Abstract

The purpose of this study is to observe the influence of conflict and job satisfaction toward turnover intention of private elementry teachers in District Jatiasih. The research used quantitative approach with a survey method and applied path analysis in testing hyphotesis. It was involving 252 teachers with various gender, background and qualification as the respondents, who were selected in a simple random sampling way. The study revealed several results, which are (1). There is positive direct effect of conflict on turnover intention. (2). There is negative direct effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, and (3). There is negative direct effect of conflict on jobs satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of public relations management in enhancing students’ Science Olympiad talent potential at MTsN 1 Madiun. The research focuses on the planning, implementation, evaluation, and strategic efforts carried out by public relations to support academic talent development through partnerships and achievement publication.  This research uses a qualitative approach with a method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The research subjects include the principal, public relations coordinator, Science Olympiad mentor teachers, and high-achieving students. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman model, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.  The results show that public relations management at MTsN 1 Madiun is systematically implemented through program planning aligned with the school's vision, cooperation with external institutions, regular evaluation of activities, and potential development strategies such as achievement publication, provision of supporting facilities, and strengthening of partnership networks. The public relations role significantly contributes to fostering a competitive learning environment and supporting students’ success in the Science Olympiad

Abstract

The rapid growth of the Android-based mobile gaming industry has driven innovation in both visual and gameplay aspects. However, many endless-runner games still present monotonous visuals, making them less engaging for players. This study aims to design and develop an endless-runner game with dynamic visual effects using the Fountain method, which allows the design, implementation, and testing stages to run concurrently, improving development efficiency. The game was developed with Unity using the C# programming language and designed with Figma. Key features include automatic background changes based on score, particle effects during jumps and collisions, and a simple yet functional interface. Black box testing was applied to verify that all features worked as expected. The results showed that menu navigation, character control, collision detection, score calculation, background transitions, and visual effects ran smoothly without errors on Android devices running version 10 or above.This game successfully meets the research objective of producing an endless-runner game that is visually appealing and responsive to player actions.

Abstract

Character education based on the values of the Qur’an has become an urgent need in shaping the personality of students with noble character. The ongoing moral degradation highlights the importance of research and solutions to address this phenomenon. In the context of Islamic education, character is a fundamental element that not only reflects a student's personal quality but also serves as an indicator of the success of internalizing Islamic values derived from the Qur’an. This study aims to examine the implementation of Qur’anic values in educational psychology in the process of character formation among students at Maahad Tahfiz Al-Qur’an Darul Falah Selangor. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, in which data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that the students’ character formation is achieved through the internalization of values such as faith, honesty, discipline, responsibility, and compassion rooted in the teachings of the Qur’an. These values are integrated into the learning process, daily routines, and modeled by the educators. The study concludes that the application of Qur’anic values in education at Maahad Tahfiz Al-Qur’an  Darul Falah Selangor effectively fosters student character based on akhlaq al-karimah and strengthens their Islamic identity.

Abstract

Development of Science and Technology (IPTEK), new innovations were introduced in the transportation sector, namely through the use of electronic Proof of Test Pass (BLU-e). This was done to support performance in improving the quality of service in the field of motor vehicle testing. This electronic test pass proof consisted of a Smartcard, Certificate, and Sticker. The advantages of the BLU-e system included; Data synchronization with an integrated Management Information System (SIM) from regions to cities, A. Inconsistent document quality, B. All of Indonesia could access test data, C. Transparency, effectiveness, and efficiency in providing assistance. However, in reality, the results of this study indicated that the implementation of the BLU-e model had been carried out but had not been effective. The model applied at the Agam Regency Transportation Agency had not met the expected goals. This could be seen through the data published by BPS on its official website regarding the number of road accidents, which actually continued to increase. This was still influenced by various factors, ranging from internal factors such as human resources that were not yet optimal and incomplete infrastructure, to external factors namely the community itself, who still chose to use the services of brokers and even avoided the PKB process altogether.

