Abstract

Abstrak Matematika sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap orang untuk digunakan dalam setiap aspek kehidupan. Maka matematika perlu diajarkan sejak anak berusia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru anak usia 4 - 6 tahun dalam mengajarkan matematika awal. Survei yang dilakukan di PAUD di Kecamatan Mungkid Kabupaten Magelang Propinsi Jawa tengah. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 49 guru yang mengajar pada anak yang berusia 4-6 tahun.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan instrumen yang dibagikan adalah Early Math Beliefs and Confidence Survey (EM-BSC). Hasil survei diperoleh yaitu tingkat kepercayaan diri guru dalam mengajar matematika pada anak usia dini tinggi namun tingkat kemampuan matematika cenderung rendah. Kata Kunci: kepercayaan diri, kemampuan guru, matematika untuk anak usia dini. Abstract Mathematics is needed by everyone to be used in every aspect of life. So mathematics needs to be taught from an early age. This study aims to determine the ability of teachers of children aged 4 - 6 years in prohibiting early mathematics. The survey was conducted at PAUD in Mungkid District, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province. The research sample consisted of 49 teachers teaching children aged 4-6 years. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the instruments distributed were the Early Math Beliefs and Confidence Survey (EM-BSC). The survey results obtained showed that the level of teacher confidence in teaching mathematics to early childhood was high, but the level of mathematical ability tended to be low. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perencanaan metode pembelejaran Reggio Emilia pada anak usial dini dalam membentuk kreativitas. Metode pembelajaran Reggio Emilia ini merupakan salah satu metode untuk mengembangan kreativitas anak pada bakat serta minat yang anak miliki. Penelitian ini merancangan studi kepustakaan (literature study). Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah studi literature. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada perencanaan pembelajaran metode Reggio Emilia dikenal sebagai kurikulum emergen, pada penyusunan metode pemebelajaran ini dilihat melalui minat dan bakat anak. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran metode Reggio Emilia ini dikenal sebagai istilah proyek dan episode, dimana anak dapat melakukan individual ataupun berkelompok. Maksud dari episode ini adalah pertemuan jangan pendek maupun pertemuan jangka panjang yang disebut dengan proyek. Metode pembelajaran ini dianggap anak pada masa awal perkembangan diperlukan pendekatan yang kompeten untuk memenuhi pontensi pada anak usia dini. Penataan sumber belajar Reggio Emilia dipenuhi dengan bermacam-macam materi yang di gunakan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mempresentasikan kreativitas anak pada ide-ide yang dimilikinya. Pada Reggio Emilia ini anak bisa belajar melalui pengalaman serta memiliki peluang untuk mengekspresikan diri dengan kreativitas yang anak miliki dan dapat dikembangan dengan baik. Dengan metode pembelajaran Reggio Emilia ini kreativitas anak diharapkan dapat terus berekmbangan serta dapat meningkatkan kualitas dalam diri anak. Kata Kunci: Metode Pembelajaran, Reggio Emilia, Kreativitas Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning of the Reggio Emilia learning method in early childhood in forming creativity. The Reggio Emilia learning method is one method to develop children's creativity in their talents and interests. This study designed a literature study (literaturel study). Thel method usedl is a literaturel study. Thel results ofl this studyl indicate thatl the Reggiol Emilia method of learningl planning is knownl as an emergentl curriculum, in the preparationl of this learning method it is seen through the interests and talents of children. In the implementation of learning the Reggio Emilia method is known as the term project and episode, where children can do individually or in groups. The purpose of this episode is neither a short meeting nor a long term meeting called a project. This learning method is considered a child in the early stages of development, a competent approach is needed to fulfill the potential of early childhood. The arrangement of Reggio Emilia learning resources is filled with a variety of materials that are used to explore and present children's creativity in the ideas they have. In Reggio Emilia, children can learn through experience and have the opportunity to express themselves with the creativity that children have and can be developed properly. Abstract

