Abstract

This research is entitled "The influence of big book media on the speaking ability of children aged 5-6 years at Kindergarten Hijriah III Palembang". This type of research is a quantitative Experimental Design One Group Pre-test Post-test (one class). The research sample used in this study was group B1 in Tk Hijriah III Palembang, totaling 10 children, namely 5 boys and 5 girls. The sampling technique was carried out using Simple Random Sampling or the children were called one by one to the front of the class to retell the story. The data collection method uses observation tests and documentation with data analysis using normality tests and homogeneity tests. The results of the study and discussion of the average pre-test score that did not use treatment was 51, while the typical post-test score utilizing the big book or treatment media was 79. There was an effect when not using the media and after using the big book media. The results obtained by testing the hypothesis using the T-test obtained 16.667 with a significant level of 5% so that it can be 2,262. Because = 16,667 > = 2,262. So the conclusion is that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the media on the speaking ability of children at Hijriah III Kindergarten in Palembang.

Abstract

This research is entitled “the relationship between early childhood leadership style and teacher performance in the district Semendawai Barat” This type of research is quantitative using the correlational method, namely looking at the relationship between the variabel X and variabel Y. the sampel used in this study were 15 payd institutions in the district Semendawai Barat. As for the way of collecting data that is using a questionnaire and documentation. In this study, the researcher used the guttman scale, which is a scale that uses only two choices, namely yes or no. if the respondent answers incorrectly, wil get a value of 1, but if respondent answer incorrectly, get a value of 0. Before conducting the research, the researcher conducted a trial sample first, namely the Cempaka district with 12 early childhood institutions. Aftergetting the vtest results, the next research tested the data using validity and reliability tests. Ater that the research into the actual sampel, namely early childhood institutions in the district of Semendawai Barat. Data analysis used is normality test, linier test, and hypothesis testing. The results obtained from the correlation coefficient value > that is 4,30753 > 2,080 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. As for the results of the relationship between variable X and variable Y, namely 0,469 so that the relationship between variable X and variable Y is equal to.

Abstract

An abstranct is a brief summary of a research article, thesis, review, conference proceeding or any-depth analysis of a particular subject or disipline, and is often used to help the reader quickly ascertain the paper purposes. When used, an abstract always appears at the beginning of a manuscript or typescript, acting as the point-of-entry for any given academic paper or patent application. Absatrcting and indexing services for various academic discipline are aimed at compiling a body of literature for that particular subject. Abstract length varies by discipline and publisher requirements. Abstracts are typically sectioned logically as an overview of what appears in the paper. One of the most important intelligences for children's development is kinesthetic intelligence. Kinesthetic intelligence is intelligence related to the processing of human body movements. Based on this, this study aims to improve kinesthetic intelligence by providing actions in the form of traditional Kuala Deli dance for 12 children aged 5-6 years at RA Firdausy Griya Prima. This study uses a type of classroom action research in which researchers go directly to provide action to children. Data analysis in this study used qualitative analysis in the form of a description of the results of the assessment and quantitative in the form of a percentage increase from the results of the actions taken. Collecting data in this study using observation techniques that are supported by child assessment observation sheets. This research carried out the action up to two cycles. The results of this study indicate that the pre-cycle percentage of children's kinesthetic intelligence only reached 16.6%, in cycle 1 it reached a value of 41.6%, and in cycle 3 it got a percentage of 83.3%. These results indicate that kinesthetic intelligence can be improved through traditional dance learning activities.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari disiplin guru terhadap kinerja guru di PAUD Kecamatan Tiga Dihaji Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survey. Adapun cara pengumpulan data terdiri dari angket dan dokumentasi. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 guru. Hipotesisi penelitian ini adalah disiplin guru memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja guru PAUD Kecamatan Tiga Dihaji Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. Untuk mengukur kinerja guru (Y) dan disiplin guru (X) penulis menyebarkan kuesioner kepada guru-guru PAUD sehingga diperoleh data deskriftif kuantitatif. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh yaitu adanya pengaruh yang positif antara variabel X dan variabel Y dibuktikan dengan persamaan Ŷ=2,739+1,299X. Kekuatan antara variabel X dan variabel Y ini sangat kuat dilihat dari hasil determinasi sebanyak 0.990 yang berarti pengaruh antara keduanya yaitu sebesar 99% sedangkan 1% nya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sedangkan uji hipotesis yang diperoleh yaitu thitung (37,153) > ttabel (2,045). Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa semakin baik disiplin yang diterapkan maka akan membuat kinerja semakin baik pula, sebaliknya jika disuatu lembaga tidak ada kedisiplinan maka kinerja guru dilembaga tersebut akan terlihat sedikit juga. Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Kinerja dan Guru Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of teacher discipline on teacher performance in PAUD Tiga Dihaji District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. Type of quantitative research and use survey method. The data collection.ction method consist of a questionnaire and documentation. The sampel used 30 teachers. The purpose of this study is to see if there is a significant influence between disciplines on teachers performance in the Tiga Dihaji district. As for the results obtained, namely the existence of a positive influence between the variable X and variable Y as evidenced by the equation Ŷ=2,739+1,299X. the strength between the variable X and variable Y is very strong seen from the results of determination as much as 0.990 which means the influence between the two is equal to 99% while 1% is influenced by other factors. While the hypothesis test obtained is thitung (37,153) > ttabel (2,045). So it can be concluded that the better the discipline applied, the better the performance will be on the other hand if there is no discipline in a institution, the teacher’s performance in the institution will look a little too. Abstract

