<![CDATA[Pengangguran merupakan salah satu permasalahan utama dalam perekonomian yang mencerminkan ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah tenaga kerja dan lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia. Salah satu indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur kondisi ekonomi tersebut adalah Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Lampung selama periode 2014-2024 serta mengkaji keterkaitannya dengan kondisi ekonomi daerah. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengangguran terbuka di provinsi lampung cenderung mengalami fluktuasi selama periode pengamatan, dengan peningkatan signifikan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan penurunan secara bertahap pada periode pemulihan ekonomi. Perubahan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh dinamika pertumbuhan ekonomi, kesempatan kerja, serta perkembangan sektor usaha di daerah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperlukan upaya strategis dari pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja, memperluas lapangan pekerjaan, serta mendorong pertumbuhan sektor ekonomi produktif. Dengan demikian, pengendalian tingkat pengangguran dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan guna mendukung pembangunan ekonomi daerah.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the influence of facilities and price on visiting decisions at Bandung Zoo as an urban educational tourism destination. A quantitative approach with an explanatory design was employed to test causal relationships among variables through data collection using structured questionnaires administered to 100 respondents who had previously visited the destination, selected using purposive sampling. The research instruments were validated and tested for reliability prior to analysis. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, Pearson correlation analysis, partial tests (t-test), and a simultaneous test (F-test). The results indicate that, partially, price has a statistically significant effect on visiting decisions, while facilities show a positive but statistically insignificant effect. Nevertheless, the simultaneous test confirms that facilities and price jointly exert a significant influence on visiting decisions, with the model demonstrating a substantial explanatory power. These findings suggest that visiting decisions are shaped through a holistic value evaluation process, in which price serves as the primary determinant in visitors’ considerations, whereas facilities function as a supporting element that enhances the overall experience and reinforces the perceived value of the destinationz.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the trend of the open unemployment rate (TPT) in Aceh Province over the 2015–2024 period and to determine the factors contributing to its changes. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a descriptive design, utilizing secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Data analysis is conducted using a time series approach and presented through tables and trend graphs processed with Microsoft Excel. The findings reveal that the open unemployment rate in Aceh generally shows a downward trend, although fluctuations still occur, particularly a rise in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The subsequent decline indicates a gradual economic recovery along with improved labor absorption. However, the unemployment rate remains relatively high compared to the national average, suggesting structural problems within the labor market, including skill mismatch and limited job availability. The novelty of this study lies in its regional focus combined with a descriptive time series analysis that links economic conditions with labor market dynamics. The results imply that appropriate policy interventions are required, especially in enhancing workforce skills, expanding employment opportunities, and strengthening labor-intensive sectors to support sustainable economic growth and reduce unemployment.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the trends in the open unemployment rate in the Riau Islands Province during the period 2015–2024 and to identify the factors influencing its changes. The open unemployment rate is an important indicator in assessing labor market conditions and regional economic stability. This study employs a quantitative descriptive method using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data analyzed consist of the annual open unemployment rate in the Riau Islands Province over the past ten years.The results show that the open unemployment rate in the Riau Islands fluctuated during the study period, with a significant increase in 2020–2021 due to the impact of the global pandemic, followed by a decline during the economic recovery period after 2022. Factors influencing changes in the unemployment rate include regional economic growth, industrial sector development, investment dynamics, and labor force demographic characteristics.This study is expected to provide an overview of employment conditions in the Riau Islands and serve as a reference for local governments in formulating appropriate policies to reduce unemployment.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is motivated by the dynamics of the Open Unemployment Rate (OUR) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, which exhibits fluctuating patterns and is influenced by changes in economic conditions both before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the development of the OUR for the 2015–2025 period and identify the factors influencing it, such as education, labor force structure, and economic growth. