Abstract

This study examines the role of Indonesian language learning as an educational medium in preventing and addressing bullying in junior high schools. Bullying remains a serious issue as it not only causes physical harm but also affects students’ psychology, leading to loss of self-confidence, trauma, and disruption of the learning process. This research employed a qualitative approach with library research and content analysis methods. Data were collected through a review of journals, academic articles, online publications, and news sources related to bullying and character education. The findings indicate that Indonesian language learning plays a strategic role, not only as a means of communication but also as a medium for character building. Teachers can integrate moral values, ethics, and politeness in language use through teaching materials, discussions, and role-playing methods, enabling students to become more sensitive to humanity, empathy, and mutual respect. This implementation has proven effective in raising students’ awareness of the dangers of bullying while fostering positive behaviors in daily interactions. Therefore, Indonesian language learning can serve as an effective medium for preventing and overcoming bullying in the school environment.

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology has significantly influenced consumer behavior, particularly in online purchasing. Students, as Digital natives, are highly susceptible to the influence of Word of Mouth (WOM), both in personal and electronic forms. This study aims to analyze the impact of WOM information on online purchasing decisions among Management students at Bina Sarana Informatika University (UBSI). The research employed a descriptive quantitative non-statistical approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 99 respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including Frequency, percentage, and average, to illustrate the influence of WOM on purchasing behavior. The findings indicate that WOM significantly affects students’ Purchase decisions, especially when the information comes from Trusted sources such as friends or family. Positive WOM messages enhance Trust and interest in online transactions. These results highlight the importance of implementing credible WOM-based Marketing strategies to improve digital promotional effectiveness, particularly in student markets that are highly active on online platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital literacy learning model from the perspective of Surah Al-Jumu'ah verse 2 as an effort to increase adolescents' critical thinking in facing the challenges of liberalism. This research is important because the learning model is an important component in realizing the success of the teaching process. One model that is efficient and easy to apply in the student learning process in class is the digital literacy learning model. The learning development of this digital literacy model supports the escalation of students' critical thinking skills in obtaining information so that teachers can pass on educational values to students. If we analyze the interpretation of Surah An-Nahl verse 2, we will find the true concept of education. The type of method used in this research is library research. To analyze the data we use secondary data which originates from the book of interpretations which explains the interpretation of surah Al-Jum'ah verse 2 and several references from journals related to research. The results of the study show that the digital literacy learning model in surah Al-Jumu'ah verse 2 is the concept of literacy education. Where the word "read to them His verses" shows a literacy learning model then "even though before, they were really in error" shows that literacy is a source that can reduce the challenges of liberalism. With this digital literacy model, it can support adolescents' critical thinking skills in a complex manner which is divided into three, namely critical in analyzing problems, critical in thinking in depth, and critical in evaluating problems. In dealing with ideological liberalism, it is important to know the role of education in reducing its existence with the critical thinking skills of adolescents. From the analysis of surah Al-Jumu'ah verse 2, the urgency of digital literacy can be applied in the learning process to optimize students' critical thinking skills in obtaining concrete information data amidst the challenges of liberalisme.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Fast Best Results Program education policy in improving the quality of graduates in educational institutions. The background of this study is based on the challenges faced by the world of education in the global era, such as curriculum mismatch, less innovative learning methods, and limited infrastructure that impact the low competitiveness of graduates. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, conducted in schools that have implemented the program. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, with key informants consisting of principals, teachers, students, and parents. The results of the study indicate that the Fast Best Results Program is generally effective in encouraging improvements in learning management, increasing curriculum relevance, and increasing student competency. Supporting factors for the program's success include strong school leadership, ongoing teacher training, and parental support. The main obstacles include limited digital resources, teacher administrative burdens, and resistance to change. This study concludes that optimizing education management through focused and adaptive policies can significantly improve graduate quality. These findings are expected to provide strategic input for policymakers and education practitioners in designing contextual and sustainable quality improvement programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers’ competence in implementing the Qur’an Reading and Writing (BTQ) program at SMP Negeri 34 Depok. Teacher competence plays a crucial role in the success of the learning process, particularly in BTQ activities that are closely related to Islamic Education (PAI). As future generations of Muslims, students must be able to read the Qur’an, as learning to read it is an obligation for every Muslim. The BTQ program at SMPN 34 Depok is a mandatory activity for all students as part of the school’s effort to eradicate Qur’anic illiteracy. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study applies the behavioristic theory, which emphasizes the importance of repetition and habit formation in learning to read the Qur’an. The findings show that teachers’ competence in the BTQ program is highly significant, even though not all teachers have an educational background in Qur’anic studies. Teachers can still conduct effective BTQ learning, as the main goal of the program is for students to recognize Arabic letters and read the Qur’an properly upon graduation. The implementation involves grouping students based on gender and reading ability. The main obstacles include limited teaching time and an imbalance between the number of teachers and students. However, the program is strongly supported by the school principal, social services, parents, and the enthusiastic participation of both teachers and students.