This Classroom Action Research was conducted on group B students in kindergarten. Wahidiyah Kediri City. The research is based on the observations and experiences of researchers, that the independence of students is still very low. The problem of this research is "Can learning using the animated film "Upin dan Ipin" be applied to develop the independence of group B kindergarten students. Wahidiyah Kediri City?”. Classroom Action Research with the research subjects of group B Kindergarten students. Wahidiyah Kediri City was carried out in 2 cycles, using instruments in the form of RKM and RKH, student activity observation sheets, teacher activity observation sheets and student learning outcomes. can increase the independence of students so that the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. Based on the conclusions of this study, it’s recommended that the use of the animated film "Upin dan Ipin" learning media can be carried out in learning activities in other development fields, of course with interesting learning methods and atmosphere created by the teacher. Therefore, teachers as implementers of learning must prioritize processes that support the creation of an exciting and targeted learning atmosphere.

Abstract

STEAM stimulates children's curiosity and motivation regarding higher-order thinking skills which include problem solving, collaboration, independent learning, project-based learning, challenge-based learning and research, learning activities that are in accordance with the STEAM approach, namely: project based learning. The introduction of STEAM for early childhood can be done by creating a safe and fun learning environment. Providing opportunities for children to explore, discover, build, experiment, predict, seek temporary answers and link knowledge into real life are key activities that can be done in implementing STEAM. These activities can be designed through play activities so that children feel comfortable and enthusiastically involved in them. STEAM learning occurs naturally every day as children explore, play and try new things. When young children have the opportunity to investigate the world around them, they learn and experiment with new STEAM skills and theories. There are several aspects that need to be considered in implementing STEAM for early childhood. These aspects consist of: 1) questioning; 2) exploring and observing; 3) developing skills and processes; 4) communicating; and 5) playing. Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi COVID-19 memiliki dampak pada berbagai aspek perkembangan anak, termasuk perkembangan sosial emosional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak pembelajaran daring terhadap perilaku agresif anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian dilakukan di Raudhatul Athfal Jakarta Timur kepada 35 anak. Data diambil dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring yang diisi oleh orang tua responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil temuan menyatakan bahwa perilaku agresif yang sering muncul selama pembelajaran daring adalah perilaku agresif verbal berupa anak sering berteriak kepada orang yang mendampingi selama pembelajaran daring. Ini terjadi karena anak merasa bosan, frustasi, tidak memiliki teman dan merasa lelah setelah pembelajaran daring. Perilaku agresif yang paling sedikit muncul adalah agresif fisik dimana anak jarang sekali menyakiti pendamping saat pembelajaran daring. Dengan hasil riset ini, diharapkan orang tua dan guru dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada anak tentang cara mengekspresikan emosi secara baik. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran daring; perilaku agresif; pandemi COVID-19 Abstract Online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on various aspects of children's development, including social-emotional development. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach which aimed to explore the impact of online learning on the aggressive behavior of children aged 5-6 years. The research was conducted at Raudhatul Athfal, East Jakarta, with 35 children. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires online which were filled out by the parents of the respondents. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings state that aggressive behavior often appears during online learning as verbal aggressive behavior in the form of children often shouting at people who accompany them during online learning. This happens because children feel bored, frustrated, have no friends and feel tired after online learning. The least aggressive behavior that appears is physical aggression where children rarely hurt their companions during online learning. With the results of this research, it is hoped that parents and teachers can provide understanding to children about how to express emotions well. Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan observasi yang peneliti lakukan tentang kemandirian anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Bhayangkari 05 Painan peneliti melihat keunikan strategi yang dilakukan orangtua dalam memupuk kemandirian sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang strategi orangtua dalam memupuk kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak- kanak Bhayangkari 05 Painan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi orangtua dalam memupuk kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak Bhayangkari 05 Painan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua, sebanyak 5 orang dari Taman Kanak-kanak Bhayangkari 05 Painan. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Teknik validasi data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan yang dilakukan orangtua dalam memupuk kemandirian anak, yaitu memberikan support dan semangat, pendampingan dan perhatian, berkomunikasi dan bertanggungjawab dengan pembiasaan-pembiasaan yang dilakukan orangtua yaitu pembiasaan aktivitas sehari-hari, secara perlahan-lahan/pelan-pelan, dan pembiasaan bercerita. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilakukan orangtua dalam memupuk kemandirian anak yaitu berkomunikasi, pendamping dan perhatian serta memberikan semangat dan support dan pengarahan dengan pembiasaan yang dilakukan oleh orangtua yaitu pembiasaan melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari secara perlahan-lahan/pelan- pelan, dan pembiasaan berkomunikasi/bercerita. Kata Kunci: Strategi Orangtua, Kemandirian, Anak Usia Dini Abstract Based observations that researchers have about the independence of children at the Bhayangkari 05 Painan Kindergarten, the researchers saw uniqueness of the strategies carried out parents fostering independence that researchers were interested in conducting research on parental strategies in fostering the independence of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten child Bhayangkari 05 Painan. This study aims to describe how strategy parents fostering independence of children aged 5-6 years at Bhayangkari 05 Painan Kindergarten. This study uses qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The informants for study were parents, many as 5 people from Bhayangkari 05 Painan Kindergarten. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are performed by collecting data, collapsing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Data validation technique uses source triangulation technique. The results showed that activities carried out parents in fostering children's independence, namely providing support and encouragement, mentoring and attention, communicating and being responsible for the habits carried out by parents, namely habituation of daily activities, slowly/slowly, and storytelling habit. So it can be concluded that activities carried out by parents fostering children's independence are communicating, accompanying and paying attention as well as providing encouragement and support and direction by habituation carried out by parents, namely the habit of doing daily activities slowly/slowly, and the habit of communicating/tell a story. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dilaksankannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja peran ibu dalam penerapan moral pada anak usia dini di TK Islam YLPI Marpoyan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah lima orang informan yaitu dua informan berasal dari ibu yang bekerja, dua orang informan lagi berasal dari ibu yang tidak bekerja (ibu rumah tangga) dan satu informan lagi yaitu guru kelas TK Islam YLPI sebagai informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa baik ibu yang bekerja dan tidak bekerja melaksanakan peran ibu dalam penerapan moral pada anak sangat baik dan sudah dapat dikatakan berhasil, pentingnya peran keluarga khususnya ibu dalam penerapan nilai-nilai kebaikan dalam rangka mengenalkan dan menerapkan nilai moral. Nilai-nilai seperti menghargai dan menghormati, disiplin diri, kebaikan, tanggung jawab harus dimiliki anak sebagai bentuk perilaku moral yang akan berkembangan dan diwariskan kepada generasi selanjutnya di masa depan dan nilai rasa hormat, tanggung jawab berguna agar anak dapat memahami perilakunya. Kata Kunci: Peran ibu, Moral, Anak Usia Dini Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out what are the roles of mothers in the application of morals to early childhood in Islamic Kindergarten YLPI Marpoyan. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjek in this study amounted to five informants, namely two informants from working mothers, two more informants from mothers who did not work (housewives) and one more informant, namely the YLPI Islamic Kindergarten class teacher as a supporting informant. The results of this study indicate that both working and non-working mothers carry out the role of mothers in the application of morals to children very well and can be said to be successful, the importance of the role of families, especially mothers in the application of good values ​​in order to introduce and apply moral values. Values ​​such as respect and respect, self-discipline, kindness, responsibility must be owned by children as a form of moral behavior that will develop and be passed on to the next generation in the future and the value of respect, responsibility is useful so that children can understand their behavior. Abstract

