Abstract

This classroom action research investigates the implementation of a collaborative Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model to enhance the social character of fourth-grade students at SDN Banyuajuh 5, Bangkalan. The study involved 25 students and employed a project titled "Composing Seblak Topping Based on Fractional Sequences," which integrated mathematics with a local culinary context to create authentic learning experiences. The primary objective was to analyze how a structured collaborative PjBL approach fosters social character development, including cooperation, empathy, responsibility, and conflict-resolution skills. Results demonstrated a significant improvement in students' collaborative activities and social character indicators. Observations revealed that while initial stages exhibited interpersonal conflicts and uneven participation, structured heterogeneous grouping and targeted teacher facilitation successfully guided students toward more constructive interactions and shared responsibility. The project's contextual and student-centered design proved crucial in maintaining high engagement and providing a meaningful platform for practicing social values. The study concludes that the integration of a collaboratively structured PjBL model, characterized by intentional grouping, contextual projects, and the teacher's role as a socio-emotional facilitator, is highly effective in holistically developing elementary students' social character alongside academic competencies. This approach offers a practical operational model for integrating character education into core academic subjects. For future application, it is recommended to develop more structured observational rubrics for social skills and to allocate sufficient time for in-depth project work to maximize collaborative depth.

Abstract

This study examines the moduseksi psychoeducation method as a means of optimizing sexual education for children with special needs. Sexual education is very important for children with special needs because they are vulnerable to sexual abuse. Therefore, this study aims to provide understanding to children with special needs using the moduseksi psychoeducation method. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a library research method, which is through library research to examine in depth by analyzing various literature sources, so as to obtain a complete and contextually appropriate understanding of the issues of child protection and persons with disabilities. The results of this study show that the moduseksi psychoeducation method is able to increase the understanding of children with special needs regarding sexual education. Thus, moduseksi psychoeducation is effective in increasing sexual education understanding among children with special needs.

Abstract

This literature-based article analyzes how principal leadership improves teachers’ discipline. Synthesizing empirical and review studies (2020–2025), we map (i) the disciplinary dimensions targeted in schools (attendance, punctuality, instructional preparation, administrative compliance, and classroom conduct), (ii) leadership mechanisms (vision-setting, role modeling, academic supervision, performance management, and school culture), and (iii) enabling conditions (teacher motivation, management practices, and digital monitoring). Evidence consistently indicates principal leadership exerts a positive, significant effect on teacher discipline and downstream performance. We conclude with a practical framework of leadership actions and monitoring indicators for schools.

Abstract

The relationship between divine revelation and science in understanding ayat kauniyah (verses about the natural world) represents a unique area of study amid the dominance of textual and theological interpretations in Islamic tradition. This topic was chosen because it reflects an effort to reconstruct the paradigm of Islamic scholarship through the thought of Agus Purwanto, who views the Qur’an not merely as a spiritual text but as an epistemological source for the development of modern scientific knowledge. This research draws on various primary and secondary sources, including the Qur’an, Tafsir al-Mishbah by M. Quraish Shihab as the main reference for interpreting QS. Al-Anbiyā’ [21]:30, as well as Agus Purwanto’s works such as Nalar Ayat-Ayat Semesta, which form the analytical foundation for integrating revelation and science. Contemporary references on scientific exegesis and the concept of theo-science are also employed. The study aims to explain how Agus Purwanto’s concept of theo-science represents the integration of revelation, reason, and scientific observation in interpreting ayat kauniyah, particularly QS. Al-Anbiyā’ [21]:30. It also highlights the relevance of this integration in building an Islamic scientific paradigm grounded in the principles of tawhid and scientific rationality. This research adopts a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and is classified as library research. Data were collected through an in-depth review of primary and secondary sources, followed by content analysis and hermeneutic interpretation of verses and tafsir texts to explore the epistemological relationship between revelation and science. The findings indicate that Agus Purwanto interprets QS. Al-Anbiyā’ [21]:30 through an integrative approach that unites revelation, reason, and scientific observation. Rather than merely aligning the verse with modern scientific theories, he positions the Qur’an as the epistemological foundation of scientific knowledge. Through the theo-scientific paradigm, this study affirms that scientific inquiry into the universe is, in essence, an acknowledgment of God’s oneness and greatness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of the current employee evaluation system and recommend a more strategic approach model to enhance the competitiveness of PT Suryagita Nusantara Cargo Expedisi Banjarbaru. Based on in-depth interview findings with the HR Manager, Operational Supervisor, and High-Performing Employees, the current evaluation system is concluded to be partial and tactical. While effective for administrative purposes and enforcing basic discipline, the system fails to measure strategic competencies (such as innovation and technology adaptation) and does not explicitly link individual performance to the company's long-term strategic goals. This gap creates structural demotivation among high-performing employees.The main recommendation proposed is a shift to an adjusted Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework, complemented by the measurement of strategic behavioral competencies (Process Innovation and Cross-Functional Collaboration). This model is chosen for its transparent, forward-looking, and outcome-based nature, which directly promotes focus on ambitious and strategic results. Furthermore, it is suggested that evaluation be transformed from an annual process into a mechanism of real-time feedback and continuous coaching. Full integration of OKR results with talent management decisions (promotions and training) is key to making evaluation a strategic implementation instrument. By adopting this strategic approach, PT Suryagita Nusantara can transform its Human Resources from a controlled resource into the main driver of competitive advantage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the most effective form of Human Resource Management (HRM) evaluation strategy innovation and analyze its impact on apparatus productivity improvement at the Banjarmasin City Transportation Agency (Dishub). The study employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the Head of Agency, Head of HRM Management Division, and Apparatus Implementers, and analyzed using an interactive model.The results indicate that the most effective form of evaluation innovation is a Hybrid and Continuous Development-Oriented Evaluation System. This innovation is based on three pillars: (1) Strategic Integration (linking assessment to innovative project contributions and using simple 360-degree feedback), (2) Development Focus (transforming feedback into coaching sessions based on agile individual KPIs), and (3) Fairness and Motivation (utilizing frequent non-financial rewards and self-assessment mechanisms).The implementation of this innovation significantly improves apparatus productivity. The productivity increase is achieved through enhanced strategic focus and alignment (shifting from routine output to service outcome), improved technical competence via a fast learning culture, and increased internal motivation and work morale resulting from fair and prompt recognition. Overall, the HRM evaluation innovation serves as a catalyst for realizing a High-Performance Culture within Dishub Kota Banjarmasin..