Abstract

The research entitled The Influence of Motivation, Personality, and Attitude towards Academic Dishonesty has the aim of knowing how the influence of Motivation, Personality, and Attitude towards Academic Dishonesty Students of SMKN 12 Jakarta with a total sample of 87 students. The research method uses quantitative research with multiple regression analysis and data collection techniques conducted online through questionnaires. The results of the study revealed that motivation had a significant effect on academic dishonesty with a t-test value of 4.018 > t-table 1.66342. Second, personality has a significant effect on academic dishonesty with a t-test value of 1.666 > t-table 1.66342. Third, attitude has a significant effect on academic dishonesty with a t-test value of 2.218 > t-table 1.66342. Fourth, Motivation, Personality and Attitude have a significant effect on academic dishonesty with an f-test value of 4584.58 > f table 1.66.

Abstract

This research is based on the urgency of the motor development process is very closely related to the motor center in the brain. Motor skills develop in line with muscle and nerve maturation. In this case, it was found that the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years were considered lacking based on the results of observations in the activities of scissors, drawing lines and in controlling the coordination of hand and eye movements at KB PAUD Citra Nusantara. This study uses a quantitative method with an approach using  the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design pre-experimental model  in this study, 35 students and students aged 4-5 years from classes A1 and A2. They were observed twice: before (pretest) and after (posttest) doing finger painting activities. This method starts with collecting data, interpreting it and then producing appearances and results. The data collection techniques are observation and documentation. The technique of measuring observation items uses a Likert scale. The data validity technique uses the Correl  formula in Microshoft Excel and uses a significance of 5%. The technical data analysis uses the N-gain Score. The place for this research was carried out at KB PAUD Citra Nusantara, Bojong Village, Ragas Masigit Village, Carenang District, and was carried out in February-March 2023. Based on the results of observation and data processing, it can be concluded that the Improvement of Fine Motor Skills of Children Aged 4-5 Years through Finger Painting Activities  at KB PAUD Citra Nusantara shows an increase of 74% with the level of effectiveness quite effective.

Abstract

learning media and determine the feasibility of the Quiz Game Learning Media with Instagram Story Filters based on Augmented Reality as an alternative to motivating Information Technology learning. It also seeks to ascertain students' motivational response in class X MPLB at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D), which adapts the development model by Reiser and Molenda, namely the ADDIE development model. There are five stages in developing this learning media: the analysis stage, the design stage, the development stage, the implementation stage, and the fifth stage, the evaluation stage. The trial of the Quiz Game Learning Media with Instagram Story Filters based on Augmented Reality was conducted on 20 students in class X MPLB at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. Furthermore, it underwent a validity test by a media expert, specifically a lecturer in educational technology from a state university in Surabaya, and a content expert validity test by an Information Technology subject teacher at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. The product feasibility results from the media expert showed a value of 92.5% (Very Feasible), while the two content experts yielded a total score of 93.75% (Very Feasible), and the student response score was 93.75% (Very Feasible). In conclusion, the trial and validation of the Quiz Game Learning Media with Instagram Story Filters based on Augmented Reality as an alternative motivation for Information Technology learning for class X MPLB students at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya are highly suitable as a tool or alternative motivational media for students in learning Information Technology subjects.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the persistent inequality in implementing the zoning policy for New Student Admissions (PPDB) in Pandeglang Regency. The policy, designed to ensure equitable access and quality in education, has not been fully effective due to several field constraints. The main issues identified include uneven communication between implementers and the public, limited human resources and educational facilities, weak commitment from policy implementers, and a bureaucratic structure that remains overly centralized. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the zoning policy based on George C. Edward III’s four variables of policy implementation: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the Education Office, school principals, and teachers from several public high schools in Pandeglang Regency. The findings reveal that the implementation of the zoning policy has not been optimal. The primary obstacles lie in uneven communication and policy dissemination, limited human and infrastructural resources, and a highly centralized bureaucracy. The study concludes that improving policy literacy, equalizing educational facilities, and involving communities in policy evaluation are essential to achieving equitable and just educational access.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the love magic as a process towards a contract in terms of fiqh al-umuru bi maqashidiha rules. The researcher used the approach method and the type of normative qualitative research with the type of library research. The results of the study indicate that the law of using the love magic as a process towards a marriage contract is very diverse depending on the purpose or intention and the conditions behind it, and on the other hand must use the criteria of the love magic which is allowed by scholars. When addressed to fellow Muslims, the law can become sunnah with certain criteria, haram with certain criteria, and becomes permissible or the law is returned to the law of origin of marriage. Meanwhile, when its use is aimed at non-Muslims, it also has various laws. If the target group is ahl al-kitab, then it can be a sunnah, for example to preach Islam, sometimes it becomes makruh, for example, the goal is good, positive or not playing with the person being addressed, but at that time or condition it is feared that there will be slander, and sometimes it will also become unlawful. If it is addressed to other than ahl al-kitab, the use of the the love magic is still allowed, it's just that he is not allowed to marry first before the non-Muslim who is intended for the use of the the love magic sympathizes with embracing Islam.