Abstract

Konferensi Asia Afrika (KAA) merupakan peristiwa bersejarah yang penting dalam perjuangan melawan kolonialisme dan menjadi tonggak solidaritas negara-negara Asia dan Afrika. Namun materi sejarah yang kompleks dan media edukasi yang cenderung formal menjadi tantangan utama dalam proses pemahaman sejarah oleh generasi muda. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur, observasi, wawancara, serta kuesioner responden remaja, ditemukan bahwa pendekatan visual dan interaktif edukatif lebih disukai dan lebih dalam menyampaikan pesan. Perancangan media pembelajaran dalam bentuk cardgame edukatif ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan negara peserta KAA dan pidato-pidato perwakilannya yang dikaitkan dengan keseharian anak remaja seacara lebih menyenangkan dan mudah dipahami. Media ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan minat belajar sejarah, memberikan pemahaman, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai yang terkandung didalamnya kepada remaja. Dengan pendekatan yang disesuaikan cardgame ini diharapkan menjadi solusi inovatif dalam edukasi sejarah yang relevan pada masa kini dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Children with mild autism spectrum disorder often experience difficulties in understanding learning media that do not match their visual and sensory needs. This study aims to design a sensory-friendly interactive picture book based on Indonesian folktales for children aged 7–9 with mild autism. The method used is Human-Centered Design, involving observation, questionnaires, interviews, user needs analysis, and prototype development. The result is an interactive book featuring simple illustrations, soft colors, concise narration, and tactile elements such as textured surfaces and detachable components using velcro, tailored to the characteristics of children with mild autism.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the need for incentives and achievement motivation on the job satisfaction of teachers at SD IQRA’ Tuah Sakato Muara Bulian. The background of this research is based on the importance of internal and external factors in enhancing the performance and satisfaction of educators. A quantitative method is used, with data collection conducted through surveys by distributing questionnaires to all teachers at the school. The data is processed using multiple regression analysis to identify the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings of the study reveal that both the need for incentives and achievement motivation have a positive and significant effect on teachers' job satisfaction. This finding indicates that providing appropriate incentives and encouragement to excel can enhance teachers' satisfaction in performing their duties and responsibilities. This research is expected to serve as a guideline for the school in designing policies that support the welfare and motivation of teachers sustainably.

Abstract

Tana Toraja Regency is an area located in the province of South Sulawesi which still faces issues related to employment, especially unemployment. Tana Toraja is a Regency with an unemployment rate ranked sixth in South Sulawesi. This study aims to analyze the effect of population, Average Years of Schooling (ADL), Labor, and Economic Growth on the Number of Unemployed in Tana Toraja Regency. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method through Eviews 12 software. The results of the study showed that the number of residents has a negative and significant relationship to the number of unemployed, indicating that an increase in the number of residents is accompanied by a decrease in the number of unemployed. Average Years of Schooling (ADL) has a positive and significant relationship, interpreted that the higher the average years of schooling, the number of unemployed increases. Labor has a negative relationship but does not have a significant effect, indicating that an increase in the number of workers tends to be followed by a decrease in the number of unemployed. Meanwhile, Economic Growth has a positive and significant relationship, indicating that increasing economic growth is followed by an increase in the number of unemployed. These three variables together have a significant relationship with the number of unemployed in Tana Toraja Regency.

Abstract

The relatively high unemployment rate in North Maluku Province indicates challenges in labor absorption, although the government has made efforts to implement minimum wage policies and increase access to education. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) and education level on labor absorption in North Maluku Province during the period 2009–2023. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from data from the Central Statistics Agency. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a multiple linear regression  analysis model and the software used to conduct the analysis is Eviews 12. The results of the analysis show that the provincial minimum wage variable has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption in North Maluku, education level has a positive and insignificant effect on labor absorption in North Maluku. Simultaneously, the provincial  minimum wage and education level have a positive effect on labor absorption in North Maluku.