Abstrak Pada usia dini, tahapan perkembangan kognitif anak masuk pada tahap pra-oprasional usia 2-7 tahun. Tahap ini anak mulai belajar memecahkan masalah sederhana. Salah satu cara untuk melatih pemecahan masalah dan meningkatkan kognitif anak usia dini yaitu melalui permainan maze magnet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan memcahkan pemecahan masalah melalu media permainan maze magnet pada anak usia 5-6. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan selama 3 siklus dengan kriteria keberhasilan minimal 75%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 27% anak yang muncul pada siklus I, kemampuan anak semakin meningkat sebesar 54% anak yang muncul pada siklus II, Kemudian hasil dari siklus III yang sudah muncul sebanyak 81% anak, presentase tersebut melebihi batas minimum rata-rata yaitu 75%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa permainan maze magnet dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah anak, dengan implikasi melatih anak untuk belejar memecahkan permasalahan sederhana sehari-hari seperti, berinisiatif belajar membuka bekal makan sendiri, belajar menyelesaikan kegiatan pembelajaran, dan juga belajar menganalisi permasalahan yang dialami. Kata Kunci: Perkembangan Kognitif, permainan maze magnet, pemecahan masalah. Abstract At an early age, the stages of cognitive development of children enter the pre-operational stage aged 2-7 years. At this stage the child begins to learn to solve simple problems. One way to practice problem solving and improve cognitive early childhood is through a magnet maze game. This study aims to improve the ability to solve problems through the media of the maze magnet game in children aged 5-6. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, for 3 cycles with a minimum success criterion of 75%. The results showed that 27% of children appeared in cycle I, the ability of children increased by 54% of children who appeared in cycle II, then the results of cycle III which had appeared as many as 81% of children, this percentage exceeded the minimum average limit of 75%. . These results indicate that the maze magnet game can improve children's problem solving skills, with the implication of training children to learn to solve simple everyday problems such as taking the initiative to learn to open their own lunchboxes, learn to complete learning activities, and also learn to analyze the problems they are experiencing. Abstract

Abstrak Kemampuan motorik anak harus di perhatikan dan distimulus agar berkembang dengan baik. Namun, peneliti menemukan permasalahan pada anak kelompok A1 di TK Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya bahwa perkembangan motorik kasar anak masih rendah. Beberapa anak belum bisa melompat menggunakan satu kaki dengan seimbang. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas secara kolaboratif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar melalui permainan modifikasi engklek pada anak kelompok A1 TK Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya. Ada 3 siklus dalam penelitian ini. Subjek penelitian adalah 19 anak kelompok A1 TK Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi. Teknik analisis data dibuat secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Dilihat dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa dari 19 anak, kemampuan fisik motorik yang sudah muncul pada siklus I sebanyak 5 anak, siklus II sebanyak 9 anak, dan siklus III sebanyak 15 anak. Hasil persentase menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan motorik kasar anak yang sudah muncul pada setiap siklus diperoleh siklus I sebesar 26,3 %, siklus II sebesar 47,3 %, dan siklus III sebesar 79 %. Sehingga peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa permainan modifikasi engklek mampu meningkatkan perkembangan fisik motorik anak usia dini terutama pada kemampuan motorik kasar anak kelompok A1 di TK Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya. Kata Kunci: Permainan Engklek, Motorik Kasar, Anak. Abstract The child's motor skills must be considered and stimulated to develop properly. However, researchers found a problem in group A1 children at TK Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya that children's gross motor development was still low. Some children have not been able to jump on one leg in a balanced manner. Therefore, researchers conducted a collaborative classroom action study aimed at improving gross motor skills through crank modification games in group A1 children of Unesa 1 Labschool Kindergarten Surabaya. There were 3 cycles in this study. The subjects of the study were 19 children of group A1 TK Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya. The data collection method used in this study used observation method. Data analysis techniques are made descriptively quantitatively. Judging from the results of this study that from 19 children, physical motor abilities that have appeared in cycle I as many as 5 children, cycle II as many as 9 children, and cycle III as many as 15 children. The percentage results showed that the gross motor skills of children who had appeared in each cycle were obtained cycle I by 26.3%, cycle II by 47.3%, and cycle III by 79%. So the researchers concluded that the crank modification game was able to improve the physical motor development of early childhood, especially in the gross motor skills of group A1 children at TK Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang penerapan metode outdoor learning untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa RA Al Irsyad pada tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah diterapkannya metode outdoor learning motivasi belajar siswa meningkat dari 19 siswa hanya ada 2 siswa yang Mulai Berkembang (MB), sedangkan 7 siswa Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) dan 9 siswa Berkembang dengan Baik (BSB). Dari hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan metode outdoor learning mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa RA Al Irsyad Jatirogo tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Faktor pendukung pada penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran mudah didapat dan tidak mahal, kegiatan belajar lebih bebas dan menyenangkan, media belajar konkrit dan siswa lebih aktif. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya konsentrasi, memakan banyak waktu apabila lokasi belajar jauh, dan cuaca panas dingin serta polusi udara yang menyebabkan siswa mudah terserang penyakit. Kata Kunci: motivasi belajar, outdoor learning, metode pembelajaran. Abstract This study describes the application of the outdoor learning method to increase the learning motivation of RA Al Ersyad students in the 2022/2023 school year. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that after the application of the outdoor learning method, student learning motivation increased from 19 students, only 2 students started to develop (MB), while 7 students developed according to expectations (BSH) and 9 students developed well (BSB). From these results it can be said that the outdoor learning method is able to increase the learning motivation of RA Al Irsyad Jatirogo students for the 2022/2023 academic year. Supporting factors in this study are learning media that are easy to obtain and inexpensive, learning activities are more free and enjoyable, learning media are concrete and students are more active. While the inhibiting factors are lack of concentration, it takes a lot of time if the study location is far away, and hot and cold weather and air pollution make students susceptible to disease. Abstract