Abstract

Speech impairments in Children with Special Needs (CSN) necessitate professional, high-quality intervention. This study aims to analyze the service quality gap (SERVQUAL), identify the dominant factors determining parental satisfaction, and measure the overall satisfaction level with the speech therapy program.Method: This research employed a quantitative descriptive approach using a cross-sectional survey design. The population consisted of parents with children actively undergoing speech therapy at Clinic X, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires measuring five service quality dimensions. Data analysis included gap analysis, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis.Results: Gap analysis revealed that perceived service quality did not fully meet parental expectations, evidenced by a negative gap in almost all dimensions. The most severe gaps were found in the Empathy and Reliability dimensions. Multiple regression analysis confirmed that Reliability (administrative consistency) and Empathy (emotional support) were the two most dominant and significant factors influencing overall parental satisfaction ($\text{p} < 0.05$). However, the overall parental satisfaction level (aggregate) was categorized as High (90% Satisfied/Very Satisfied).Conclusion: The high overall satisfaction, despite process shortcomings, is explained by the Expectation Disconfirmation Theory, where the positive clinical outcomes observed in the child's development outweigh the deficiencies perceived in the service process. The main recommendation for the clinic is to prioritize improving Reliability through procedural standardization and strengthening Empathy via supportive communication training to achieve Service Quality Excellence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif teori nasikh dan mansukh dalam Al-Qur’an, mulai dari definisi, rukun dan syarat, jenis-jenis nasikh, hingga perbedaan pandangan ulama klasik dan kontemporer mengenai keberadaannya. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menelaah literatur klasik dan modern yang relevan dalam bidang Ulumul Qur’an, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan historis-deskriptif untuk melihat perkembangan pemahaman konsep ini sepanjang sejarah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa naskh merupakan konsep yang diakui oleh mayoritas ulama sebagai mekanisme penyempurnaan hukum agar tetap selaras dengan perubahan kondisi sosial. Tiga bentuk utama naskh yang sering dibahas meliputi penghapusan bacaan dan hukum sekaligus, penghapusan hukum namun bacaan tetap ada, serta penghapusan bacaan tetapi hukumnya tetap berlaku. Perdebatan muncul di kalangan ulama; sebagian menerima keberadaan naskh sebagai bagian dari dinamika wahyu, sementara sebagian lainnya, seperti al-Isfahani, menolaknya dan memilih pendekatan takhsis. Kajian terhadap pemikiran Syah Wali Allah, Abdullah An-Na’im, dan Abdullah Saeed menunjukkan bahwa gagasan kontemporer cenderung menafsirkan naskh sebagai proses historis yang memungkinkan kontekstualisasi hukum di masa kini. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman perkembangan teori nasikh-mansukh serta implikasinya dalam pendidikan Islam, khususnya dalam penguatan metode interpretasi Al-Qur’an yang lebih kontekstual dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan zaman.

Abstract

Education is very important as one of the main foundations in developing human potential has a significant impact on the progress of a country. The future of the nation depends on the quality of education applied in the current era. High quality education can be realized if educational institutions seriously pay attention to the quality of education. The decline in the quality of education in Indonesia occurs in the input and process aspects of education. One of the causes is the lack of quality, competence, and professionalism of the majority of madrasah principals. Therefore, an important step to improve the quality of education is to empower the role of madrasah principals. Madrasah principals have a central role as a driver of overall school productivity activities that depend heavily on the quality of leadership of the madrasah principal. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the role of madrasah principals in improving the quality of education in (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah ‎Nurul Ihsan Village ‎Mangun Jayo District Tebo Tengah Regency Tebo. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects involved the Principal, Islamic Religious Education Teachers, Students, and parents. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The data were analyzed qualitatively descriptively using reduction methods, data review, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the role of the principal in improving the quality of education is carried out through several efforts, such as developing curriculum administration, facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and community participation. Inhibiting factors include a lack of personnel appropriate to the subjects taught and a lack of professionalism of teachers in making plans. Supporting factors include new ideas in creating a good learning atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the structure of phrases, clauses, and sentences in comments made by TikTok users as examples of Indonesian syntax usage on social media. This study focuses on three TikTok videos, each of which discusses the topics of humour, Teacher's Day celebrations, and criticism of the education system. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis techniques to find syntactic patterns in the data. The results show that comments containing humorous themes tend to use ellipsis, incomplete sentences, and fragmentary sentence structures, which serve to emphasise the humorous effect of the comments. In videos with a Teacher's Day theme, comments tended to be formed from complex clauses and conveyed personal feelings and experiences, as well as using evaluative sentences to express complaints or experiences. Meanwhile, in videos containing criticism of education, critical questions, overly long sentences, and complex arguments were found. In general, this study shows that the syntactic form in TikTok comments changes according to the emotional and social context of the content, and demonstrates the flexibility of the Indonesian language in communicating in the digital world. These findings are expected to enrich linguistic studies on social media and provide a deeper understanding of syntactic phenomena today.