Abstrak Media pembelajaran merupakan suatu teknologi yang memiliki tujuan untuk menyampaikan pesan dalam proses pembelajaran. Diperlukan sebuah media yang inovatif yang mudah digunakan untuk anak usia dini, guna untuk mempermudah penyampainnya. Dimana pada kenyataannya lagu anak merupakan media pembelajaran yang mudah digunakan, tetapi sulit bagi guru PAUD untuk menciptakan lagu anak. Audiovisual lagu anak yang dikembangkan melalui kreativitas mahasiswa PG-PAUD STKIP Bina Insan Mandiri bertujuan untuk membantu para pendidik untuk mempermudah proses pembuatan audiovisual dengan menggunakan aplikasi kinemaster yang bisa di download di handphone. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Jumlah responden 20 mahasiswa dari program studi PG-PAUD STKIP Bina Insan Mandiri Surabaya. Tahap yang dihasilakan produk awal divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. Instrumen pengumpulan menggunakan lembar evaluasi (angket) untuk uji ahli isi materi dan uji ahli media. Hasil penilaian terhadap produk media dilaksanakan berdasarkan dua aspek, yaitu: (1) ditinjau dari aspek isi materi pada lagu anak yaitu tentang tema binatang, alat transportasi, anggota tubuh, rekreasi dan kebutuhanku. Media ini termasuk dalam predikat layak dengan persentase tingkat pencapaian 85% dikatakan layak dalam hal ini adalah lirik lagu memiliki bahasa yang sederhana dan bermakna sehingga mudah diingat dan dinyanyikan oleh anak-anak; dan (2) ditinjau dari aspek media audiovisual berupa video lagu anak termasuk dalam predikat sangat layak dengan hasil persentase tingkat validasi media mencapai 80%. Sangat layak yang dimaksud yaitu dengan tampilan yang kreatif sehingga menarik dan penuh warna. Dengan demikian produk media audiovisual berupa video lagu anak melalui kreativitas mahasiswa ini memiliki tingkat validitas yang baik dan layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada anak usia dini. Audiovisual children's songs developed through the creativity of STKIP Bina Insan Mandiri PG-PAUD students aim to help educators to simplify the process of making audiovisuals using the kinemaster application which can be downloaded on mobile phones. This research is a development research using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The number of respondents was 20 students from the STKIP Bina Insan Mandiri Surabaya PG-PAUD study program. The stage that resulted in the initial product was validated by media experts and material experts. The collection instrument used an evaluation sheet (questionnaire) to test the content expert and media expert test. The results of the assessment of media products were carried out based on two aspects, namely: (1) in terms of the content aspect of the children's songs, namely the themes of animals, means of transportation, limbs, recreation and my needs. This media is included in the appropriate predicate with an achievement level percentage of 85% which is said to be feasible in this case the song lyrics have simple and meaningful language so that children can easily remember and sing them; and (2) in terms of the aspect of audiovisual media in the form of children's song videos, it is included in the very proper predicate with the results of the media validation level reaching 80%. Very worthy of what is meant by a creative appearance so that it is attractive and colorful. Thus the audiovisual media product in the form of children's song videos through student creativity has a good level of validity and is suitable for use in the learning process in early childhood.