In the field of edupreneurship education is a new innovation that is able to produce human resources of superior quality, creative, independent, competitive, and positively contributes to the development of human resources, quality, creative, independent, competitive, and positively contributes for many individuals. This study endeavors to determine edupreneurship in fostering entrepreneurial values in children through guidance and direction from teachers and parents. The research design employed is study literature review. Literature search through google scholar by collecting books and articles related to the keywords "edupreneurship" and "PAUD". The data obtained was filtered by only taking articles related to eduprenuership, entrepreneurial values, and early childhood. Data is processed through a thorough analysis by citing references for information and answering research objectives. Analysis of the research results shows 1) Edupreneurship in fostering entrepreneurial values in children should be through concrete play activities including gardening, market day, cooking class, mini bussines class, traditional games, and mini society 2) Edupreneurship in fostering entrepreneurial values in children must be guided by teachers and parents with steps of plan development, implementation, review of activities, and do follow-up. The research findings contribute to teachers and parents in the form of insights and recommendations that various play activities can foster children's entrepreneurial values that are independent, creative, confident, unyielding, honest, patient, and other entrepreneurial characters.

Abstract

Parents play an important role in forming morals in children. However, busy parents are the main reason why parents do not have enough time to educate their children's morals , so that school becomes the child's main education . The formation of morals from childhood is a key factor in developing good morals in children. The aim of this research is to describe the role of parents in shaping children's morals in Dukuh Kembangan Baki Sukoharjo. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documents, then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the role of parents in shaping children's good morals can play many roles, including: The role of parents is as role models, as educators, and as supervisors. Because this work is very important in forming children's morals. In the role of parents, of course there are supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors include personality, family atmosphere at home, positive environment, and parental attention. Inhibiting factors include lack of knowledge, environment and little time with children. So parents play an important role in forming morals in children, because parents who can educate their children to become individuals with good morals can be said to be successful in educating and forming morals in children.

Abstract

The mother's confidence in the care and development of early childhood is very important because it will influence the child's parenting patterns. Therefore, knowing mothers' beliefs in parenting and early childhood development is the aim of this research. Mothers' confidence in implementing care for children has a big impact on optimizing aspects of children's development. The survey was conducted involving 45 mothers. The instrument used is the Early Parenting Attitude Questionnaire (EPAQ). Descriptive statistical analysis and Eta test as analysis techniques in this research. The findings obtained show that 1) the initial learning (EL) aspect has a low average, especially in the statement that providing an explanation about the reasons for the enactment of regulations will not be effective because children do not understand and children do not need to learn about numbers and mathematics until children enter school, and 2) there is a large relationship in parenting beliefs with educational background as well as maternal employment. The findings obtained were that the majority of mothers had positive beliefs in caring for children, but parenting seen from initial learning activities at home was still lacking. The implication of this study is that by creating a program, one of which is that mother schools can provide opportunities for prospective mothers or mothers to learn about parenting. Apart from that, mothers also need to be equipped with self-management of emotions so that mothers can manage their emotions when caring for their children.

Abstract

It is very important to encourage the development of speech from an early age, because it is one of the most essential aspects of development. This research was conducted at Putroe Nahrisyah Kindergarten, Lhokseumawe City, this is because researchers found problems in group B children that children's speaking skills have not developed, this can be proven that children do not have the confidence to communicate, are quiet, less active, rarely express ideas and lack of interaction between teachers and children during the learning process. This study aims to improve the speaking ability of children aged five to six years through the application of puppet media. This study was conducted on 10 students consisting of six boys and four girls. This study is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles using observation sheets and documentation. The results of the study from cycle I showed that the percentage for Developing As Expected and Developing Very Well was 60%, while in cycle II there was an increase in the percentage value of Developing As Expected and Developing Very Well which was 80%, this proves that puppet media is able to improve children's speaking skills. The implications of this study are expected to be a reference in developing various aspects of early childhood abilities.

Abstract

Financial literacy becomes one of basic life skills that should be instilled to ones since their early childhood. This is based on the argument that a good financial attitude and behaviour are not an instant process. The current study tried to gain information about the financial literacy of kindergarten parents, as well as their perceptions and socialization regarding financial literacy education to their children. This study applied a quantitative descriptive study using a questionnaire. Also, a parent meeting was used as a media for collecting data. The findings showed that parents had a fairly good financial literacy as well as good perceptions and socialization of financial literacy education to their children. Although several financial behavior should be improved such as having a budget plan as well as regular savings. For their children, parents also already have good financial habits by providing them with piggy banks and pocket money to be managed. An interesting finding was found that several parents are afraid to talk to their children about money. However, after attending the parent meeting about financial literacy for kids, they know what money management topic should be introduced to kids. Thus, this study is expected to provide a new insight for policymakers in order to design a collaborative and an effective financial education with parents.
