Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui persiapan guru  di SDN 2 Bantarkambing dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka, 2) mengetahui kesesuaian guru dalam mempersiapkan kurikulum merdeka, 3) mengetahui faktor pendukung, penghambat dan solusi guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka di SDN 2 Bantarkambing. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus  yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru, komite dan kepala sekolah SDN 2 Bantarkambing. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data dijelaskan menggunakan langkah sebagai berikut : 1) pengumpulan data, yaitu informasi didapat melalui proses obsrvasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi, 2) reduksi data, yaitu memilih data yang diperoleh, 3) penyajian data, yaitu memaparkan informasi yang sudah diperoleh, 4) penarikan kesimpulan, yaitu meringkas informasi yang sudah dijelaskan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru di SD Negeri 2 Bantarkambing telah siap mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka yang dilihat dari beberapa indikator seperti; 1) guru mampu menyusun modul ajar dan penilaian serta menjalankan pembelajaran sesuai dengan prosedur semikin masih di temukan guru yang belum begitu paham mengenai kurikulum merdeka, 2) guru sudah sesuai dalam merancang modul ajar dan modul proyek sesuai dengan komponen yang berlaku dan mengandung profil pancasila, 3). pihak sekolah sudah mendukung persiapan kurikulum merdeka seperti adanya persiapan kepala sekolah mulai dari memahami arti dan karakteristik dari kurikulum merdeka, adanya persiapan administrasi, sosialisasi dan diakukannya workshop. Sedangkan untuk faktor penghambat dari adanya persiapan guru dalam kurikulum merdeka seperti kesulitan mengakses internet, kekurangan sumber belajar, dan kekurangan sarana dan prasarana. 4) Adapun solusi dari adanya faktor penghambat tersebut seperti mengikuti sosialisasi dan workshop secara berkala, mengajukan bantuan untuk melengkapi sarana dan prasarana yang kurang serta sementara waktu memfotocopi buku siswa yang kurang.

Abstract

Experts assess that communication is a very important need for a person in social life. Which encourages humans to communicate with other humans. Through communication, humans can find out what is happening around them, and with communication, humans can develop knowledge obtained from information about the surrounding environment. Communication does not only use words in delivery, but communication can also use sign language. In everyday life we often see people communicating using verbal and non-verbal communication. Verbal communication is communication that is conveyed using language both orally and in writing. Meanwhile, non-verbal communication is communication with signals such as body movements and facial expressions. Verbal and non-verbal communication can be used at the same time, because when we convey communication to other people using words and language we also use body language to further clarify what we are saying. This is different from communicating with people who cannot speak, we have to use sign language and body movements so that the person understands what we are demonstrating. For example, in special schools (SLB). On this occasion the author will carry out a presentation to the community with the theme "Verbal and non-verbal communication training at Bunga Bangsa Private High School. The aim of this community service is to understand the forms and functions of verbal and non-verbal communication.

Abstract

This service aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the socialization of the Business Identification Number (NIB) among micro-entrepreneurs in Indonesia. NIB, as part of the government's efforts to simplify administration and improve legal compliance of business actors, has a crucial role in the development of the micro-business sector. However, many micro-entrepreneurs still do not fully understand the benefits and procedures related to NIB. This research method involves surveys and in-depth interviews with micro-entrepreneurs in several regions to identify their level of understanding of NIB and the obstacles they face in the registration process. In addition, documentation analysis of various socialization programs that have been carried out by government agencies was also carried out. The results of the study indicate that despite significant socialization efforts, there are still gaps in the understanding and implementation of NIB among micro-entrepreneurs. The main obstacles include lack of clear information, complexity of procedures, and limited access to socialization facilities

Abstract

Penggunaan model pembelajaran pada kegiatan pembelajaran sangat penting, salah satunya untuk membentuk keterampilan sosial pada pesera didik. Model  ini dinggap sebagai cara yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan interaksi sosial antar peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya strategi pembelajaran yang mendukung pengembangan ketertampilan sosial pada peserta didik, yang dapat memperkuat persiapan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengimplementasian model pembelajaran kooperatif dalam pembentukan keterampilan sosial peserta didik kelas V-A di SDN Cilember 01 Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah peserta didik, wali kelas V-A, dan kepala sekolah. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif di kelas V-A dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan, tahap pertama yaitu perencanaan yang meliputi menentukan materi yang akan digunakan, tahap kedua pelaksanaan meliputi kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup, dan tahap ketiga evaluasi. Keterampilan sosial peserta didik meliputi keterampilan bekerjasama dengan orang lain, keterampilan mengontrol diri, dan keterampilan berbagi pikiran dan pengalaman dengan orang lain.

Abstract

The partner’s problems are: not all of students have the awareness to handle plastic waste well, and most students do not know how to utilize plastic waste into useful products. The solutions are: ecopreneurship training and assistance by making handicrafts from plastic waste. The output targets achieved are 1.) Partners understand the negative impacts of plastic waste on environment. 2.) Partners have the skills to utilize plastic waste into useful and marketable items. The method of implementing as follows: a. Conducting training at partner schools. Partners are given counseling on the negative impacts of plastic waste on environment and  trained on how to make handycrafts from plastic waste. b.) Conducting online assistance via video call, to find out the application of training materials and the obstacles faced by participants. Partners are enthusiastic, it increases their knowledge about economic potential of plastic waste.

