are expected to increase the non-interest income to raise the profitability of the banks. Also, the investors are expected to choose banks with high non-interest income to maximize the return of their investment.

Abstract

The primary goal of this study is to investigate the interrelationships among work motivation, career progression, and OCB among Ahass Boyolali employees, utilizing Job satisfaction as a mediating factor. The approach used in this research encompassed a descriptive-causal research design within a quantitative framework. All 35 employees at the Ahass Boyolali site participated in the survey. The study collected data using a 5-point response structure and a likert scale. The research hypotheses were tested using the PLS-SEM method implemented in the SmartPLS software. The following are the hypotheses derived from this research: First, this study does not prove that work motivation directly and significantly impacts OCB. Second, it has been demonstrated that professional advancement significantly impacts OCB. Third, rising job satisfaction is affected considerably by work motivation; Fourth, job satisfaction is not directly affected by professional advancement; Fifth, OCB is significantly affected by job satisfaction; Sixth, job satisfaction acts as an intermediary between work motivation and OCB Seventh, the positive relationship between work motivation and OCB is partially explained by job satisfaction.