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis utilizing secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) through documentation techniques. The analysis was conducted using a time series approach and supported by line graph visualizations to clarify the patterns of change in the TPT. The results indicate that the TPT in DIY declined during the 2015–2019 period, surged sharply during the 2020–2021 pandemic, and gradually declined again during the 2022–2025 recovery period. However, this decline does not fully reflect an improvement in labor market quality, as there remains educated unemployment and a dominance of the informal sector. The uniqueness of this study lies in the integration of long-term trend analysis with a structural approach to the labor market at the regional level. The implications of the study highlight the need for policies that focus not only on economic growth but also on improving the quality of human resources and aligning education with labor market needs.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana nilai-nilai budaya Indonesia dan Amerika direpresentasikan dalam konten YouTube Shorts yang diunggah melalui kanal Puri Viera. Fokus utama penelitian ini meliputi tiga aspek: penggunaan strategi komunikasi antarbudaya, respons serta interpretasi audiens terhadap pesan budaya, dan nilai-nilai budaya yang ditampilkan dalam video. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggabungkan analisis isi dan wawancara mendalam kepada para penonton aktif sebagai sumber data utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Puri Viera menerapkan pendekatan komunikasi antarbudaya yang penuh refleksi dan empati, dengan menyesuaikan pesan yang disampaikan dengan latar sosial dan budaya audiensnya. Cerita yang ia bangun bersumber dari pengalaman pribadi dan disampaikan dengan cara yang jelas serta mudah dipahami. Melalui penggunaan translanguaging yakni kombinasi antara bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris ia berhasil menjembatani hambatan bahasa dan mendorong pemahaman lintas budaya. Unsur nonverbal seperti ekspresi wajah, intonasi suara, dan tampilan visual bernuansa budaya turut memperkaya penyampaian pesan. Secara keseluruhan, respon penonton terhadap konten sangat positif.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the trend of the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in North Sulawesi Province for the 2015–2025 period and identify the facto”s influencing its changes. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with time series analysis techniques to observe the pattern of TPT development over time. The data source used is secondary data obtained from the official publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) through the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas), which is consistently used to describe employment conditions in Indonesia. The results show that the TPT trend in North S”lawe’i is fluctuating but tends to decline in the long term, with a significant increase during the COVID-19 pandemic period which resulted in a decrease in labor absorption. After that period, the TPT again experienced a decline along with economic recovery and increased activity in the informal and formal sectors. These findings confirm that unemployment dynamics are strongly influenced by macroeconomic conditions, labor market structure, and the absorption capacity of the business sector. The main implication of this study is the need for more adaptive and data-driven employment policies, especially in improving the quality of the workforce and expanding employment opportunities based on regional potential. The novelty of this research lies in the analysis of long-term trends that integrate the impact of the global crisis on unemployment dynamics at the provincial level in a m’re contextual and empirical manner.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the skincare industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth along with increasing public awareness of skin care and the influence of social media in marketing activities. One of the emerging local skincare brands is Glad2Glow. This study aims to examine the effect of Social Media Marketing and Price on Purchase Decisions for Glad2Glow skincare products in Jambi City. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to consumers who have used Glad2Glow products. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that partially, Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, with a regression coefficient of 0.601 and a significance value of less than 0.05. In addition, Price also has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, with a regression coefficient of 0.599 and a significance value of less than 0.05. Simultaneously, Social Media Marketing and Price have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. These findings indicate that social media marketing strategies and pricing that align with consumer perceptions are important factors in increasing consumer purchase decisions for Glad2Glow skincare products in Jambi City.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the Mudharabah savings account opening system at Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) Syariah from the perspective of sharia compliance, efficient procedures, and readiness for digitalization services. The method used was a qualitative approach through literature review and direct observation during Field Work Practice (PKL) activities at BJB Syariah. Data were obtained through observation, interviews with bank employees, and discussions with customers. The results indicate that the account opening process complies with sharia principles and the provisions of the DSN-MUI fatwa, particularly in terms of contract disclosure and profit-sharing ratio determination. However, several obstacles were identified, such as a lack of customer understanding of the Mudharabah contract, lengthy administrative procedures, and the suboptimal implementation of account opening digitalization. Therefore, increased sharia education for customers, simplification of administrative procedures, and strengthening of digital services are needed to enhance BJB Syariah's efficiency and competitiveness in the modern banking era.]]>