Abstract

Smallholder farmers in Svay Rieng Province, Cambodia, play a crucial role in the country's agricultural sector, particularly in mushroom cultivation. Despite facing numerous challenges such as limited access to resources, climate change, and market uncertainties, these farmers contribute significantly to the national food security. This study aims to explore the technical knowledge, technical adaptation and practices of mushroom growing, and to analyze the economic efficiency of mushroom growing of smallholder farmers in Svay Rieng and Svay Chrum districts, Svay Rieng province, Cambodia. Eight farmers in three target villages were selected for household surveys (four farmers were the target and others four are non-target). Two types of mushroom were selected to grow by farmers, which are Straw and Oyster Mushroom. Fifty percent of farmers (both target and non-target) experienced in mushroom growing for more than five years and all of target farmers received technical training on mushroom growing from HEQCIP Project while only half of the non-target farmers used to get training from Government project (Provincial Department of Agriculture). At the same time, only one half of interviewed farmers share their technical knowledge and experiences on mushroom growing with their relatives, neighbors, and other farmers in their communities. All farmers apply mushroom growing techniques provided by the project together with their experiences and local knowledge. Even farmers in the targeted communities used natural fertilizers in mushroom growing, but 50% of them still used chemical fertilizers. It is interesting that all farmers sprayed jungle white before start growing, except 25% of the straw mushroom targeted farmers do not do that. The average profits for a targeted farmer gained from mushroom growing per production cycle is 600,250 Riels which is equal to 180% compared with expenses; or 60% compare with the total incomes while the non-targeted farmers profit is about 110% (504,250 Riels) compared with the expense; or 50% compared with the incomes. Even though the profit percentage from mushroom growing is higher than vegetable cultivation, but only 25% of the target and 50% of the non-target farmers who indicated their livelihood have improved a lot while the rest mentioned little improvement. This is because 50% of targeted and 75% of non-targeted farmers used incomes from mushroom production to repay their loan.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to enhance the ability of SMK Mandiri Palembang students in utilizing MYOB Accounting software as preparation for entering the workforce. Additionally, this program aims to assist teachers in effectively teaching accounting applications, enabling consistent and efficient classroom instruction. MYOB Accounting was selected due to its alignment with the requirements of the accounting and finance sector. The implementation of this program involves training sessions and mentoring activities, specifically designed for students in the Accounting department at SMK Mandiri Palembang. This method is deemed suitable for implementation at SMK Mandiri Palembang. It involves providing training and mentoring focused on introducing MYOB Accounting. The program begins with foundational knowledge about MYOB Accounting, its applications in the field of accounting, and the advantages of mastering this software. The material includes the objectives of using MYOB and highlights key features frequently utilized in business settings. Additionally, the program incorporates case-based simulations to enable students to apply their MYOB knowledge in practical scenarios. These activities include recording initial transactions, generating financial reports, and performing financial analysis. The results indicate that the program was implemented successfully, highlighting the importance of SMK Mandiri Palembang students mastering the technical skills required to operate widely used accounting software, specifically MYOB Accounting. Proficiency in this software is expected to boost students' confidence as they transition into the workforce. Based on the feedback collected from 20 training participants via a questionnaire, the majority responded with "Strongly Agree," indicating that the training aligned with their expectations. Additionally, it is anticipated that this training program will continue as an ongoing effort to equip SMK Mandiri Palembang students with competencies relevant to the demands of the digital era workplace.

Abstract

The increasingly widespread use of the internet among the community, including early childhood, requires special attention to safety and health in accessing the digital world. This community service aims to provide education on safe and healthy internet use to early childhood in Muara Penimbung Village. This activity includes an active participation-based approach, where children, parents, and educators are involved in understanding the potential benefits and risks of the internet. This program includes counseling, interactive training, and simulations of real-life situations designed to improve digital literacy, build awareness of personal data protection, and teach how to avoid negative content. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of supervision and guidance when children access the internet. With this program, it is hoped that a safer and healthier digital ecosystem will be created for children in Muara Penimbung Village, as well as being a model to be implemented in other areas

Abstract

Budidaya jamur tiram dapat dilakukan dalam skala kecil sebagai industri rumah tangga atau sebagai usaha sampingan keluarga sehingga mampu memberikan pendapatan keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan memfokuskan terhadap Edukasi dan Pendampingan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui membangun bisnis budidaya jamur tiram di Desa Kerinjing. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan dengan kerjasama dengan UMKM untuk memberikan penjelasan dan pemahaman kepada mereka bahwa penting nya Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Upaya Membangun Bisnis Budidaya Jamur Tiram.  100% peserta menyatakan bahwa pengabdian ini sangat penting untuk masyarakat desa kerinjing. Seperti yang diketahui, bahwa pemberdayaan ini dapat meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dan pemerataan pendapatan. Maka dari itu, dengan adanya pengabdian masyarakat diberikan modal pengetahuan untuk upaya membangun bisnis budidaya jamur tiram  yang berdapampak kepada masa depan.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan pondasi utama dalam perekonomian sebuah negara. Salah satu UMKM, Warung Ni’Rina yang berlokasi di Kelapa Dua, Tangerang, Banten yang menjual berbagai aneka masakan rumahan serta minuman memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang. Dari hasil wawancara dan observasi ditemukan permasalahan utama pada Warung Ni’Rina adalah anggaran pemasaran yang terbatas sehingga kegiatan pemasaran UMKM kurang menarik bagi pelanggan potensial. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan untuk menunjang pemasaran Warung Ni’Rina berupa optimalisasi desain Outdoor Media, yaitu spanduk sehingga mampu meningkatkan daya tarik pelanggan potensial pada lokasi dimana UMKM berada. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat sangat bermanfaat untuk UMKM Warung Ni’Rina dalam hal kemampuannya untuk menarik pelanggan potensial.
