Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemasaran digital Kelembagaan Ekonomi Petani Organik Mukti Sadaya di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Permasalahan utama mitra adalah ketergantungan pada rantai distribusi konvensional, ketiadaan identitas visual (branding), serta kemasan produk yang belum memenuhi standar ritel modern sehingga nilai jual produk rendah. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pendekatan pelatihan partisipatif dan pendampingan intensif yang mencakup workshop desain identitas merek, praktik pengemasan berstandar ritel, serta simulasi manajemen operasional marketplace. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas manajerial bagi 35 anggota kelompok tani dalam mengelola distribusi produk secara mandiri melalui ekosistem pemasaran satu pintu. Manfaat yang diperoleh meliputi terbentuknya citra produk yang profesional dan aktivasi toko daring kolektif di berbagai platform marketplace untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar hingga tingkat nasional. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menekankan bahwa integrasi branding, standardisasi kemasan, dan literasi marketplace merupakan kunci transformasi petani dari sekadar penghasil komoditas menjadi penyedia produk bernilai tambah di era ekonomi digital

Abstract

The Organic Farmers Economic Institution (KEP Organik Mukti Sadaya) encountered several challenges in developing its agribusiness, including dependence on selling unhusked rice and bulk rice, the absence of a structured business model, limited capability in calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and inadequate product branding and marketing strategies. This community service program aimed to strengthen the entrepreneurial capacity of farmers through the implementation of an Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Incubation Model. The program was conducted over five months using participatory training, business coaching, implementation, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. The incubation process consisted of five stages: needs assessment, entrepreneurial mindset development, business development, implementation, and program evaluation. The results showed that the participants successfully developed a Business Model Canvas (BMC), calculated the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), established product branding and packaging, designed digital marketing strategies, and prepared a business development roadmap. The program also achieved a Community Satisfaction Index of 92.6%, indicating a very high level of participant satisfaction. The Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Incubation Model proved effective in supporting the transformation of farmer groups toward value-added and sustainable agribusiness

Abstract

Public spaces play a strategic role in strengthening community identity and encouraging active participation in the development of creative villages. Kampung Kreatif Bojongmalaka, Bandung Regency, possesses considerable local potential; however, its environmental identity had not yet been visually represented through public facilities reflecting the community's collective values. This community service program aimed to strengthen the area's identity by implementing a participatory design approach in developing community-based murals. The program employed participatory design methods consisting of stakeholder identification, field observation, focus group discussions, collaborative concept development, mural sketch competitions, design refinement, and mural implementation involving local residents. The results demonstrate that participatory design successfully increased community engagement throughout the planning and implementation stages while fostering a stronger sense of ownership toward public spaces. The resulting murals visually represent local characteristics, including volleyball, Jaipongan dance, and the local footwear industry, which were collectively identified as symbols of the village's identity. In addition to improving the visual quality of the neighborhood, the murals have become a medium for expressing local identity, strengthening social interaction, and supporting the sustainability of Kampung Kreatif Bojongmalaka as a community-based creative village. This program confirms that participatory design can serve not only as a collaborative design method but also as an effective empowerment strategy for developing meaningful public spaces through active community involvement.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the education sector requires educators to master future technological competencies, particularly coding and artificial intelligence. This community service activity aims to improve digital literacy and basic programming skills for teachers in Bengkulu City. The implementation method includes a series of In-Service Training and On-the-Job Training with a total duration of 74 hours of lessons. The training materials cover the concepts of computational thinking, unplugged coding practices, and the use of generative AI tools to support learning. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of programming logic and their ability to design innovative AI-based teaching media such as interactive quizzes and visual assistants. The final evaluation through peer teaching showed that participants were able to develop creative and child-friendly learning scenarios, which in turn encouraged the creation of a coaching culture between teachers for the sustainability of good practices in schools.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide guidance on digitizing student data records in the master student register to enhance administrative effectiveness at SMK Nurul Jadid. The master student register is a crucial document containing essential student information and serves as the foundation for school administrative services. However, manual record-keeping often leads to issues such as data entry errors, difficulties in information retrieval, data duplication, and inefficient data recapitulation processes. The activity employed a participatory guidance approach comprising several stages: observation and needs analysis, program planning, preparation of the digital register format, implementation of guidance, monitoring and evaluation, and follow-up. The guidance process involved presentations, discussions, and hands-on practice using the digital format for data entry, editing, retrieval, categorization, and storage. The results indicate that the digitization guidance improved the administrative staff's ability to manage student data in a more organized, accurate, accessible, and efficient manner. Furthermore, the digital format facilitated faster data retrieval and easier information updates, while also supporting orderly school administration. It is hoped that the digitization of student records in the master register will be sustained following this activity, thereby supporting the improvement of administrative service quality at SMK Nurul Jadid.

Abstract

Higher education institutions (HEIs) are part of society, providing learning (scientific) and character development (e.g., temperament) for students entering the workforce. In the workplace, competitiveness, productivity, innovation, and religious character are some of the key determinants of success, combined with numerous factors. Spirituality plays a crucial role in shaping strong student character for the future. With strong spirituality, students have a solid foundation to become honest workers, resistant to temptation and sway. Training was provided to students at the Medan State Polytechnic, focusing on the study of Scripture, specifically on enhancing competitiveness. After the training, it was evident that their understanding of Scripture exploration was sound and applicable. A strong work ethic, persistence in competition, and a strong faith-based character were formed based on the messages of Scripture that were read and explored. This sound understanding of Scripture will continue to be developed through the methods of exploration that have been mastered. Gradually, students are formed and prepared to enter the workforce upon completion of their education

Abstract

This article discusses technical guidance and the handover of the dodol dough mixer machine. Until now, the dodol dough has been made manually and can take three to five hours per batch. Besides being less hygienic and efficient, dodol craftsmen cannot fulfill large orders, making them feel overwhelmed. The author uses literature review and interviews with dodol craftsmen in the Parongpong area of West Bandung. The aim of this study is to examine the extent of success brought by the dodol dough mixer machine in terms of production, cleanliness of dodol, and sales efficiency.
