Abstract

This study investigates human resource management (HRM) challenges within Madrasa Serajul Uloom, an Indian religious educational institution, using a qualitative case study approach guided by Institutional Theory. Findings reveal HRM practices are significantly shaped by the interplay of coercive pressures from state regulations, mimetic adoption of practices from peer institutions, and strong normative expectations rooted in religious values. This confluence generates tensions between formalization and tradition, leading to specific difficulties in areas like recruitment, compensation, and policy implementation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren penelitian terkait kreativitas dan inovasi produk melalui pendekatan bibliometrik menggunakan data dari database Scopus periode 2015 hingga 2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pertumbuhan signifikan dalam jumlah publikasi, terutama pada tahun 2023 dan 2024. Distribusi artikel menunjukkan keterlibatan berbagai penulis dan institusi secara merata tanpa dominasi tertentu, serta sebaran geografis yang luas dengan kontribusi utama dari Australia, Indonesia, dan Thailand. Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa topik kreativitas dan inovasi produk bersifat multidisipliner, melibatkan bidang manajemen, teknik, sosial, dan lingkungan. Network, overlay, dan density visualization yang dihasilkan dari VOSviewer menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas dan inovasi produk menjadi pusat perhatian penelitian, dengan dukungan topik-topik terkait seperti keberlanjutan, kewirausahaan, dan inovasi digital. Temuan  juga memberikan pemahaman bahwa kreatifitas merupakan factor penting lahirnya inovasi  yang berdampak terhadap keunggulan kompetitif meskipun budaya organisasi dan kemampuan mengintegrasikan informasi dari luar ke dalam organisasi menjadi penguat terbangunya budaya inovatif dimaksud.

Abstract

This research examines the phenomenon of children's play deprivation in Indonesia, characterized by declining play freedom due to technological advances, changing parenting approaches, urbanization, and safety concerns. The study aims to analyze manifestations and causative factors of play deprivation, identify its multidimensional impacts, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and formulate evidence-based recommendations. A qualitative library research method was employed by analyzing recent literature (2020-2025) from national and international databases. Results show play restrictions manifest in physical, temporal, and structural forms, with Indonesian children spending 5.2 hours daily on digital activities. Impacts include reduced motor capacity (27% lower), creativity deficits (31%), interpersonal difficulties, and increased mental health risk. Intervention programs like "Free Play Space" demonstrated a 47% increase in free play activities. The study concludes that an integrated multi-stakeholder approach based on the "Managed Risk" paradigm is necessary to balance safety and freedom in children's play.

Abstract

The Akkulle dance work is a work inspired by one of the series of traditional wedding processions, namely madduppa botting, which exists in the Bugis-Makassar tribe from South Sulawesi Province. The word Akkulle itself comes from the Bugis-Makassar language which means capable, where when men want to marry women they must be able to work hard, struggle, try and never give up to collect Panaik money. The process of creating the Akkulle dance work refers to the traditional procession or habits of the Bugis-Makassar people in carrying out the wedding procession. The Akkulle dance work departs from several motifs in the paduppa dance and pamanca dance originating from South Sulawesi. Therefore, the creator made the paduppa dance and pamanca dance as basic movements, which were gradually developed by the arranger from the aspects of space, level, and direction with the accompaniment of traditional Makassar music to add to the atmosphere. The arranger uses South Sulawesi regional musical instruments as the basis for the dance accompaniment to maintain the regional atmosphere that will be presented. The Akkulle dance work is a 24-minute dance work, which is divided into four scenes that visualize the Bugis-Makassar traditional wedding procession and the values ​​contained therein. The Bugis-Makassar traditional wedding ceremony is the end of a man's long struggle to collect dowry to propose to his beloved. The Akkulle dance work has become a general view for the wider community regarding the Bugis-Makassar traditional wedding procession.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peran organisasi mahasiswa PASA (Public Administration Student Association) di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Sriwijaya dalam meningkatkan partisipasi aktif mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Publik. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan melalui wawancara dan observasi untuk memahami kontribusi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta strategi yang diterapkan oleh PASA. Sejak didirikan pada tahun 2004 dan mengalami perubahan nomenklatur pada 2021, PASA berupaya membangun budaya organisasi yang inklusif dan konstruktif, dengan struktur yang mendukung berbagai kegiatan akademik dan non-akademik. Melalui kegiatan terbuka dan penggunaan media sosial, organisasi ini berhasil memotivasi mahasiswa untuk berpartisipasi secara sukarela, memperkuat ikatan sosial, dan membangun citra positif di lingkungan kampus. Meskipun menghadapi hambatan seperti kurangnya akses informasi dan kesadaran pribadi mahasiswa akan pentingnya kegiatan di luar kelas, keberadaan PASA diharapkan mampu menjadi motor penggerak yang inovatif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa dan pengembangan karakter serta keterampilan sosial mereka.

Abstract

Depression in adolescents is a serious problem that affects psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. Adolescence is marked by significant changes that are prone to causing stress, so a comprehensive healing approach is needed. This study aims to analyze the effect of individual counseling based on Islamic psychotherapy in treating depression in adolescents. Islamic psychotherapy is used as a method that not only touches the psychological aspect but also strengthens the spiritual dimension of adolescents through the values ​​of monotheism, patience, gratitude, and dhikr. Individual counseling is an effective medium for building an empathetic and accepting therapeutic relationship. The results of the analysis show that this therapy is able to reduce symptoms of depression, increase peace of mind, and improve adolescent social relations. Islamic psychotherapy is not only curative, but also preventive, providing strong mental strength through a deep spiritual approach. Thus, the integration of psychological counseling and Islamic values ​​is a relevant and effective approach in efforts to restore the mental health of Muslim adolescents in the modern era.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of students in the IPAS subject in class IV SD Negeri 3 Namang are due to the conventional learning method that is still being used, which does not involve students directly in the learning practice. This old-fashioned learning method makes IPAS learning unattractive and boring for students. There is a need for change in implementing learning using the Discovery Learning method. The research question is whether the application of the Discovery Learning method in IPAS lessons can improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the application of the Discovery Learning method can improve student learning outcomes. This research uses Classroom Action Research. Data analysis is carried out using quantitative descriptive methods. The results show that the application of the Discovery Learning model is effective in significantly improving student learning outcomes. The average learning outcome obtained through tests in the first cycle was 50%, and in the second cycle, there was an increase in the average learning outcome to 76.66%. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the application of the Discovery Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Namang.

Abstract

This journal discusses the Legal Review of the Implementation of Restorative Justice in the Prosecution Process of Embezzlement Cases at the Lubuklinggau City District Attorney's Office. The main problem is How is the legal review of the implementation of restorative justice in the process of prosecuting embezzlement cases at the Lubuklinggau City District Attorney's Office. What are the obstacles of the Lubuklinggau City District Attorney's Office to the implementation of restorative justice in the process of prosecuting embezzlement cases. How are the considerations of the victim so that they choose to resolve the case with the restorative justice mechanism in the process of prosecuting embezzlement cases. This type of research is normative-empirical. Normative-empirical (applied) legal research is research that examines the implementation or implementation of positive legal provisions (legislation) and written documents in action (factual) in every particular legal event that occurs in society. The minimum approach that must be present in normative-empirical legal research is a conceptual approach, a statutory approach, because there is no research that does not start from the concepts and applicable statutory regulations, then supplemented with one or more approaches in empirical legal research. Data collection techniques include; collection of secondary data (literature and written documents) through library studies and document studies and collection of primary data (data on the object of research conducted) through interviews with respondents and informants and sources, questionnaires or lists of questions and observations of the research location to be conducted. This study concludes that the Lubuklinggau City District Attorney's Office has implemented restorative justice in the prosecution process of the embezzlement case with the defendant Sulaiman at the Lubuklinggau City District Attorney's Office carried out in full in accordance with the Attorney General's Regulation Number 15 of 2020 and the Circular Letter of JAM-Pidum (Junior Attorney General for General Crimes) Number: 01/E/EJP/02/2022 concerning the Implementation of Termination of Prosecution Based on Restorative Justice. During its implementation, not all criminal cases can be resolved with restorative justice at the Lubuklinggau City District Attorney's Office. There are conditions that must be met by the victim as explained in the Attorney General's Regulation Number 15 of 2020. The fulfillment of obligations shows that the implementation of the Attorney General's Regulation Number 15 of 2020 creates justice for the parties, namely victims, suspects, families and the community. In addition, a peace agreement through termination of prosecution based on restorative justice is considered successful if the suspect has fulfilled his obligations to the victim or other matters have been fulfilled in accordance with the peace agreement that has been made in writing.

Abstract

Endorsement oleh influencer mengharuskan mereka untuk memberikan ulasan yang jujur tentang produk. Namun, banyak influencer yang merekayasa hasil ulasan mereka, yang bertentangan dengan regulasi perlindungan konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana regulasi hukum melindungi hak konsumen yang menjadi korban endorsement yang direkayasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur atau kajian pustaka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa endorsement oleh influencer diatur dalam KUHPerdata dan UUPK, di mana pengusaha wajib memberikan informasi yang akurat tentang produk dan memastikan keamanannya. Jika terjadi kerugian, pengusaha dapat dikenakan strict liability, sementara influencer bertanggung jawab berdasarkan kesalahan mereka. UU ITE dan KUHP juga mengatur tindak pidana terkait penipuan dan penyebaran informasi palsu dalam endorsement.

Abstract

This study examines the long and diverse history of Islamic education policies in Indonesia, from the pre-independence era to the present day. The study aims to trace the evolution of these policies, analyse the various policies issued by the government, and assess their impact on the advancement of Islamic education in Indonesia. This research employs a qualitative literature review approach, examining various sources such as books, journals, and relevant documents. The findings reveal significant changes in Islamic education policies over time. During the Dutch colonial period, policies tended to restrict its development. After independence, the Indonesian government gave greater attention to Islamic education, although challenges persisted. The Reform Era brought important changes by granting greater autonomy to Islamic educational institutions. In conclusion, Islamic education policies in Indonesia continue to evolve and are influenced by social, political, and cultural factors. This study is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the evolution of these policies and the challenges and opportunities in the development of Islamic education in the future
